We as a group of five stopped to get food to eat on our way home.The persons behind the counter were both very polite as well as friendly.I only had the pleasure of speaking to one of the associates, That person appeared very knowledgeable and an understanding of all of my questions.It was after midnight when I visited and I would most DEFINITELY Recommend THIS AS a quick place for items needed for a trip. (Gas, Snacks, Travel needs)

My absolute FAVORITE Sheetz I've ever been to..... and I've been to a lot of them.... except NC lol. It's nice to go into a place where people aren't miserable every day. One particular cashier was honestly the nicest, most upbeat person I've ever interacted with. Made working 3 hours from home not suck as bad. She definitely deserves employee of the month all year

Worst sub ever. Roll was so hard, inedible. Not enough meat to cover the bun. Cheese not melted. A whole lot of lettuce. $19.95 for a 6" sub and soft drink. Wish I could post a picture. Doordash/Sheetz

I love My Sheetz. Great place for a quick bite to eat. Great place to go to pick up milk, bread and potato chips. I love the coffee machine.

Went in looking for the fabled tru moo orange milk. They no longer carry it. It is now Gallikers milk. They have a large selection of drinks. A walk in beer cave. The build your own hot food options were nice. Expensive but a very large selection.

If you've been to a Sheetz, you've been to a Sheetz. They are pretty consistent with what each store offers and how their staff is trained. And that's a good thing.

No one in front of me had their order right, myself included. Food was thrown in the bag and food was spilling out of the containers. When I tried to get someone's attention to fix my wrong order, I was met with a smile and then they walked away. Eventually decided after standing at the counter being ignored, I'd rather eat my wrong order than be ignored any longer. A sub we ordered had the toppings mostly on top of the bread rather than inside it. Tried to fill out an online survey but there's no code to do so. One customer never even got a receipt.

I love Sheetz! Food is always good! My ongoing issue that isn't being addressed is the drivethru. Shift workers are allowing customers who ordered at the touch screen at speaker to sit waiting at the window tying up other customers who already ordered online. I was 7 cars back and all 6 were touchscreen orders. 30 minutes passed before I got my food already ordered from the internet beforehand. Therefore I again ask Managers to tell their shifts to tell touchscreen orders to come back in 10-15 minutes vs allowing them to sit at the window 15 minutes that creates a long line. Thank you

Love this place has everything I really need in a quick stop. Although there is a girl on 3rd shift that always gives me attitude and talks disrespectful to me. Her name tag said makayla. She should be fired if she doesn't stop told management several times about it and still nothing

Stopped by to grab a drink and some dinner. Not having the best day & asked for a song at the window. Tony chose a great song and brightened my day as he worked on my drink.Emily helped and brought the food hot and delicious. These young people do a great job. The place was so busy. Thanks guys!

From the rude employees to the over charging on clearly marked prices, to not having change to give you back when you buy something, (which by the way they just keep it unless you ask for it back) this place is terrible. Food and drinks thrown together and for what they charge they could care a little bit thrown together thrown in a bag and thrown on the counter . Not even a thank you . There are other options and from now I will be spending my hard earned money else where

Too slow and food is overcooked. Sandwich roll was like a rock. Literally, impossible to eat!August 2022...I have been stopping at Sheetz frequently this past year. The Sheetz in Warren, PA. has improved immensely.The slushy drinks are almost always ready and available. The place is clean. The ATM is free. The Staff is always helpful and friendly. Gas is 3 cents less per gallon than Kwik Fill. The food is made to order. Therefore, it's not fast food and one may have to wait 1 minutes (at the most & that's if it's busy). I have to change my review rating to 5 stars for now!

I love Sheetz because they are always open. Nobody else is anymore.They have good food....not fastfood....MTOThe best slushy drinks.Self checkout is available3 cents off gas per gallonThey are always friendly.Food prices are a little high. However, they are high every whereAND ...Sheetz has a NO FEE ATM.....that is great customer service

If I could I would give this place a zero. I once ordered a sub which took over ten minutes to make and I had to walk out on my milkshake order because it was going on close to 15 minutes and I had to go back to work. This place seriously needs more than one person making the orders. I'm doing doing any type of business at this location because I'm not going to support they're piss poor management.

Ordered a breakfast pizza in the drive through, pulled to the window, they had me pay for it. Then had me sit there for 25 minutes before coming and telling me they don't even have those. If you dont have items, they shouldn't be on your menu. This place is worthless and Definitely lost a customer. 1/10 rating. Anthony is just about the only one there that is worth employing.

I am a regular, I work at the movie theater and work just about everyday. I go there every day on my breaks and have become very familiar with the staff, they are always super friendly and great multitaskers. The staff is very nice and generally hardworking, at least the ones I see often. Sometimes one of the managers is a bit grumpy but the place has a stressful atmosphere, especially when they re understaffed. Constantly busy and working, some of the staff I feel are over worked. Great customer service, work great under high stress situations, always welcoming, and I can count on the staff to always make my day when I m not having a good one. Always the highlight, however I question if I really have that much of a life if I m constantly there & at work all the time...Food is generally good, only problems I ve had is their grilled chicken, salads, and their pretzels aren t very good.In my opinion, SHEETZ SHOULD DELIVER!!!!!!! You have everything but delivery. Then again, we can t have everything we want in this world.9/10 recommend, great hangout place in the dining section, variety of food, and great customer service. The staff doesn t get enough appreciation or credit in my opinion.

It's extra great bc their air is FREE. And the air machine is easy to use. Sheetz is now my favorite gas station in town. I've always loved their coffee but getting my tire pressures fixed was no hassle. And thanks to the customer that offered to help & the pleasant cashier who made my day.

Excellent service! Definitely recommend it. The workers deserve a raise for their work ethic and great quality with no attitudes and the manager Steve was extremely polite and handles this business in a proper matter to bring more customers in and I am hoping by this review will let the owner of this store gives all their employees a raise to give recognition to their dedication to customers.

I was the only car there in the entire parking lot I went to the drive-through ordered 2 omelets and a Dr Pepper I go up to the window pay $5.61 and get my Dr Pepper and wait!!! Wait for 10 minutes and she comes up with the wrong order I said that s not mine. She went and ask and they were out of omlets and ask do I want a biscuit? I said no and she handed me back $9 and I left with no breakfast!!! If I wasn t already late for work now I would have not just drove away with nothing.

One of the nicest Sheetz I've been to. The pumps are upgraded and you can scan your bar code card right at the pump (or scan your phone if you have the app). You can also pay at the pump with Google Pay or Apple Pay. The food prep is efficient and pretty good for being mostly pre-prepped food. Bathrooms are clean and they have a beer/wine area.

I don't eat there often cause they are way over priced but I wanted a chicken wrap and Walmart hasn't had the one I like for over a week so I pay almost $6 for one and it isn't even 4 inches long. A grilled chicken wrap. They were way bigger when I was a manager

This is the worst Sheetz you could go to... Get gas and drinks at Kwik fill. The employees can't even read what's on a screen in the middle of the night. 3 items through their drive up window and they can't get it right. Deleted the app and threw the card away. Will never be a customer again.

Two people working and takes 35 minutes to get two items. Watch 3 people in store wait while after ordering 3 in drive thru get served first. If on break dont waste your time. Employee drops food all over and not very motivated

Dude! I m sooo Uber disappointed right now!!! It s been 25 mins from the time I ordered an paid and I m still waiting on food! The poor guy making it is working his but off so zero anger towards him but come on sheetz! I love y all and this is sooo messed up! The guy who just got his food has literally been waiting over 45 mins and it s made wrong at that!!! Hope mine isn t! Ugh

Updated Review: stepping up their game. Way better service the last few months! The menu changes are still a bummer. -Paid for things on my order I didn t get. The boneless chicken is not decent like it was. It s really not good when they toss it in the sauce too. Never was asked when I ordered if I wanted them tossed - normally I am when I check out on screen...

In the store twice in the past 2 weeks, each time there were at least 5 customers without masks and on my last trip in, cashier and one person behind the food prep counter had their mask around their neck only. Staff has been unnecessarily rude on several occasions in the past. I am not likely to return.
