Repeatedly leave vehicles that are partially in the lane used to exit the Tops parking lot. This forces people to go into the lane going INTO the parking lot, and also limits visibility towards the roundabout.

I was hit in October 2022, and had to wait for my car to get into the shop. The pick up service was great, and I was able to have a conversation on the way to the office to sign the contract. Emily was a 5 star herself with explaining everything leaving me with out a single question to ask. I was very nervous being in such a newer car Emily talked to me and assured me that there was nothing to worry about and would help get us in another rental if needed to help ease my fear of this tech filled spaceship. Iwould recommend this location every time. And I might be buying the car I rented. So 5 stars for the company and 5 stars for Emily and the gentleman thet picked me up 5 stars for you as well thank you for the conversation.

Doesn't answer the phone. Won't call back. Never in the office. Lots of frustration, but no car. Don't bother. Don't waste your time. You can't get a car here.

Chris is amazing! We had driven from Texas to Warren, PA and our vehicle was having some problems. So we dropped by the Warren Enterprise location hoping, by some miracle, there was a vehicle available that we could rent for the weekend. When we walked in, Chris greeted us immediately and was extremely friendly. He advised us that there were a few vehicles available for rent. We let him know that we needed a larger vehicle so he recommended the Kia Sorenta. It was absolutely perfect for our needs. Then the check out process was amazingly quick (I had an Enterprise account from previous rentals). And our family was incredibly comfortable in the rental while our car was in the shop. Overall just an outstanding experience. The best experience I've ever had renting a vehicle.

I recently rented a car from Enterprise here in Warren. I dealt with a young man Joe Pintagaro (spelling?) He was an absolute delight to do business with. Very personable and charming. They delivered the vehicle to my house out in the country and it was a nice Nissan Rogue similar to what I was used to driving. Was very pleased with it. I hope Enterprise knows what a valuable employee they have in you Joe. Thank-you so much!

Made a car rental reservation online, it was successful, got a confirmation number and everything. The day before my trip (I planned a hotel stay and flight based on this rental), Warren Enterprise called me and said they didn t have any vehicles.I desperately called Jamestown Enterprise, thinking it was better to call instead of go online. The guy booked me a car and said to come pick it up at 3:30. On my way TO Jamestown, a different representative called me and said they actually didn t have any vehicles available.Not blaming this on the employees I talked to, but FIX your booking system, Enterprise. Wish I could give negative stars.

Enterprise team in Warren, PA was outstanding, as we have come to expect from Enterprise. Incredibly cheerful, respectful, helpful, and accommodating, as always. Once again, another free upgrade was very useful for our needs. We appreciated the email and phone contact ahead of time. Enterprise continues to be our preferred car rental agency year-after-year. Thank you, Enterprise!

Called Lakewood location and they had no vehicles of any type until the end of the week. (It is Tuesday) Called this location and specifically asked if they had any vehicles available today. They replied they did so I made a reservation for a noon pickup. This location calls me back at 11 am and tells me they have no available vehicles. Ready to give up I ask "You don't have anything?" They then tell me they will upgrade my rental and there will be one ready at noon. Okay. I get there and get informed that I will need to take the car to a local shop first as it is missing one of the windshield wipers. We are getting storms tonight. I start to argue but at this point I no longer care I just need a vehicle. I get to the local shop and they tell me that they don't carry that type of wiper. So I drive back to the rental location and there is now nothing they can do for me except void my rental agreement and send me on my way after wasting two hours of my time.

I booked a car over the phone because mine was in the shop. They called me as I was walking down to say they didn't actually have any cars because another location asked for there three, so they sent theirs away. Could they call to see if Jamestown had any they could get? No. They told me, knowing that I was on foot, that I'd have to call Jamestown and check myself (and figure out how to get there on my own). Why do they bother to advertise they'll pick you up? They won't even guarantee you the vehicle you reserved and they won't help you get a vehicle when they give it away out from underneath you. This is the second time they've done this to me. Luckily, Means had a vehicle or I'd be SOL. Than you Means for rescuing me when the Warren Enterprise left me high and dry. Again.

A man who had rented a car from Enterprise hot the rear end of my car. Had to call and make 2 trips over the fact the company lacks good customer service skills. How they lack in sending reports. The sales crew also lies. Perhaps the company hires a crew of lazy people. Management is included with my rating of the company. Don't expect or ask.

Excellent service! Had an issue with a reservation which would have cost me more money to upgrade, but due to the fact that the error was on their end, they upgraded us at no charge. Christian Anderson and Matthew Gernold took great care of my mother and me! I was irritated and rude at first, but they still treated me with respect and fixed the mistake at no extra charge. I highly recommend this place to anyone

Yeah really nice to call someone two hrs before they are to pick up a car to let them know about a 300$ deposit and ruin a vacation that was planned for months Im going to go buy a bunch of cars now and let people use them for free if they don't use your business

I have never been so put off by a person acting like she is high class and your at her expense. Try to explain you had to take off work to get there and get going due to bad weather. They didn't even have the car I requested, they could give me a up grade like it was doing me a favor. To top it off it wasn't even a clean car. So rude, like they are doing you the favor. Goes both ways people.

My Daughter rented a car here and it was out of inspection. They told her if she was stopped they would handle it. Well she was stopped and is about to lose her license because they now refuse to take care of this. We are taking legal action tomorrow.

I had hit a deer, contacted insurance and was told to call. At first the manager was a crank. Would not even discuss a rental. Insisting they had to have notification from insurance Co. At a time of tragedy, they could have shown more concern. The claim was in the works. I was just faster. But to be such a crank was certainly un called for. I'd suggest putting compassion ahead of business.

Horrible the lady that we rented the car from seem to have an attitude and wanted to show us that she was a level above us. We have rented from Enterprise three different times with no issue and to be honest I'm not sure if we will go back

Small office. One guy working, super nice. Difficult to reach by phone, but if you drive up he is good about leaving return time. I love the service, the people at Enterprise.

This place is a JOKE first they don't have any vehicles then my friend gets a van from Florida that you can't drive on winter roads! They were supposed to call her when they could trade that vehicle out but SUPRISE never did! She goes to drop off van because her truck is done and NO ONE will give her a ride to get her truck which is over a mile so she had to walk. I thought Enterprise is supposed to pick you up etc. DON'T USE this ENTERPRISE in Warren if you don't have too!

Try as they might thier reservation service is completely unreliable. Do not trust their reservation service, twice now they promised us a vehicle would be available and on the date we needed it they failed us, twice. No excuses, go elsewhere

Sister flying in from CA on Friday night, I will pick her up but she needs a car on Sat and Sun. This place is not open on weekends? Rather shortsighted business practice, now we need to find somewhere out of town to rent from.

Made a reservation for a car. They Called me hours later to tell me they didn't have one. After I had reserved it and thought I was set. I am pretty unhappy. Very unprofessional.

I was supposed to receive a truck for my rental per my insurance company. They did give me a SUV but it was still not the truck my insurance company promised me

They are awful Taylor told me I could use I debit card went there and they wouldn t let us told me I was a liar when I called and complained laugh at me when I told her I didn t know there was a three hundred dollars deposit said it was in small print I must not have seen it

Not open during posted hours, not open on weekends as well. My rental had an engine light on from the start and was not an appropriate model for the weather...

Insurance Co sent me to get my rental and they wouldn't let me have it. Didn't have any suggestions or explanation.
