Bob and his crew did excellent work for me at a reasonable price. They took pride in repairing a damaged section of trim that made my wife's car look like it was new. It was a great experience. Ron was the guy answering the phone and he was the most personable person I've met. He talked me through my possible issue and they looked at it that day. They kept the good inexpensive too. If I lived in the area, I'd trust them as my go-to mechanic.-1 star only because their phones were on the fritz.

Ron is a stand up guy who does very solid work. He fixed a coolant leak for me and when i returned with the same problem he sorted it out for me at no extra charge. Seems like a "straight up" kind of shop. I have to go back because they have to order a part but I will follow up after. So far so good in my eyes.Update. ....went back for my 2nd inspection...same deal..honest and straightforward. I would recommend to everyone

My son got his inspection and oil change here and they are efficient, thorough and all in a timely manner. With great prices also. My son was very happy and that makes me very happy too.

Took my son s car here for state inspection. The kid drives the car multiple hours back n forth from school. No complaints or issues w the car ever. Well this place claimed he needed brake pads, rotors and some type of cylinder replaced the entire thing totaling $1400. I m so glad I was with my son because we immediately decided we would not pay and get a second opinion. Which we did. The new mechanic, without us mentioning anything states the car only needs brake pads to pass the inspection!! Wow. I guess it s safe to assume that Bob s stays open because of the lies and false diagnosis???? What a horrible person he must be, to steal that type of money from people, especially at a time like this. I m so glad I outsmarted him!!! STAY AWAY. GO ELSEWHERE. There are actual mechanics out there that are sincere.

These guys were able to help me with a problem that I created while doing some custom work to my exhaust. I really appreciated their effort and willingness to troubleshoot and find a solution to the problem. They re very nice and helpful, and I highly recommend their services. Thanks again!

After a crazy and stressful morning, I realized I had a nail through my tire and it was very low on pressure. This wonderful business took me in right away, fixed it FAST, and didn t charge!!!! I have been here before and i always get friendly, fast service and fair pricing! Thank you!!

Is there such thing as zero star :D I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Especially if you need to get inspection done (or) any kinds of major repairs for you car. It could work may be just for an oil change.OK so my story here they failed the inspection(worth $80. I later realized there are many other places which could do it for half the price) for suspension and estimated a repair cost of $600.They speak nice though :) At least they pretend they explain things to customer clearly. so I scheduled my second appointment to get suspension work along with wheel alignment done for which they charged me 600 plus. Soon after they said they replaced new parts, performed a test ride and passed my inspection, I felt happy paid my balance and pulled out my car out of the parking and I hardly drove like 2-3 miles the moment I run into any kind of small bump my car feels like two iron shield hitting strongly each other.I went back immediately and explained the same to which I was told the parts they bought were damaged and they reinstalled a new set of parts.ok, this time at least I feel the suspension was ok. two days later I feel the wheel alignment is off & I also hear clunking noise from my front driver wheel which I never heard before. These are the wheels on which the suspension work was performed. so I called them and scheduled anotherappointment to get it checked. This is the third time me visiting the shop in 2 weeks period and I drove 35 miles one way paying tolls to get there every time. The guy drove my car and admitted the alignment is off so he fixed it but he said he couldn't hear any noise. My overall customer experience with this place is I think they are just sweet talkers but have no skill. This place might work for just a oil change but not for any other major work and definitely not for inspection. I later figured there are so many other places who get inspection done for half the price I paid here. I also feel it to be non transparent since they never returned my old suspension parts and kept for themselves. I now have serious doubts on what kind of parts(new / used) were installed if ever they were installed.

They will try to take you for every dollar you have. Just got breaks put on less than a year ago and they were fine. Of course when i went in for a inspection they charged me 400 for new breaks! This wasn't the first time either. Every time this place tries to charge me for something that works great. One time they installed a part that caught on fire because they left a piece of paper on it they forgot to take off and then charged me to repair the damage that was caused! lol don't go to this scam artist.

Have been with them for probably more than 20 years! Great service always! They go above and beyond! Upfront and honest.... I have never had any regrets! I never felt overcharged or disappointed in any of the repairs.

I've been using Bob's auto for years now and should have written this a lot sooner. Ron and the guys are top notch and care about the customer. I live in my van and this man helped me very much. Van runs great after his advice when other repair shops would do less than nothing for me. Thank you so much for your help!!! Don't go anywhere else it would be a waste of money and time.
