From the minute you arrive at Ed Shults of Warren, you will receive the best customer service. They are friendly, they listen and will do everything in their power to service your vehicle in a timely manner. The waiting area is comfortable, stocked with snacks and even has a great area to keep kids busy while waiting. Once finished, I feel confident that they have done an outstanding job!

I've bought several new and used vehicles from this dealer over the years.My wife wanted a certain trim level on a Crosstrek which wasn't in stock. The salesman told me he would locate one for me and to give him a few days. I called back after 2 weeks and was told he was still looking. After a 15 minute Internet search I located the exact one she was looking for and purchased it. A month later Shults contacted me telling me they are still looking lol. I always had good luck at this place but this time they let me down. I will probably give them another chance because it's a good dealership.

When I bought my vehicle, the salesman was wonderful, no complaints. Service on the other hand is aweful. Especially if you're a woman. I scheduled my online appointment, selected all my services, and was going to pay online. At checkout, my total was $0 and that was that. UNTIL the day of service. I arrived, let them know my valve stem was bad and would like itreplaced as well and the response I got from Shane was "oh we'll spray it down and look for a leak" AFTER I told him I've done that numerous times and it was the valve. Jump to the end of my service. It failed for "ball joints" and then they smacked me with almost $200 in service fees. I told them that's not what their website said (this happened before and it was wrong on their end) so I still have to pay $100, my car failed, Shane told me I had no warranty on the car and it would cost me $500 for parts and labor. I told him that wasn't true I hadwarrenty. When I got home, I found the paperwork, called Shane, and he was like "oh, ok, let me start a claim". Two days later I get a call saying they've started the claim and my parts would be in in 2 to 3 days. Jump to over a week later and I call THEM. My parts still aren't on, they'll be in in another week. It has now been 2 MONTHS!! 2!!! And they can't even call me 1 TIME!! I spoke to them AGAIN this morning and once again my parts aren't there. 2 MONTHS! "The parts are on back order." Oh, ok, that's why I call someone else and they ordered my parts and had them in 2 days. Not aftermarket either. Shults lost a good customer who has recommended dozens of people to them never again.

The service department went in my opinion above and beyond. He notified me of the problem before anything took place. They didn t just take in upon themselves to fix the problem before asking what I would like to do. Which I greatly appreciate. The communication was great. Thank you Ed Shultz of Warren

I took my Kia Sportage in for my annual inspection. I waited in the lounge and it was inspected and passed in no time and when I went out to get my car, they had given it a quick wash down! It needed it due to the sloppy roads around here lately. LOVED IT! Thank you!

I 1st dealt with this dealership's service dept with my new Ram Promaster camper van. After great service on that I decided to use them for normal service on my Jeep Wrangler. Very professional. They seem to be on top of their game. Noticed I had a recent recall and took care of it at the same time and got me on my way in about an hour which I feel was an excellent turn around

We just bought a 2019 Kia Sportage, and the experience couldn't have been better. We had already had a frazzled day, with high-pressure tactics from another dealer, and Scott Jackson did an excellent job of calming us down, making us laugh, and assuring us that we had nothing to worry about. He was right. I would highly recommend him and the whole Shults team if you're thinking of buying a car.

I will say that gentleman Howard felt that help me out was a great guy very very helpful I gave you a four because it took 3 hours to do four tires and a front end alignment I just felt that was just a long time waiting but other than that the experience was awesome

Adam, the service manager is the nicest guy. He always greets you with a big smile and a pleasant attitude. He is the best guy we have ever dealt with in a service center. We were treated so kindly and Clay met us just after we arrived at the dealership. He listened to what we were interested in and even though there wasn t a truck there like we wanted, he took the time to look at arriving inventory and had one coming like we were looking for. He worked with us to make a smooth transaction and we felt comfortable. The dealership is clean and very friendly feeling and we know that when it s time to purchase again that we will be back.

My experience with Art was absolutely amazing! I found a vehicle that was a little over my budget but he made sure that I got it for what I could afford! And I can say that I am now a part of the Subaru family...first one ever and I'm in love with it....got a 2016 Forester to replace the 2010 Buick I had. If anyone is looking for a vehicle I would recommend going to talk to Art, he will make sure to do whatever he can to get you into a good vehicle!

I have worked with quite a few Subaru dealers over the years. It is always a tossup whether or not the service department will deliver exceptional service to not only the vehicle, but also the customer. I can honestly say that as a relatively new service customer, they truly knocked it out of the park! I walked in off the street as a total stranger, and left feeling like I have known and worked with them for decades. Shane and the rest of the service department team have delivered exceptional service for all of my Subarus, and I look forward to working with them for many years to come! Highly Recommended!

Great service, would not mind the wait if they had a good coffee machine that made you a good fresh beverage, so you could relax while you wait. Funny thing is when they had the old garage they had both, and you left there in a better mood.
