Daniel Parker was a great sales rep. Knew the car we bought through and through. Very knowledgeable and not at all pressuring for a sale. Highly recommend him if you re in the market. We went in on Thursday browsing, by Saturday we were in our new car. Easy process from start to finish.

The Audi Washington dealership and service department are hard to beat. They did an excellent job on the repairs of my vehicle, had excellent communication, and they were very kind which can be hard to find anymore. Paul in service was extremely patient and thorough. I would highly recommend their team to anyone looking to purchase or service an Audi.

I had the most satisfying and easy sales experience in car buying in my 45 years of buying cars at Audi Washington this week. It was no nonsense buying and I felt like they wanted to give me the best deal the first time ever buying at this dealership. I will definitely buy there again and recommend everyone to go there. The staff and service were outstanding. From the moment I drove in until I left I was kept informed of what they were doing. The video from the mechanic explaining everything he did on my car was very helpful. Dan Ireland and his team were great. I highly recommend Audi Washington.

I had a great experience at Washington Audi. John Rackley handled the transaction stress free and smooth. I bought an A3, John explained in detail the cars technology which was far more advanced than my last A3. This car is the second car I bought from Washington Audi and John. Super impressed with the A3's technology. The whole experience was a 10!

Shout out to the service department. Tyler did the 40K services on my 2020 Audi A5 coupe. All done professionally and accurately. Had video and paper documentation for all services performed. All done thoroughly and reasonably priced.I highly recommend their services and Tyler in particular. Many thanks!

We really appreciated the valet service as we live an hour away from the dealership. The driver was friendly and courteous. The service department was great and completed the scheduled maintenance in a timely fashion. We would highly recommend Audi Washington and this was the second Audi we purchased from this dealership.

Audi Washington let me know that I could schedule my 40,000 mile service before my car s warranty expired. How great was that!?! They gave me a beautiful Q7 as a loaner and returned my car looking brand new and driving like a dream. What a great team they have in the service department! Kudos.

Being from Ohio, we never really heard of Audi Washington, however, while traveling to the nearby casino, we had always admired their Amazing selection of vehicles. Recently, my husband noticed my dream car as we drove by. Long story short, I called, booked an appointment with Glenn, and needless to say I'm a Proud new car owner. The customer service is FABULOUS, not pushy etc. I would highly recommend this establishment when considering a new or used vehicle purchase!

Paul Magsig was my service manager and he s excellent. I ve been using this center for all my service needs on my RS5. All work has been done in accordance with commitments. Pricing is high, but expected given the complexity of my vehicle. Overall I would highly recommend this dealer and service center.

Recently purchased a car at #1 Cochran Audi Washington, PA. The process was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. My salesperson, Zach, was so helpful, from meeting us at the Pittsburgh dealership to test drive a vehicle to having a vehicle I wanted to test drive brought out to the Washington location. The entire process from test drive to driving the new car off the lot took just over 3 hours. The entire team from sales to the sales manager to the finance team were so easy to work with. Thanks to the entire team and a special thanks to Zach for all that he did for me. Loving my new Audi!

Bought a used trade-in from this dealership. Heyward and his team did a wonderful job answering all of our questions and getting the car ready for us to take ownership. A close family member took her car in for servicing. She wasn t called when the car was done as she was told she would be. When she returned, the staff was extremely rude. Additionally, they quoted a $7000 repair on a car bought not long ago there with 60k miles on it. Another local Audi dealer quoted less than half the cost for the same repair. Worst service we have ever experienced, especially after buying multiple cars from them.

2018 Audi S4.My service advisor Paul was fantastic.Wait times for service appointments are several weeks earlier then the Downtown Pittsburgh location. 2 weeks instead of 8 weeks. Performed a recall that the Pittsburgh location told me I didn't need. 4.5 Stars

Overall buying experience was good, thanks to Glenn. This is second car i bought from him. This time it is RS5. When i visited dealership i came to know that car is at Audi Pittsburg so went there for test drive. Amount they offered on my trade was way below market and they didn t show enough enthusiasm to sell the vehicle. I almost cancelled the plan. Glenn followed up via text next day and let me know about getting car down at Washington. We chatted through text. He and finance manager made a really great effort going out of the way with getting finance approval with Audi Finance and additionally they offered 5K rebate on vehicle and 6k more on my trade in considering i am frequent changer of vehicle and negative equity with vehicle. Process completed next day and got the car.Thanks to Audi Washington and Glenn. Definitely recommend washington location over Pittsburgh.
