Let me start by saying I did give this a chance but once I realize I don t have heat in my room for the night all bets are off when I paid over $300 for this mid room the phone doesn t call the front desk. There elevator sounds like a broke record. Smells in the hallway this needs a major renovations and not worth the money just go to a nice hotel and spend the money never again!

I can tell some part of the room has NOT been quite cleaned especially the floor; it not carpet so that means it can get easily dirty and dusty so because of the time I arrived; there was no housekeeping on duty so I had to clean the floor myself because I got tired of walking around the room with my bare feet being black due to unclean floor. It definitely wasn t making it no better when I had my socks on then for me having to get in the bed with my socks on? That s putting more dusty dirt in the bed. There was hair in the shower on the wall & on the back part of the toilet seat, the towel rack has not been wiped down. Unacceptable! Gotta do better than this.

I had an absolutely delightful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, taking care of every little detail to make my stay comfortable. The on-site restaurant offered a delectable array of dishes, and the spa services were the perfect way to unwind after a long day.

A friend and I booked a room here and check in is at 3. We got up at 4 am this morning and been on the road all day. After a long and tiring day, we get to the hotel around 3:45 to check in, make our way to our room and no sheets and not even cleaned. I go to the front desk to ask if there s anyway we can get another room or be accommodated for the way. I was told I can not change rooms and there s nothing I can do. So now I had to personally track down housekeeping and ask them to get the room set up. So in the mean time, I am sitting on the hallway floor of the room waiting for it to be done.

I wanted to surprise my husband with a night out after seeing a show near this hotel . The jacuzzi was an added bonus and the main reason for booking this hotel. The hotel smelled and a bit run down, but that isn't why a negative review. We came back from the show and anxiously started filling the whirlpool tub. We noticed broken tiles on the front but no big deal. The water pressure was bad and had little hot water. But we continue to fill it up, which took over an hr to fill. Turned it on, and only 2 of the jets worked . Again, we hardly get time to ourselves, so we thought it's whatever. I walked into the bedroom area and said probably should check for bed bugs. It just had that feel to it. I went to walk back into the other room and I slipped in water ! I called my husband over and showed him the huge puddle of water literally coming out of the floor across from the tub. Hubs grabbed towels and it was just flooding in our room. We went down to tell them that we are leaving as the main reason to booking this was for the whirlpool tub. He was angry with US ! He huffed and puffed the entire way up , BLAMED US and claimed we splashed water out of the tub ( we were fully clothed with our jackets still on) , the only thing soaked were our shoes and socks from slipping in the water. He then proceeded to tell us to make sure we don't forget ANY of our belongings. We didn't even get unpack. They didn't charge us but he also did not ask if we were okay from slipping, nor did he apologize for ruining our very RARE night out. Close to midnight, we had to drive 1.5 hr home disappointed that his bday gift was a disaster, and our night out away from the kids was a flop. The video and pictures were not even at its worst. I would like to say the 2 front desk ladies we dealt with earlier were very nice !

Poor advertisement and needs to me removed from Expedia. Bedding was filled with HOLES AND STAINS. Everytime we asked for new blankets and pillows, we were told there were none available at the moment. The restaurant and bar advertised was "closed for renovations"The overall appearance and upkeep of the room was awful!

Jan 5th, 2024, I rented a room (Room 219) at this Best Western, in Fort Washington, PA, for a full out hotel date including champagne, sushi, and candles.During a portion of our date, we hung out in bed watching TV, and then got a bit more comfortable. My date was laying back on her pillow when I noticed a bug crawling near her long hair. I picked it up and crushed it, thinking it was fluke, but she noticed more, and sure enough, we found a lot more, coming out of the headboard, and coming up from the base of the mattress. My date literally started shaking and had a complete panic attack. She grabbed her belongings and ran, and would not speak to me for more than a month, blaming me for not having read the reviews more thoroughly.I had never seen a bed bug, and thought this could not possibly be a bed bug, but I was wrong, the picture at google matched exactly what we saw.I was even able to take one on a paper plate to the lobby to show the hotel staff.Because I had purchased this room via a 3rd party(called Hotels in America -- true scammers, never, ever use them for anything), it took me more than a month to get all of my monies back for this horrible experience.Searching the reviews here, I see bed bugs are not rare at this hotel. For sure, rooms next to room 219 also have bed bugs.I have been in a lot of hotels in my life, being more than a half century old, but I have never, not one time, experienced bed bugs. This was one of the most disgusting hotel experiences I have ever had, anytime, anywhere, in any country.I avoided writing a review for a long time, but if I can save someone else from this type of event, then this review will have been worth it.I've read since then that bed bugs are more common than we know, and I will check all rooms now, before unpacking, for these nasty little creatures.I will not be staying at this Best Western again.

Stepping into this Best Western, I expected John Wayne to greet me at reception, but all I found was a sleepy clerk who must ve thought 'The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly' was a dress code, not a classic movie. The place is a below-average Western at best, but in fairness, you do get what you pay for. The room was clean enough if you don t count the tumbleweeds of dust bunnies dueling at high noon under the bed. The complimentary breakfast was a showdown between humanity and what could loosely be described as scrambled eggs - I m not sure who won. The Wi-Fi signal was like an old Western ghost town, appearing and disappearing, leaving me sending smoke signals to check my email. But hey, in the spirit of the Wild West, it was an adventure just one I paid for. Yeehaw!

It's a joke how mgmt never called me but replied to this Google review. It's unacceptable.3 Days and no return call from any shift manager despite my daily phone calls. Most of the 4/5 star reviews are fake... This place is run down with plenty of complaints of bed begs & roaches in the room. We stayed last night & had to clean the bathroom ourselves, which was gross. There were cracked tiles & various hairs with a yellow ring around the tub. The tub doesn't drain. I am still waiting on a call from mgmt, which is conveniently not back in until Monday. This place is run down & not worth the $125 stay at all. It's just lucky we were in room 203 vs. the other rooms, & hopefully no bed bugs. I want a refund. Microwave and fridge are also broken.Rooms: Terribly run down with bugsDon't waste your time or money here

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Best Western Hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The breakfast options were satisfying, and the hotel boasts a spacious parking area. However, it seems that the place could benefit from some renovation, and there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness.During my stay, I had the pleasure of interacting with Judy Braun, who truly excels in customer service. Her handling of requests was exceptional. On the other hand, I observed that Priyanka Shinde could work on being more polite with employees, especially in the presence of customers. The way she communicates and provides directions could be improved.Overall, the Best Western Hotel provided a decent stay, with notable highlights in customer service, but there is potential for enhancement in the areas of maintenance and staff interactions.

You get what you pay for. Rates were good but place is just run down. Elevator slow and creaky. Despite being a non-smoking hotel, one of our two room smelled strongly of smoke once the cleaning products wore off. Mattress/bedding was most noticeable, but they did bring us fresh pillows. Both bathrooms were missing towels which they did get promptly, noticed floor was dusty behind one door. Desk staff was professional tho' a little impersonal at check in, but morning attendant was very friendly. Super strong pot smell in the elevator and hallway one night; sign of the times I guess. In house restaurant was good. Breakfast was decent, the ladies working it were very cheerful and attentive. Parking lot large and well lit; nice to have covered parking option. Always good to see pet friendly hotels, but we did have to report a (unattended?) yapping dog across the hall; they did call the owner right away to address it and it was pretty quiet after that so points in their favor there. Overall, not likely to return.

Don t stay here unless you want to waste your money. You definitely don t get even close to your moneys worth. We paid over $400 for three nights here and were highly disappointed. I was so excited to stay here based on the pictures I had saw on their website and as soon as we got there I was extremely disappointed. The pictures they have posted on their website are completely deceiving. The whole entire hotel smelled weird. As soon as we got to our room we realized that the window was cracked and they used packing tape to fix it. The tile in front of the jacuzzi was broken in multiple places. There was human bodily fluid on the headboard of our bed. The room overall was just dirty and dark (as was the rest of the hotel). The first night we were cold and called the front desk to ask if we could have a second blanket and the young man s response was no, no extra blankets . After waking up the first morning the breakfast was completely disgusting (makes sense why it s complementary ). They had a huge pile of old carpet just laying in the grass outside (not the view I want to see when I look out through the cracked window). My boyfriend is a traveling construction carpenter so I had booked this hotel to spend a few days with him. He needed to do laundry, they claim to have a guest laundry room at the hotel but they only have one washer in working condition. The other washer has a disconnected drain pump that goes into a mop bucket lol. He also tried using their dryers and his clothes were still soaking wet after 3 hours of drying on high heat so he still had to go find a laundromat and waste more time and money. Definitely will not be staying here again. I will say the women at the front desk were nice and the location was quiet but also close to major cities.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I stayed here for a wedding November 2nd - 5th and when I woke up in the morning to leave on 11/5, I looked down to see my arms, neck, and face COVERED in 40+ bug bites. I went to a dermatologist who confirmed I had a severe case of bed bugs. In addition to the horrid discomfort and pain this is bringing me, I missed a flight, had to throw out nearly all of my belongings and luggage I had with me; spent excess money on doctors and medicine, and call out of work. After trying to reach management on-site (after being told she would be in office and leaving my name and phone number with the front desk) I have received no communication and was forced to call corporate. PLEASE do NOT stay here! I was in room 335.
