Great service.Rob was fantastic & kept me informed on my vehicle progress. I was treated well, given a loaner and informed on the progress of my vehicle. As a west coaster I am used to more conversation and banter from people in customer service maybe even a smile as I approach the service desk. This environment is a bit more austere and transactional but proficient.

Amazing experience from appointment, to check in , service , check out , billing. I was in / out in a breeze. Everything explained clearly and expenses for service prioritize. I will have to say service ( Phillip ) was wonderful in the whole process. Thank you so much Phillip you are exceptional and made my experience of taking my car to the mechanic always a positive one.

My daughter brought her car in for its first service this past weekend (on her own!) and Robert and the entirety of the staff treated her with the utmost respect. When I purchased the car I did it from Audi Warrington specifically knowing that if she ever needed anything they could be trusted completely and they did not disappoint. This team is the best, thank you for making her feel at home

Fabulous experience by very accommodating team at Audi of Warrington! I had my car towed in to their facility after never having been there before. Everyone from receptionist to service manager to service technician were very welcoming, communicated well, and did superior work. Highly recommend everyone at this dealership. Thanks for a great experience

I love getting videos of inspections while being accomplished. Joe (and the rest of the staff) have always been helpful and friendly. They've been servicing our Q5 for 5 years now and I've never encountered an unexpected charge

My experience at Audi Warrington could not be better. Had an emergency issue and they allowed me to come right in and get it evaluated. Set me up with a loaner car until mine was fixed which I got to enjoy for a couple of days. Thank you for the seamless transaction, Robert!

Great service from Philip, he went above and beyond to make sure I got the service I needed quickly. The valets are also super nice and quick at pulling up customer cars it is a pleasure talking with them. Great environment!

I arrived at 730 I was greeted by the Sloane team & registered my vehicle for inspection. I was complete by 830, stayed around until 9 to talk to a salesman about a possible trade in & purchase of a new vehicle. We went over a couple different options, overall a great experience.

Check in was quick and easy. Agent was friendly and polite. Service was quick, finished sooner than promised. Car was delivered after having been cleansed and washed. Ease of obtaining a loaner was great.

As usual Phillip was outstanding. Within minutes of bringing my Audi in, Phillip had me out the door with a loaner and back to work. Then just an hour later, Phillip called with the diagnosis and I was able to pick up my car later the same day. Excellent service.

Went here to have my 2015 A3 diagnosed for a fueling issue, was quoted an entire fuel tank due to a "broken flap in the fill neck". Picked the vehicle up & took it home & used a camera to view the fill neck & found no obstruction whatsoever. Quoted nearly 5000$ for a repair and over 200$ for a diagnostic fee just for the vehicle to be mis-diagnosed entirely. I fixed it with 31$ worth of parts and about 2 hours of my own time. Would not recommend unless you're under warranty or a service plan.

We recently had our Audi Q5 at Audi Warrington to have our windshield replaced. We worked with Phillip, and could not have had a better experience! We were always aware of the status of things from parts on being ordered and received at dealer in prep for our appointment, timely appointment reminders, and real-time status updates during the appointment.We ve been fortunate that both of our Audi cars have been reliable, but when we do need service, we know the team at Audi Warrington will take great care of us.

The Audi Warrington service team is outstanding. I started coming to this dealer when I first joined the Audi family five years ago, and could not be happier with the service they have provided. In addition to being experts on Audi cars, my service advisor Joe is great at explaining what is needed and why, establishing confidence in the work being performed. I always come away from a service appointment feeling that Audi Warrington values my business. I highly recommend them!

Excellent service.They rescued me from the side of the road and got me on my way with a loaner car. Great service experience. Phillip got me checked in for an oil change and state inspection. Joe sent me a video of the state inspection to give me a glimpse of upcomimg service.Another service manager helped me find my car jack inside the trunk. Overall, a good experience.Thanks guys.

Philip in Service at Audi Warrington is incredible. He is very professional and gives you the personalized attention that you expect from a luxury carmaker. At my most recent visit he knew I was coming and had me checked in and out on my way in less than a minute! He keeps you updated on the progess of the vehicle throughout. I ve engaged with him on more than one occasion and it s been a pleasant experience every time. Highly recommend this dealership for your Audi servicing needs.

Had my car towed to to Audi if Warrington when it went into limp mode. They accepted the car from AAA and diagnosed the issue keeping me informed throughout on the issues and progress. I have always been impressed and satisfied with the thoroughness, knowledge base and service at Audi of Warrington.
