Top to bottom Spurk HVAC, LLC gets the job done to your satisfaction. The quote process was easy and simple, and Ethan in the front office was very helpful when it came to explanation and suggestion. Because they re in the upper echelon of mini split installers, he was able to model out my basement to find the perfect sizing for the job. This differed from other quotes where I got a more is better approach.The actual installation was a dream. The Spurk team arrived punctually every day for 3 days without fail. They asked relevant questions and started work. They were as quiet as installers can be and finished the job quickly and effectively. They assisted in the setup of my new smart thermostat, and they made sure I was satisfied with the project before they left. Everything installed functions beautifully. I ve noticed a difference immediately. Also importantly, they completed the job with minimal impact on my home. They found a way to run the electric to avoid damaging my drywall, and the outdoor conduit is hardly noticeable. Truly top notch work. I d recommend to anyone.

Charlie the technician from Spurk was excellent and friendly. He came out on a Saturday almost immediately. He had my 5 year old furnace diagnosed within minutes! Next time I know who to ask for as his knowledge was A plus! Thank you for sending Charlie! Very valuable technician!

I scheduled a ductless mini split cleaning for 2 heads.Lynette was very pleasant on the phone. John was very nice and wore booties when he came in.When John was finished cleaning, he told me how it was done, with spray and a paintbrush. He showed me how he cleaned only the outside of the coils and I asked him about removing the cover and getting the inside of the coils. He said he doesn't normally do that.I called Lynette and, after letting her know the situation, she said that there are levels of cleaning that were available. I asked for the names of the levels and the pricing and she couldn't give them. She then blamed me for not allowing them to come out for an evaluation before the cleaning and wanted to talk to John privately.She did so and I don't know what they schemed, but I paid the $125 for John spraying cleaner on the coils, a job less thorough than I've done myself, and had John leave. I confirmed that he believes what's in the photo to be the result of a basic cleaning and this is up to their company, a Mitsubishi Diamond Elite contractor's, standards.I also mentioned the booties because I definitely appreciate them, but he didn't use a drop cloth and left the floor like it is in the other photo, so the purpose of the booties was perhaps lost on John.Editing on 12/11/23, 7 months after my original review, to reply to the reply from the business I received last night saying that we didn't reply to their request to fix the issues. Spurk did call twice: once to get more details, and once to offer to come back. We declined the additional visit because we'd just had a death in the family. Our regular HVAC servicer, Bolster-DeHart, was also available when it was next convenient for us, so there was no need.

Charlie was out to help us with a gas leak first thing in the morning, after issues resolved with gas company not giving enough Info to fix, he was able to fix everything. Very kind and knowledgeable, and extra brownie points for loving our siberian husky!! Will definitely call them again for future issues/repairs.

Cage was very professional and did a great job installing our whole home humidifier. The SPURK estimator Ethan was also very easy to work with. The communication via text made things very easy to schedule to keep in touch. Would definitely recommend!

Had issues with past HVAC and switched to Spurk when we had an issue with the furnace. Technician was prompt, thorough, and educated us as to what he found. Very professional, and loved that they educated us about our furnace and the potential issues. Signed up for their membership plan after the good experience.

My home air conditioner was not cooling the air in the house this past summer. I made a service call to Spurk HVAC and had a very good experience. I was able to get service on the same day as my call. The service tech showed up in less time than what was estimated by the person who took my call and the problem was resolved promptly.

Everyone I spoke to through the entire process was professional and very focused on my needs. From the initial service visit, to the replacement consultation and then the actual replacement of my furnace everything was fantastic. And the replacement was very reasonable priced as well. Will recommend to everyone I know!

Austin and Cage did an outstanding job fixing our gas furnace and getting us back up and running before winter hits. Very professional, kept a tidy work area and were very respectful of the house and me. Will be calling them for any HVAC services I need in the future.

Do not go near that company. I called with a no heat issue and they set an appointment for 2 days later. I mentioned I might have someone else do the call since the temperature is so cold in the house. They texted me after my issue was fixed to say their tech was on the way and when I cancelled the appointment they texted me that they will be billing me $169I called and spoke to some Alexis person who is super rude and still kept on repeating they ll be billing me for a service s that they never completed. She also refused to send the tech to complete the service call if they re billing for it anyway

Very Quick Service. As an Home inspector said we had a Gas Leak. We did not have a Gas Leak, John Checked the Furnace and Confirmed it is Working Properly. John was kind, efficient, and Professional. we Appreciate you all for facilitating this Service for us while we are out of town. Thanks to Alexis and Wendy.

Adam was Courteous and on time! Cleaned up and left the area as it was before the repair. Did not smoke, and wore shoe covers.Hallelujah!I will definitely use Spurk again!Just had Spurk for furnace maintenance and replacing a faulty thermostat. Charles was just as courteous as Adam was, wore shoe covers cleaned up well. The technician, John, arrived on time. I like that I could track his eta with the text reminder, since it was an early morning call. Super professional. I m a new homeowner, so I appreciated that he took the time to explain a few things to me. I felt like he was thorough, patient with all my newbie-type questions, and it was an overall solid experience. Prices were fair. Incredible service, Had issues with my original instal from another HVAC comapany. Spurk was able to fix all of the problems the other company created and the results were astounding.Air flow is better, we are using less electricity now since our system doesn't have to run all day, and the air handler is quieter than ever since they made sure we had enough airflow installed to balance everything out.Will recommend Spurk to anyone I know from now on. We had used Spurk a number of years ago when our furnace would not work. At that point, you assume the worst and prepare for a large repair bill, but when they diagnosed the problem it was a simple repair which was only $150 to correct. It was refreshing to work with a company that did not try to take advantage of you at a time when it would have been so easy for them to do so. When our furnace broke down again this year, we did not hesitate to call Spurk. This time the 23+ year old system did need more extensive repairs. Dale and Dan were very helpful in discussing the pros and cons of repairing our system vs installing a new one. Once we made the decision to move forward with a new furnace, they then patiently walked us through the various models available. After we selected our new system, their crew was out the next day. Hats off to Scott and Matt who worked late into the night to complete our installation. Prompt service and they also take the time to educate you on something that many of us know very little about, and all at a very fair price. I know what a few of our neighbors have paid for their new furnaces, and I can tell you that the total price from Spurk was much better and the service was fantastic. 1 more furnace and 2 air conditioners from the original build are still chugging along. I hope I can avoid replacing them for a while, but when the time comes we will be calling Spurk again.April 28,2023 updated: Had the upper level central AC replaced today. Matt and his assistant did an excellent job. Installation looks great, they were very neat. As usual, we had top quality service from our Spurk technician. Since having our furnace installed a few years ago, every interaction we've had with any Spurk employee has been outstanding. They are kind, polite and do a thorough job. You cannot go wrong choosing Spurk for your HVAC needs. AC started making noise. I called Spurk they we through with the questions they asked. Then they showed up the same day. The technician was already aware of what I had told the person I had talked to on the phone. He was prompt, polite and took the time to explain the issue. I had Matt come out today to inspect my AC unit. I have had many technicians come to inspect my HVAC equipment over the years, but never had anyone as polite and thorough as Matt. He checked everything over, reviewed his long checklist with me and answered all my questions. My unit is very old and I m in the planning stage for a new system and he helped outline the different paths I could take and the various steps involved.I am so happy I chose Spurk. I m very impressed!Thanks again, Matt!EDITED JULY 2023: After some thought, i decided to replace my old HVAC equipment. Evan and Tom came out in June 2023 to do the installation. I had 3 large bushes surrounding my AC unit that were crowding the unit. They cut them off at ground level and it looks great! We were stuck with an unfinished AC Installation when our HVAC contractor went out of business. It was a nightmare trying to find help until I reached out to Spurk HVAC, LLC. They sent John G. to our house and he quickly assessed what was needed to finish the installation job. He patiently explained each thing that needed to be done so I was very confident it would be done correctly.All of the people I spoke to at Spurk were friendly and eager to help me get the AC working in our home. John G. was able to come out right away and finish all of the little things our defunct contractor had left undone. He was patient about explaining what he was doing. In just a few hours our abandoned AC was up and running. He even gave me some great tips to keep our tankless water heater in great shape. Spurk HVAC, LLC were there when nobody else was. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to call them with any HVAC issue that arises in the future.

Both the service call and tech team are very responsive and professional. They arrived on time as scheduled and quickly diagnosed out the problem of the aged heating system. They provided both the repair and replacement options in details. The installation was smooth, clean, and professional.
