This store is an absolute disgrace. The associates know nothing about cars and their costumer service is deplorable. Don t believe me, just call and ask them for a random part outside of an oil or air filter you re guaranteed to get the wrong part and an attitude. I asked for (8) auto lite #3926 spark plugs for a small block chevy, you would have thought I asked them for part on a spaceship. You pull up to the store and all of the parking spots with the exception of the handicap spots are taken by either Mavis Tire employees or cars they re working on. Walk in the store, you re not greeted, they re on their personal phones and god for bid if they would have to do their job and ask you if you needed help. The last time I was in there, my son and I walked around for 15 minutes looking for header wrap. The associate sat on his phone and never said a word (mind you we re the only ones in the store). Then he rings us out as if we were interrupting his day. Then I had to ask him for a bag which was a struggle. This has been going on for the last year or so at the Warrington store. If you need anything other than waxes or tire shine I highly suggest you get your parts at Walmart, the guy stocking the produce probably knows more about cars and will be friendlier.

Staff has about as much automotive knowledge as a sea turtle, if there computers went down they'd probably fall on the floor into the fetal position crying? FYI know what your looking for cause they dont!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting AutoZone during a heavy rainstorm, and I must say, their service exceeded my expectations. The exemplary assistance I received from a young employee left me thoroughly impressed. What truly amazed me was his unwavering dedication and willingness to help, even in the pouring rain. He volunteered to install a new battery for me, ensuring that I didn't have to go through the hassle of dealing with it myself. Despite the challenging weather conditions, he remained professional and showed exceptional knowledge and skill throughout the process. His ability to multitask while staying calm and composed under the pouring rain was truly commendable.

Seems like they had a good assortment of stuff inside, but I came in for antifreeze. They surprisingly only carry one brand and did not have the kind that goes in my car. So I bought it somewhere else. The gentleman I spoke with was sympathetic and we had a nice conversation however no sale was made there today.

Courteous, efficient and knowledgeable staff. They assisted me promptly and the cashier was very polite. It's always a good feeling to have a trustworthy place to go especially when it comes to your CAR maintenance.

Just experienced the WORST customer service I ve had at any store in years. Yes, years. There was an employee today (looked very young, maybe a teen) who was glued to his cell phone. I asked him if he could please help me look up the serial number of the oil filter. He searched it, pulled up many different filters. I myself was able to figure out which one. It said there were 4 in stock, I looked, did not see it on the shelf. I asked for assistance and he said the system is messed up a lot. If it s not there it s not there . I then asked if he could double check to see if it could be in stock and to help me find it. He rolled his eyes, looked back his phone, continued texting, and said in a very nasty tone, listen, if it s not there it s not there . This is very very disappointing. I did notice a sign on the door saying they were now hiring 16 and 17 year olds. Some teens like to work, but this individual was absolutely awful, and again GLUED to his cell phone. Give some other kid an opportunity to work there, not the ones who just don t care. Unbelievable and unacceptable

Not sure if the pther reviews are fake or what? The staff typically wont move out if their chairs, have absolutely zero knowledhe about cars, and try to upsell you for bs reasons, even when there are legit reasons, but they arent knowledgeable enough to know them. Prices are high, but if you need something immediately I guess you expect to pay more. For oil purchases, go across street to Walmart, 6.99 for same quart of oil they charge $10.99 for.

Absolutely great experience went in to get a bulb for my headlight on my car and Chris the district manager was very helpful and I asked if they would possibly be able to put the bulb in the car and he said sure long as it's accessible so he came outside with me and put the bulb in for me I've never went to an auto place that anybody would come out and do something so simple without tipping them or charging me and I even offered to tip him and he said no he was not allowed what a great company AutoZone I will continue to go to AutoZone instead of the other places I've been going for years thank you for all your help today

Went in to buy mag and polish. Lady at the register was working with her coworker. I just stood there waiting for about 5 minutes. She looked at me didnt say anything and kept working with the coworker. Then gives me attitude when ringing me up. I will not return

I'm currently pregnant and needed power steering fluid. I called ahead because my car needs a specific brand only. They held the item and even came out popped my hood and filled it for me right then and there! Amazing customer service and will most definitely go back for any needs.

This place is literally 5 minutes Away from me and tonight was the 1st time I've been in there! It's certainly won't be the last. I had a problem with my key fob. I had the new battery but I could not figure out how to get the top open. I went over to auto zone and they were so nice! The salesman literally just opened it zip put the battery in and less than a minute I was good to go. I wish I remember his name but he was at the sales desk and he had dark hair and a tattoo on his hand. I think he had glasses I'm not sure. But thank you again sir! I believe I need new windshield wipers soon so I will definitely be in again

The staff was able to help me get my disabled car (electrical issue locking my car in accessory mode) started over the phone, then performed a free diagnostic identifying the issues when I was able to drive there. Thank you very much!

Came in today with my dad from a field day of a day from my Ford Escape.. Went in with the impression of a poor battery so my wallet was beginning to feel the same John was super chill and was generous enough to check the voltage of my battery and than offered to put it on the charger for a good half hour. A half hour zips by and Mike goes in the back to take it off charge and came back to let us know the verdict ! It was still a good battery HOORAY !!!Mike also went out of his way to clean off my battery nicely. These guys were true Rockstars .We couldn t ask for a more pleasant & great experience !!!Thanks again John & Mike You Guys Rock !

Vincent helped us with sizing our windshield wipers. When he accidentally missed the fact that they were bayonet blades, marked OE on the computer- we had purchased standard blades which didn t fit. We came back in and wanted to exchange. Because the OE blades were more expensive and he gave us the wrong type by accident, he made it right by giving us the new blades for the same price. He was so nice and apologetic. WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK! Thanks for great customer service.

Great help here! The guys installed my new windshield wipers in a few minutes. Easy to find. Easy access to the nearby traffic light if you exit parking lot from the back.

Staff working, very courteous and helpful.Unfortunately, they were out of the less expensive bulb I needed for my dome light, but rather than go somewhere else I purchased the more expensive brighter one. Good service
