Beyond Grateful for the service I received from Midtown Motors in Warren, PA! Everyone from the owner to the sales reps to the finance representative was so friendly and kind.Erin was quick to respond to all my questions and was incredibly accommodating since I live out of town. She made sure everything was all set and made the process easy and efficient once I was there.I feel good about the relationship I created there and am confident that if I need anything in the future I would receive plenty of help and assistance from Midtown Motors.I love the 2023 Ford Maverick I purchased from there and will absolutely be back for any vehicle purchases in the future! The staff is very friendly and service minded. I was in a situation that I needed a vehicle and had no credit and my co-signer had is just starting to build theirs. They worked very hard at finding us financing and a vehicle. A very big thank you to the sales staff.

I had the best experienc ever with a "car salesman"! Scott Fisher was amazing! He was not pushy at all. Patient. Informative. Funny! I highly recommend Midtown Motors for buying or leasing a vehicle. It CAN be a good experience buying a vehicle if you go there.

We love Midtown Motors. We have known the owner, Kevin Ruttenbur, for over 30 years. He has made his business a place that has salesmen and other personnel that are kind and considerate of all customers. They all know their jobs and handle everything professionally. Scott Fisher is our favorite salesman. We drive a little over an hour to go there. It s definitely worth the trip. I would recommend Midtown Motors to anybody looking for a vehicle, new or used. You ll be glad you went there!!

Tyler was an excellent sales associate to work with. He took the time to make sure we were happy with our purchase and also made sure we understood all the new technology. Jake the financial man was also very kind and went through everything with us to ensure our happiness, and did not pressure us at all. I would highly recommend buying your next car here!

Purchasing a new (used) car was super easy. Did everything online prior to signing day so that everything was ready to go. We were in and out within 1.5 hours. Erin was fantastic! She is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and communicates very well. It was nice dealing with a female sales person! Didn t feel pressured at all.

Hey just want to give these guys one hell of a good review. Erin, our sales lady did a top-notch five star job. All staff was friendly and professional very satisfied and pleased with our new arrival. We never seen our car until we picked it up. they did an amazing job, landing our vehicle for us, as we were unable to We bought a 2023 Ford explore platinum super happy with the sleek look and beautiful leather interior. These cars have been very difficult to find. With the criteria we were looking for as there has been a recall on the 360 cameras, if you re looking for something I would strongly advise if you can go to Midtown motors in Warren Pennsylvania do so they work with you. they are friendly and professional and on some vehicles you even get a 10 year 120 thousand mile warranty which none of the other Ford dealers will offer. That is a huge bonus, and a great selling point. Thank you guys.

Tyler was an excellent salesperson to work with! He throughly answered all my questions, made sure I understood the new car model technology, and all with no pressure to make a quick decision/buy. Midtown Motors is one of the best companies we have ever worked with. From the start, I was working with Jenny who was very kind, responsive and in tune with our needs. She set us up with Tyler who helped us when we got to the dealership, all the way through the final buying process. He was very kind, knowledgeable and truly cared about our wants and needs. As we are from NY, he made sure we were connected with a shop by us in Jamestown to get the final touches and items done on the truck. They made sure that everything was covered and taken care of on the vehicle and also made sure that we had a reliable loaner vehicle while everything was completed. Tyler has been amazing all the way through this process. A gigantic thank you to Kevin and all of the wonderful people there! You have customers for life!

I brought my dodge charger here for a coolant leak. They didn t fix it charged me 5k and didn t fix the issue. They said it would be another 4k to open up the engine. They are scammers that try to use ignorance to their advantage. Don t trust them they are shady

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I am able to have a loaner so repair work doesn't interrupt my getting to and from work. They also warn me of problems that needs attention in the near future so it can be addressed prior to becoming an emergency

I went in looking for a car 10 mins before they closed. They were so kind to help out me and let me test drove one. I did not end up going with them as my final purchase but they went above and beyond in courtesy and commitment the little time I did spend there.
