As soon as I walked in the door everyone was helpful and friendly. I was able to test drive a truck right away. The selection was better than any other Ford dealership I have been to in this area. My salesman Matt was great. He knew the trucks really well and he and his whole team worked very hard to get all of the paperwork done in a timely manner with respect for my time. I feel like I got a good deal and will definitely shop there again in the future.

I just moved to town and my inspection expired around the same time. I took my car here to get it inspection ready and they were extremely helpful. Even able to get me a new tire for my car same day without knowing prior. Super kind, considerate and helpful. The cookies in their waiting lounge are also incredible!

Always a pleasant experience. They are knowledgeable, fast, reasonable. They call and update if additional work needs done and always give clear pricing up front. Very easy to schedule online and even offer rides while your vehicle is being serviced.

A#1 service by everyone. My friend and I arrived 15 min early and greeted and enjoyed a table, tv, internet and local newspaper. When it neared a couple hrs, a gentleman came out and offered to have us driven to a nearby restaurant, which we did. After I called and the driver returned and drove us back to the waiting room. We sat and watched TV and I was told my car was repaired and ready. The cost was less than I expected and we were treated really well. I would definitely call them again if I have another repair.

Very expensive repair for minor items.If my boss knew I brought this truck to your place he'd be very upset. About 20 years ago he bought truck / trucks from you had problems and got nothing done about it.Just so you know how bad that decision was he has since bought over a million dollars of Chevys!!!!Have a good day

The guy at the service desk was amazing. Great personality and very engaging. My oil change took place is much less time than I budgeted and they allowed me to come a few hours later to pick it up! Mostly Midtown Motors was responsive. I would suggest that all sales reps make sure their voicemail is available to leave messages( voicemail was full). Also I didn t need the Service Manager to tell me it s a good learning lesson to have to call roadside assistance . That s not what a customer wants to hear no matter what the reason if your new car won t start. I would ve liked to have a least one update between the time the car went in and when I got a call from. MM almost 24 hours later.. The service rep who called me was not that reassuring that there were definitely no issues, just said they were giving me the car back and just drive it. All of this said, my car as been fine since it was returned to me. If the cause of the battery was that I inadvertently left the lights on, I accept that. Kudos to shuttle drivers Ben and Terry.. empathetic, helpful and all around nice.06/13/2023: My vehicle received its first 5000 mile service and all went very smoothly. Service manager Julie was very accommodating and several others welcomed me in while I waited for service to be completed. It was a comfortable environment in which to wait.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

The service here is remarkable. Very high ratings. Their hospitality, honesty, highly qualified technicians are top notch. They are serious about what they offer and keeping your vehicle in the best operating condition. They go out of their way to do what is best for the customer and the vehicle. I was traveling from SC to Warren and my service engine light came on. I texted Midtown Motors and requested an appointment. Marci said they were full but if I brought the car in that if there was time they would look at it.They were able to run the diagnostic on my 2020 Escape and figured out the problem and then ran an update needed.
