Evan was amazing. Got me scheduled immediately as my tire was a real issue. My car was thoroughly inspected and the issues were brought to my attention quickly. I was supplied with a loaner for the week while my car was being serviced. Everything and everyone was very professional

Shout out to Sam and his team at Porsche of Warrington. I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for a little over 8 years and they never let me down.They are consistently upfront and professional. I ve never had any bad surprises with them and I am very comfortable recommending them to family and friends.If you live in Bucks or eastern Montco this is the dealer you want to do business with.TM

My service was outstanding! I was promptly greeted on the minute that my service was scheduled. I talked through what I needed done to the car with my service advisor, Evan. Once the team looked over the car I was updated on a few suggestions, including a suspension setting, which I think was above and beyond.At the end of my visit all of the work was explained to me. We had a lovely discussion about the previous work and mods I had done to the car. They remembered and had constructive feedback on them.When all was said and done my car was returned to me and rode like it just left the factory floor.

Great service! Very accommodating with my difficult schedule and understanding that i was traveling s great distance to have my car serviced here. All my concerns where addressed that i had with the exception of the rear bumper scratch was not mentioned and i forgot about it as well when i picked up the vehicle. Thank you for everything,

Nice service visit at Porsche Warrington. Sam is especially helpful and well informed. Always nice to have a conversation with another car enthusiast. The service was done as promised in the allotted time and my Macan returned clean as a whistle.

Sam was absolutely terrific! I had a 20K service, 4 tires replaced, and AC checked,, and he walked me through every step, making sure I understood every step. And I always enjoy walking through the showroom! I have my eye on that blue baby in the photo. Had my Macan Turbo in for an extended warranty inspection at Porsche Warrington. Only took about 1 1/2 -2 hours including the warranty paperwork. Rick the dealer business manger comped the cost. Evan the service rep was very helpful with suggestions for future services and tire replacements in the future. Very practical.

Needed to have a recall item addressed. Evan took great care of me and made sure I didn't need to wait too long. He also explained what was done and provided me with a status report on the car to identify any current issues or things that will need to be addressed in the near future.

I have used Sloane Porsche regularly for my service needs. I was dissatisfied with my last visit. My warning pad warning light became a ~~$4,000 repair of which mysteriously the service technician s video surveillance of the repair was unavailable. I opted to complete the front brake repairs because I was very skeptical that for such a large repair bill, no evidence of the need for the repair was made available to me. Feeling like a hostage, I opted for the front brake work to be done. I think my reservations were well founded. I have spent a lot of $$$ at Sloane Porsche to keep my Porsche running optimally but this current situation is over the top.This experience was unacceptable.

Excellent service experience at Porsche Warrington on my 21 Macan GTS. Evan did an exemplary job getting me in, arranging for a loaner, and ensuring that my work was done as specified. Pricing was as agreed to and work was completed on time and done with care. Very satisfied with this service experience and will definitely use them again for required service on my Macan.

Porsche Warrington is a great place to get your Porsche serviced. Evan is the guy I've been dealing with and he's awesome. He makes sure everything gets taken care of and is always happy to see you. I've been to other dealerships (not Porsche) where they seem angry that you're there. Sam was my service advisor for a PPI inspection. I couldn't do it myself as I live 1600 miles away from where the car was located. He and the rest of the staff (technician) did a great job checking out the car (2021 Porsche 911 4S) and an even better job keeping me up to date and communicate the findings (Note I did end up purchasing the car). I wish these guys were my local Porsche center but alas they are not. Great job Sam and Warrington Porsche!

Service Advisor Evan was a pleasure to work with when I brought my Cayman in for service. He showed me around the newly renovated Porsche facility as soon as I arrived. He was able to complete the service within the promised two hour window even though I added another another task at the last minute. The waiting room was comfortable and provided a clear view of the spotless service bays. A added feature was receiving a narrated video from the service tech showing what was done to the car during the visit. Well done, Porsche of Warrington!

Paul McClain put me in contact with Sam Resnick as my new service advisor. He helped with work on my 2016 911 GTS Targa. He provided service which was beyond my expectations and helped with coordinating some repairs through a Porsche / Fidelity Service Contract. I have always been satisfied with Porsche Warrington for all service needs for vintage air cooled to modern GT cars.i have been a client for many years. (Holbert s, Thompson, and currently Sloane). Sam and Chris Morris worked hard to remedy an issue with the vehicle s charging system. They were professional, friendly and courteous. The Porsche Warrington team did a fantastic job completing the 10k service on my Panamera. They also addressed wheel rash on two of my wheels and completed a full detail. I was impressed as much by their communication and customer support as I was by the actual service. SAM WAS EXCELLENT WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE including having my vehicle dropped off when it was an overnight 40,000 mile checkup.
