We had a great experience purchasing a bike here. The people at Pitt Cycle are really friendly, and seem happy to work with you. They gave us a great deal on a used Bullet 500 that was in our budget. We will be back in the future, and couldn't recommend enough!

The whole staff was fantastic. I came in just to take a peek at an Indian FTR, and my wife left with a Royal Enfield Himalayan Scram 411! Everyone was super helpful, and as someone who has been in automotive sales for around 5 years I can tell you that they will have my business whenever I return to buy an FTR. Thanks again to all who helped us out!Edited to add that they got a used FTR in and I bought it the day my wife picked her new bike up. Love it, and again couldn't be happier with these guys!

Really nice guys. Parts department is great. Good Klim gear selection and will order anything you need if it s OOS.Service department has bounced around locations a lot, pretty short staffed, and is disorganized as a result. I have had some issues. I do all my own service work except there are some things dealers are required to do like program keys in KTM. I hope the service situation improves. The dealership is great otherwise.

Huge selection of bikes with a staff that made me feel like I was the only person there. Very helpful and knowledgeable and not pushing or overbearing. Explained things while speaking to you, not at you. Definitely a place to visit!

Edit: Following up, they did manage to pull through and get the service completed by the date I needed. They actually called early to tell me that they were working on it and about when it would be done. The manager did apologize for not being completely up front with the eta, and said they would be working to better communicate lead times with the customers. I hope they do follow through with that.Original Review: I have dealt with the parts department here on a couple occasions. They have been great, friendly, and knowledgeable. That s why they get a 2nd star. The service department is another story. I thought all was good when I called to schedule the initial 500 mile service on my Indian motorcycle, which we scheduled three weeks ahead for Friday 11/3. I asked when I scheduled if it would be done the same day, the response was we ll try, but it may go in to Saturday . Ok, no problem there, I understand that. But when I dropped of the bike, I asked about a timeframe and they said we don t really have a timeframe for you. It definitely won t be today, we ll call you when it s done . I still thought it could potentially be the next daySo I called on Saturday 11/4 and asked if they had an update on my bike. They said oh yeah, we can t get to that until Wednesday or Thursday . WHAT?!? how does making a routine service appointment for a Friday turn in to 5-6 days?!? Most normal service visits for vehicles are typically done the same day, maybe an extra day if something comes up. I told him that would not work for me and that I needed the bike back by Tuesday at the latest, and that I would have to cancel my plans to ride on Sunday. He said he would talk to the techs to see what they can do, and he would get back to me by email. I didn t hear anything the for the rest of the day, and I still have no idea when I will get my bike back. And with them being closed Sunday and Monday, it s likely I won t hear anything until Tuesday anyways. I definitely would not have taken my bike there had I known this would be the case. I was looking forward to riding on what is probably going to be one of the last nice weekends we ll have for a while.I will absolutely edit this review if they do something to make this right, but I don t have high hopes for that. It seems like they see a schedule as just a drop off date and they ll get to it when they get to it , instead of planning out and blocking off the proper amount of time for what they have scheduled. Not a good way to do business if you ask me.

So I m not typically someone to review a business for poor service but I have to say this was the absolute worst service I have ever gotten at a dealership. The sales team and administration office lied to me on multiple occasions. All to save a loss of a sale they told me there was no dealer trades even though a dealership in Latrobe had that motorcycle I was looking at the whole time. But the worst was they told me they could get me a motorcycle in 3 to 6 weeks. Then I got an email 3 weeks later from Indian stating it would take up to 12 WEEKS! Then I called Indian s call center and they said they verified they have never seen a bike come from the factory line in less than eight weeks. Since this time I have been trying to get a hold of the owner of the store to try and discuss the matter and refund a $500 down deposit, which I think it s only fair after I ve been lied to and had to go through this frustrating interaction. I ve left multiple messages and have never got a callback. It s been a month now I would never give this place my business after this, and I have well over 30 friends and work colleagues that ride, and I made sure to tell all of them never to shop at the Warrendale Indian dealership. I went out to Latrobe and they took care of me and I greatly appreciate them. I will stick with Indian because I love their bike, but I definitely won t be taking my business here. It s a shame because you spend $20,000 on a motorcycle and they don t want to help you out in the least. I ll be sure to continue my complaints with Indians corporate office because I feel that this is utterly ridiculous, and I would hate to see anyone else have to go through this nightmare of a dealership without knowing their intentions.

I had a great sales experience at Pitt cycles, but sadly not a great service experience. Everyone on the sales floor was helpful and genuinely wanted to assist me in getting the best bike for my needs.*Disclaimer, my bad service experience happened back in summer of 2022*When I purchased my Royal Enfield 650, the sales person mentioned that the first service, especially adjusting the valves, was extremely important. When my first service rolled around, they were scheduling about a month out, which is understandable. Upon picking up my bike I asked the service tech if any of my valves were far out of spec as I read they usually came tight from the factory - so I was genuinely curious. To my surprise, they did not perform the valve check and the tech shrugged if off and said I could do them at my 6000 service. After some back and forth with the tech, I ended up leaving needing to reschedule at a later date.two weeks later, I dropped my bike off and ended waiting an additional 14 days for the service to be completed.I considered doing the service myself so I watched many videos. They all mentioned that you should put a rag on the frame when lifting the tank to not chip or scratch the paint. Since I was aware of this, I looked in the spot prone to chipping during the service and lo and behold, my bike had chipped paint on the frame after the service. I did not mention it to anyone as its a bike meant to be ridden and enjoyed. But still to this day, that mark reminds me of this interaction. That was my first and last service interaction with this shop sadly.

Only dealer that had a ktm 690 smcr in stock they were limited in the US in 2022 and I just got lucky and called they day they received it...didn't try to haggle the price but wish they would have waved freight and setup wouldn't even budge guess when items are limited its supply and demand but it also shows how they will take advantage of customers when times are tough. Tri-state power sports and point view cycle wave both those charges. Put 500 down on a Tuesday morning when they opened after the 4th of July was harrased every day by email and calls mind you I kept them Informed daily with my progress of getting my loan I was pre approved for providing proof of insurance prior to purchasing. Loaded it up that Saturday...Other issues didn't have the bill of sale filled out properly no model of the bike so that caused issues with clearview had to send them a second bill of sale. Gave me next to nothing in my sales packet was suppose to be a qr code that would download my service manual...nothing...and the icing on the cake they helped me load it in my truck got it home and they never went over the bike...neutral light not working just a setup issue with diagnostic fix...they never even set that up and also my quicksilver auto blipper also not working because of a diagnostic issue than can be fixed with a download...the bike had 1.6 miles and didn't work right because of dealer incompetence. Point view took me in same day with a 1 hour notice and they were busy in the service department fixed the neutral light issue needed more time for the quick shifter picked it up next day. Just irritated paid for setup for it to not be set up. Badass bike tho.

"Just purchased a 2022 Triumph Tiger 900 Rally Pro for the guys at Pitt Cycles. The bike is awesome and the folks at Pitt Cycle were great to work with. Hugh did a great job keeping in touch with me through the whole process. I would definitely give these guys a call for your next motorcycle purchase. "

I highly recommend this place. Very professional, courteous and know their machines. They were patient and took a lot of time to be sure I was comfortable. Owner is great and knows his stuff. He spent a lot of hands-on time with me even though the bike I was buying was on the inexpensive end. Chris, Dave and all staff are great. Highly recommend.

I just bought a 2022 Bonneville T120 gold line (the green/silver is amazing), working with Hugh to take it home immediately. On the way home 4-miles later, the back tire goes flat, thanks to a nail. I called Hugh asking for suggestions, and within a half-hour, Pitt Cycles came with a bike van and brought me and the Bonneville back to the shop. Having an immediate flat tire on a brand new motorcycle is pretty disappointing but it s certainly not Pitt Cycles fault! Don in service ordered a tube and fixed the bike for no charge plus a free tow, which was above and beyond as far as I am concerned. I appreciated the service and the sympathy from Hugh and Don!

I would like to thank everyone at Pitt Cycles for the outstanding sales, service and genuine friendship you have extended me over the past three years. Your dealership is truly outstanding. You all make me feel like part of a family not just another customer. Whether I m buying a new bike, servicing my current bikes or working on a special build with the service department, I always look forward to visiting the dealership and talking with each of you. You are a big part of what makes owning and riding motorcycles fun. I highly recommend Pitt Cycles and Indian to my family and friends. Every Indian owner needs a great dealership standing with them. Thank you all so much for doing such a great job. Im especially looking forward to riding my big bore Scout Bobber this Spring. Great job Pitt Cycles!

Salesman was very knowledgeable about the machine that interested me. I stopped in several time before deciding. Once I made a decision I was off on my Triumph Scrambler an hour later.

Edit:Thought everything was good until it wasn't. Apparently they feel sticking cardboard in a connector is a proper fix on a motorcycle!

I bought this bike last summer and learned to ride all over again. I traded it for a Z650 from Barnes Bros. I thank you guys for not selling me too much bike in the beginning. More isnt always better. Thank you for opening the world to me.

I have been looking for a reliable place to do work on my victory hammer since all the victory dealerships closed. Most dealers aren't interested but I brought my bike in for tires, a safety check and some routine maintenance and was very pleased with the service. They were pleasant and professional, the work was completed quickly and the price was significantly less than I was expecting. Will definitely be returning. Thanks

Bought a Scout Rogue Sixty. Was given a price with accessories to add on. Show up when it s ready with a check. Didn t even have all the parts installed. No biggie. Problem was, the quote I was given after constant communication, with everything I wanted, was missing an item. So we had to order that and bring my bike back in. Then sat in finance longer than I needed to because they weren t on their game. Salesman reached out and apologized with all the missteps along the way. Offered me something for all the troubles. You guessed it .item never showed up as promised. One thing after another fell through. It s not hard. It really isn t.

I'm willing to update this review if they make things right but as of right now I wish I had taken my bike literally anywhere else, or done the work myself. I dropped my bike off a month ago. The first time I called to check in, the person I talked to wasn't even able to connect my name with my bike and instead gave me info on a different customer's bike. I've given them my insurance information twice now. Today I find out that in the month they've had the bike they haven't even ordered a single part for it yet, nor finished the estimate to submit to my insurance company, and are instead apparently waiting to find the part number for something that doesn't even need replaced. Everything the bike needs is readily available on Ebay, findable in 5 minutes. All of these parts should have been ordered a month ago. Instead, I'll now be waiting for at least another month for parts shipping and god knows how long for labor, so there goes the summer. Either they are completely incompetent, or they are so backed up that they never should have told my I could bring the bike in in the first place.

Glenn, Christian, and Johnny in the Service department and John in maintenance are a solid working crew. Even though they sell and service KTM, Royal Enfield, and Indians; they took in my BMW to replace my tire, fix my valve stem TPMS sensor seals, and perform a quality safety inspection before my big trip to California.

In My Opinion, miss managed, bad employee training, lots of turnover. Made an appointment 5 weeks in advanced. 3 items to be completed: 1)State Inspection, 2) Additional Key Fob, 3) Install the Navigation Software. Appointment was for Saturday July 10th. Dropped off bike on Thursday July 8th. Called at 2:45 on Saturday July 10th to see if the bike was completed. Put on hold over 5 minutes so i hung up. Service person called back and explained the state inspection was completed, he said the other items were not as they dropped the ball and forgot to order a Key Fob and the Navigation Software. Asked me if I could come back in a week to have the work completed. I said NO, I will go to another dealer. This is the second time there has been service issue with this place. When I bought the bike in April 2021 the engine light lit up when I pulled out of the parking lot. After waiting 3 hours for them to fix it. I had to go home and it took 3 work days until they had it repaired. Bad O2 sensor. Nice dealership. Un-trained Staff and Bad Management!!!!!
