I ve bought a lot of cars and trucks over the years. Budd Baer was by far my best experience. From the manager Nate and the salesman Carlo , Angelina in the finance/business office. Very nice down to earth people. The best part of my experience there was the service dept. Skylar went above and beyond for me. Thank you everyone for the great experience. Even though it is over an hour drive my next new truck will be from here.

I ve purchased a lot of vehicles over the years. Recently I purchased a 2024 GMC 2500HDand was given the opportunity to work with Carlo. Without doubt he is one of the best sales reps I ve had ever!! You know how sometimes you can tell when someone is just a good human being? I felt that immediately with him. More importantly I was impressed with his knowledge. I never felt pressured and will no doubt look at Budd Baer again for my next vehicle.

Look at this car! It's beautiful! This Buick Enclave has been my dream car forever and Budd Baer made it happen for me! I have had past dealings with other car dealerships before, but my experience here at Budd Baer was PHENOMENAL! I called on a Saturday to set up a test drive on Monday, and on Wednesday I drove that most beautiful car home! I really want to thank TJ who made my dream come to fruition. This man got me through everything emotional about buying a car( do I qualify for a loan; do I have enough for a down payment and do I deserve this stunning vehicle). TJ knows his job inside and out and his financial partner Ray is just as genius as TJ. I really want anyone who might read this review and might be in the market for a new car, or a pre owned vehicle such as mine, take a ride to Budd Baer Buick and check out what they have to offer. Believe me, they are truly belively different from ANY dealerships out there.Thank you guys for the best purchase and the best treatment I have ever had buying a car! Beep Beep!

We were looking for a Buick Enclave. After being lied to numerous times by another local dealer, we decided to give Budd Bear a try. They were so easy to work with, it was such a different, pleasant experience to work with them. They honored every discount their website had, unlike the other dealer. They are an hour and a half from our home and I would travel there to by a car again in a heartbeat. Oh, and I love my Buick!

Took vehicle in for service due to coolant leak, had to wait 2 weeks before they could get me in. Dropped car off a day early, was told I had 7am appointment next day and they d call to tell me what was wrong that day. They never called, so I called them a few hours before close. Had to call multiple times just to get to speak to someone. Sounded like they never looked at my car even though it sat there all day. Next day they emailed me a list of things they wanted to change. Got a $3600 quote for replacing water pump, a valve, transmission cooler lines and changing front and rear diff fluids. I had a receipt in my car showing that the differential fluids were just changed the month before, so I knew that was wrong and they were recommending services that I didn t need done. The service girl said I was not allowed to speak to the tech who did the inspection to explain what he saw wrong. They said every part of the vehicle below the leak they was leaking, apparently not realizing gravity pushes fluids down. Anything that was wet they wanted to change. I was charged $200 just to get my vehicle back. Took it to another service center who identified the actual source of the leak and fixed it saving me over $3000. They even showed me the water pump was in perfect condition and had no leaks. DO NOT go here for service unless you want to be gouged and taken advantage of.

My wife brought our vehicle (2019 GMC Acadia) that we purchased from you this year to get an oil change. The oil and filter were changed. The tire pressures checked & rotated. Tire sensors re-mapped. Tire wear recorded. The car was washed and we received a coupon for a free car wash. We were not charged for this service. We were very pleased with the service and how my wife was treated. Thank you!

I am not satisfied with the touch up paint application that was promised when I purchased my vehicle. This was the third attempt to have this work completed by your professional !!! The indication that I can touch up the spot is NOT acceptable I am not a painter!! I purchased the vehicle with the understanding that a professional auto body painted specialist would do the touch up!!!!

How did you do? Not so great! The oil change and tire rotation were completed timely - Thank you. However, the upselling tactics are ruining the Budd Baer reputation as an "Honest Dealer"!!!! Shortly after checking in I was reapproached by the service advisor who told me I needed new wiper blades and my 15K injector cleaning was overdue (16k miles). Well guess what, my wipers are new as I replaced them myself recently, so no one ever looked at the wipers! And there is nothing in the GMC manual that calls for injector cleaning, so how can my 15K injector cleaning be due? This is not the first-time upselling has lacked any credible basis for the sales attempt. This has occurred multiple times in the GM service and the Subaru service department like trying to sell tires for "almost warn out tire when they were in good condition and have more than 60% treadwear remaining. These tactics erode the credibility of the service advisor and the whole department and puts a stain the Budd Baer reputation. I do not mean being upsold for something, just using honest and credible tactics. It just makes me wonder how many gullible persons have been ripped off for something that did need? Bad look

Purchased a 2020 Yukon Denali. We kept putting off going to see it because we've had unpleasant used-car buying experiences in the past at other dealerships. We were pleasantly surprised to have an absolutely great experience. It went quickly and smoothly, from negotiating our trade in value to closing the deal. TJ was low stress, friendly and honest. He knew a lot about Yukons. We were treated fairly on our trade-in and knew from research that the purchase price was fair. The newer vehicle was great! The upgrades from the older Denali we had to the newer one were fabulous. Can't say enough about TJ's professionalism and straightforwardness. Never had such an easy used-vehicle transaction. Financing took up the most time (because we didn't pre-apply on-line), but TJ tried to make us comfortable with drinks and snacks as we waited for all the paperwork. THANKS TJ!!

I came in for window shade installation. One was installed improperly and the other three fell off after I came home when I put the windows down. I will fix them my self and eat the $48 installation cost. Unacceptable work!!

I was very disappointed with my experience at this dealership. We traveled two hours to look at an expedition after holding it with a $500 deposit. My husband had talked to two people before we made the trip and specifically asked about the condition, saying that we would be picky about scratches and dents. Both individuals said the car looked great and we would be pleased with its condition. When we arrived, we immediately saw numerous dents and scratches all over the vehicle. Many of the dents were golf ball sized and obvious enough that I m not sure how they were missed. We were told we bought it so fast that they hadn t had their dent guy on site in time to make the repairs. That is different than saying it is in great condition. We were offered a small price reduction to allow us to repair the dents. We then did a test drive, after encountering a dead battery. That I can understand, but in the test drive the car showed a check engine light for the rear differential. We were told that was just because of the dead battery. That seems like an oddly specific code to be related to a dead battery. I suspect that their service department had cleared the code but the battery dying caused it to reappear. They did try to negotiate further for a lower price, but I wasn t comfortable buying a hammered vehicle with potential issues. It was extremely frustrating to have traveled so far and wasted an entire day on a vehicle that wasn t suitable for purchase, when we had specifically called ahead and had two people tell us the exterior was straight. Some people might not care as much, but I m not about to spend 40k on something that looked like it was in a hail storm. The people we talked to were polite and I think wanted to be helpful, but the bottom line is that we were told the condition was perfect when it wasn t, and we therefore wasted a full day that we could have spent purchasing the correct vehicle for us. Then I had to waste more calling for my $500 refund. It was very disappointing, and not something I d recommend to buyers who are looking for something in excellent condition.

Always a wonderful experience. They make you feel appreciated and valued. If I can say one thing, I would love to throw out what a OUTSTANDING JOB Skyler from service does! This girl goes above and beyond! She has always been nothing but amazing with me but there was a older lady that just needed a tire change and it was taking longer than expected. It was 2 days before Thanksgiving and with a power outage and everything backed up she still made sure it got done. The older lady was so grateful and honesty made me proud to be a customer of Budd Baer.

We visited many car dealerships it Bud Baer welcomed us like we were welcome there. The nicest people with actual smiles. Second visit was the same. Loved the vehicle at first sight and then we brought it home!

You had my car for a month in the summer and never have loaners. You guys had my car for a whole month. My oil leaked for months after and I had to refill it which costs me extra money. When I came back after I figured there was a problem I still had to spend $300 after your technician didn t screw something in right. Claimed I needed a new battery but definitely deserved a discount for the I convenience and having my car for a month which I paid another $300 for & it was not even done correctly after a MONTH of working on it. I will never return.Upsettingly Jonelle Cohen

My salesman Eric didn't pressure me in anyway. Mark Baer was even a part of my purchase. Eric's knowledge of the GMC Acadia was impressive. I chose this vehicle after eliminating all other makes and models similar and kept going back to my initial decision; the one I now own. Thanks again Eric and Mark, I love my Acadia!

The service was great as usual. The staff was exceptional in helping me with my special needs. I have a wife that has medical issues so I cant be away for long periods of time. I have two cars that needed service. I brought my Buick in for service and was taken back home. When the service was completed the dealer brought my Buick back and picked up my GMC for service. when the service was completed the shuttle driver came and picked me up so I could pay for the repair and take my GMC home. Exceptional Customer Service

TJ was incredible to work with on the deal. He worked hard and we got the deal that we were looking for. I really appreciate him working with us including the trouble that we had with the app. He stayed with it and got it done. My wife and I have bought several vehicles from that dealership and all of them have been great

I have never had a good experience buying a car until we found Bud Baer! Bob Sekora was great! He helped us hook up our electronics, get my insurance changed and explained all the bells and whistles of our new Acadia. Ray, the person that finished our paperwork was friendly and quick! Thank you and we will tell everyone what a pleasant experience we had at your dealership.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I would highly recommend NOT buying a used vehicle here or bringing a vehicle to them for service. First, during the purchase process of a used Escalade, I allowed them to secure financing for me not realizing they were going to hit my credit in the midst of trying to buy a house (which they were fully aware of) at least 5 times. They ended up financing it through my credit union at a worse rate than I could have gotten myself. There were fees tacked onto the loan that I'm still not sure what they were for. When my mortgage loan officer saw the paperwork he told me it was a terrible deal and advised me to return the vehicle. They would not take it back even though I believe it was within the acceptable timeframe to do so.By this point I had discovered what I believed to be an issue with the liftgate sensor. I was rushed through the delivery process and wasn't shown how ANYTHING in the vehicle worked. I literally sat in their parking lot after being rushed out the door when the vehicle was finally ready and had no clue how to work the a/c which wasn't turned on and was blowing hot air. The liftgate issue was an operator error. When I used it the back glass was opening in addition to the liftgate itself and it caused a light to stay on in the dash.I was advised by my salesman to make an appointment with their service department. I did so and also explained by that point, LESS THAN ONE MONTH after the purchase, the vehicle was MUCH louder than when I bought it. It was making a growling noise that was so loud it interfered with listening to the radio. When I made the service appointment I also explained I was hearing a creaking sound coming from the driver's side when applying the brakes going through drive-throughs with the window down. After having the vehicle for most of the day, the service department told me there was nothing wrong with it and it wasn't any louder than when I purchased it. They said the took off the calipers, cleaned them, and re-installed them to fix the creaking sound. They tried to tell me that model Escalade doesn't have a liftgate sensor. When I pushed back and insisted I had opened it with my foot before, they tried to say something was unplugged and they would have to remove the whole bumper to fix it which would take hours. I was going to have to leave the vehicle overnight again. Then they came back later and said the service manager was able to plug this mystery wire in. I'm not even sure anything was wrong with it as I discovered the glass opening issue after the fact. One month later I made an appointment at Rorich Cadillac because the growling noise has only gotten louder and the creaking had gotten worse. Guess what? The growling noise was caused by the wheel hub and the calipers need to be replaced (not just "cleaned"). Luckily this is covered under warranty. The end result is I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from Budd Baer which is sad because I had a great experience in 2018 and at this point I wouldn't take a skateboard to their service department to fix.

Got a new company work truck which is GMC 1500 Sierra. Was looking for a dealer to start doing scheduled maintenance & oil changes. They got me scheduled quickly. Told them I would wait on the truck. Service was fast & curious. Will be going back from here on out.

Matt and team always leave me feeling good after I have my c300 serviced there. The service department is a big reason I chose to buy from the dealer a second time around. They give the car exactly what it needs and let you know about upcoming service items. Great work!

After taking my 2018 GMC Yokun Denali for replace news pads and rotors and also checking a squeaking noise under the car. Spend almost $3000 plus what warranty did covered. A couple days later we call them to let them know that the brake noises was still there, they told us to wait a couple weeks since the pads were new they do that the first days. After couple weeks we took the car back for them to check again the brakes and the clunking/ squeezing noise under the car. They fix another fluid that was liking $$$$ and Roy who works there said that GMC has new pads and is normal to make squeaking noises when you brake that I needed to deal with it or replace again kkkkk are you serious!!! And now just a week later the same clunking noise and when I brake the whole neighbor can hear me. Now they don t answer our calls or anything. I ll be filing a complain!
