Cancelled the day my car was supposed to be picked up . Never notified me of the cancellation. WILL NOT RETURN my calls or return the 150.00 deposit. Scam artist

Argumentative receptionist, on hold for over 2 hours every time I call or no one answers, doesn t answer emails for 10 days, and I paid $1,400 for two car transports. Asked for supervisor information and the receptionist actually said no she s not giving me it. First time customer and do not recommend. The most unprofessional service I ever experienced.

They would not leave me alone. They called me multiple times a day. Even AFTER I told them I don t need a tow. Absolutely horrible service from them. They rushed me just to get my money sooner. Not coming here again or recommending anyone to this place
