Called for service and was told a window of 90 minutes. RJ showed up not an hour later and got to work, our equipment had sat for a while and even though it was cold outside he kept going and got us straightened out. I can t thank you all enough for the expedient and quality service we received. Thanks!

For the people complaining about the credit card hold. The hold is to ensure payment on after hours service being credit cards cannot be run after normal business hours. It is a 24 hour hold until your bill is calculated and processed. The difference is then released. Night techs have no way to "quote you" as they are techs not salespeople.

Outrageously Expensive.They ask $1400 Up Front for a trailer tire roadside assistance ! and they won't even give you an exact quote.. Ain't that the text book highway robbery ? !

Used these guys for a road side tire replacement on my semi trailer. They mounted the tires and wheels, but didn t torque the lug nuts correctly and ended up in another road service call a few days later to repair/ replace two wheels, hub and air inflation system part that was damaged because of the loose wheels. Total cost was an extra $ 1,283Ziegler tire did wave the cost of the first road service call. But that s all the responsibility they took in the matter, poorly trained tire service techs.
