Honest and accurate communication, from when work can start, how long it will take and updates while repairs are being done. Done when they said they would be and quickest pick up ever. Very smooth transaction. Insurance covered repairs required no additional effort in securing payments or up front costs. Very pleased with the service here.

Anthony and Bob did excellent work on my 2022 dodge charger. I was very nervous on who would be fixing my car and they helped me through the whole process of dealing with insurance and bringing the car back to the way it was prior to the accident. Any problem I had they tried their best to help with and made the paperwork very easy. Bob went above and beyond to make sure there was no gapping or misplacements in the areas of the accident and it is very very much appreciated. Throughout the process they assured me that good people were working on the car, and that s a fact. They treat your vehicle as if it was their own. These guys scammed me and said that trunk damage from where my vehicle was rear ended didn t happen during the accident these guys are idiots will never go there again who knows what other shady stuff they do behind the scenes I recommend you executive auto willow grove for quality service not these fools

A few months back in Summer 2019, there was a terrible scratch on my car, I went to this place, and with one spray and wipe, the scratch was gone. It may have been a thorn ball object that feel from a tree in the neighborhood that caused the scratch.Anyway due this very nice experience, I had another incident where a car side swiped my car door, and left a scratches all over the door.The Team here is so very nice to: take pictures, create an estimate, and receive a claim from All State, and the work was scheduled.After (4) days the car was door was finished and I have attached the photo of my door. It is like brand new!!!!!!The Team here is really nice!!!!!

Quality repairs and top notch customer service here. After two weeks of having my car repaired, I have nothing but complete satisfaction. Additionally, a guarantee is provided.Soup to nuts - I was provided regular and detailed updates every step of the way. Rob and crew are great with customer service. Best place hands down for auto repair!They did an amazing job and even got the job done sooner than expected. Super professional and made everything so easy to manage while car was being fixed. Anthony was so kind and wonderful to work with and his partner also seemed super nice. They coordinated with my insurance company and rental car place, and they were very responsive, on top of everything and explained everything. This was an insurance claim and this company was a preferred provider. The staff in the office were very informative and professional when I called to shop out the service. The process was smooth and they delivered the service in the time they estimated it would take. I was very happy with the repairs made to the car. I know they worked with the insurance company to make sure the repairs were done well so as to keep a satisfied customer from having to come back for unnecessary fixes to the original job. It is in their best interest to get it right the first time and I think that is how they operate. Over all I would recommend this shop based on my first experience. My car was dropped off on a Monday morning and I had it back on a Thursday afternoon. It was good as new. It didn t look like there had ever been any damage done to it. They even put my decal back on exactly where it had been before, maybe even straighter than I did it myself. They handled all the insurance stuff without me. I only had to drop off my car and pick it up. They re also nice people to deal with. I highly recommend.

Friendly, fast, and professional. My Jeep was backed into a few days before my wedding and Warrington Collision did a great, timely repair while keeping me in the loop.They went above and beyond when the person at-faults insurance wouldn t budge on returning my rental on my wedding day and the awesome guys at WC got them to extend it until after. Nothing but great things to say.Jeep arrived back sparkling cleaned and polished inside and out. Would definitely recommend.

Brought a car in for body work after an accident and had a fairly seamless transition from dropping the car off to completing work. I had a great experience with this shop. I had a minor fender bender and they had it repaired and ready for pickup in just 2 days. It looks flawless and you would never even know it was in accident. Everyone was also really nice! I would definitely recommend this shop for any car repairs.
