I bought a car from them. The next day tire light came on. They told me if I found anything wrong, to bring it back. I did and they told me it was probably a sensor and they have no way to fix it. So another $100 for the fix elsewhere. Plus they changed the transmission and that needs fixed. Thank God my son is a mechanic and will be able to fix it but it will cost me a small chunk. Other than that, I do love my new used car.

We bought a car for my 16 year old son from here. We noticed an issue before purchasing and they fixed it no problem. We have had the car for over 3 months now with no issues. My son loves his dream car, a station wagon, lol. Highly recommend looking for used cars here. They were great from start to finish.

Bought a car from him in June, he told me if any mechanical problems come up in the next 30 days, to just bring it back in and he'll take care of it. 2 months later, I called him and told him about an engine issue. He looked at it, ordered a part, and installed it, free of charge. He wouldn't even let me cover the cost of the new part. Stand up guy.

I highly recommend route 62. Very kind and understanding. Willing to work with you. Hassle free experience. The best car shopping experience I have ever had. We traded in a truck for a newer truck, and got everything that we were looking for and more! If they don t have what you re looking for in the lot let them know, they will get it for you and at a great rate! Thanks route 62 we will be returning for sure:)

Good experience. He explained everything that had to be done to the vehicle prior to the sale and assured me that if I had any issues within 30 days that he would fix it. After driving for a while the service engine light came on and I noticed a small leak. I called and he had it in the garage and fixed in no time. Highly recommend coming here if you're looking for a solid rust free vehicle.

Really bad for reliable vehicles. If you plan on getting a car for long term, run away. Great place to get a modern project car tho! Just check the windshield for an inspection sticker. Because if it doesnt have an inspection sticker already in the windshield, you have a few thousand dollars to spend in the very near future. If you have thousands of dollars to blow on a project car however, and want an expensive challenge to rubuild, just stick to the american cars. Avoid the european and japanese cars

Paid 3k for a car here and had issues from the start. Purchased in June. They said if there were any issues to bring it back to them and their mechanics would fix for Half price. Had to replace radiator, 3 out of 4 windows didn t work, valve cover gasket, water pump; all within a month. Charged to fix all windows but they only fixed one. Now it s broken down and had to replace alternator and still isn t running. Would not recommend this place at all.

Don't know what his name was.. but the guy was a real jerk. Dirty cars, not friendly at all and kept trying to make me look at other cars I wasn't interested in. Glad I didn't buy my car from him
