All packed and ready to go on a trip, my car wouldn't start. Got it charged enough to get to AutoZone and they had the battery and changed it out for me. A lot of places won't do that. Michael B. was extremely knowledgeable, fast, funny, and kind. I tried to do all my car related business here.

Today, I had wonderful experience with Autozone on Market st in Warren.pa. I came in for a transmission filter for 2018 Chevrolet Silverado. The store manager, Taylor. Assist me. At the same time. I ask him for a price for on a light harness. I told him. What happening with my tail light. Let's see what going on. Finding it was my light bulb. He cleaned it and change the bulb. This man saved me money. Me be a disabled Veteran. Who got wounded over Iraq. His assistant was also was a big help. . Both of them. Gave me outstanding customer service. Thank you Autozone! I be back!

I found that my car had no low beam headlights. A guy I worked with suggested Auto Zone in Warren. I stopped after work and Mike B came out to help me. We went through the process of eliminating issues and finally figured out both headlights were blown out. He was very patient, personable, showed me how to replace the bulbs, and where to look in the fuse box. He went way above the call of duty. Thanks Mike!!

Don tested my mom's car with the computer and printed out the problem. Dwayne helped her, on the side of the highway, calling road side service and making sure she was ok! They really helped her and I am so grateful they were there for her! Excellent customer service! Thank you!!!

I am blown away by such a pleasant experience I just had at AutoZone in Warren, PA. (Store 1822). I've been using Autozone for years because their prices are good and their service is consistently the best. I was pretty bummed this morning when our car didn't start (dead battery) and was dreading having to spend $100 or so on a new battery. I couldn't remember when I bought our last battery. I pulled up front and a gentleman named Dwayne was assisting another customer with replacing their battery. Rather than running away from a customer like so many other businesses do, without even having to ask, Dwayne greeted me and asked if I needed a battery. I replied that I did. He finished helping the first customer, then came directly to my car, tested the battery, informed me it was bad, and brought me inside to determine if it was still under warranty, which surprisingly and thankfully it was. He installed a new battery without me even asking for help. I have never received such service anywhere. Dwayne- thank you. You made my week. Autozone is very fortunate to have you. God bless you.

Don t shop at this parts store!!! Was giving the wrong part, returned it to get the right ones. Lol wouldn t exchange them they would only return money onto my card and now I have to wait 3 days for the $$$ to get refunded to have enough to get the right parts. This is terrible business and would not recommend shopping here. The kid even came out and measured my rotor . I don t understand nor will I return here.

Dwayne was so awesome and helpful. We Needed a new bulb for the motorcycle headlight and not only did he have the right bulb he figured out how to take the headlight out and replace it for us !! He was so kind and knowledgeable!! Thank you Auto Zone. And Dwayne !

The staff was very helpful both on the phone before I went to the store and while I was there buying parts for my new (used) car. I also received a nice discount from the associate and joined the Auto Zone customer club for future purchases. Finally, I called around to different auto part stores in my area and found out that Auto Zone had the best prices. I am very grateful for all the help I received.

If you need anything, be sure to go see Duane at Auto Zone. What a nice guy, helpful and kind. I had a bad experience with Advance auto parts in Warren. I went to Auto Zone and they spent lots of time trying to help me figure out what I needed to do to fix what advance auto parts messed up.

The employee Keith who waited on me was very knowledgeable and courteous. Will definitely buy from him again. Have had bad dealings there before and only went back because I was with someone else. But because of the treatment I received this time, I will go back again. Second chances are not always easy to come by.

I always get the fast help I need when I go in. I like this place alot.Update 1/16/21:Went back with a broken part, they replaced it. I didn't have receipt, but they still helped me out. That goes a long way with me. I will be making a conscious effort to buy more of my car stuff there.

1822 Autozone store Warren Pennsylvania is an amazing with its management staff, Roxie, Zack, and Don, as well as the rest of team like Steve and Ron. They will do whatever they can to help you out, crawling through thick and thin, as I ve seen this first hand for almost 3 years being there as they deserve all the credit and support they can get. They re the best Autozone team I ve witnessed and I can say for sure they will always leave you satisfied and coming back. However, I do advise that you stay clear of the store manager, the only toxic manager at the store. Her knowledge of car parts are near to none, and her vicious attitude poisons the store, don t let yourself be fooled. If you want someone who has expert knowledge, Roxie, Don, and Zack are the ones to run to. The store manager Sissy has let the store run into the ground, letting inventory go down hill. She will criticize and judge you before you even step one foot into the store, ordering those below her to deal with most customers because she is too good to deal with anyone, and will instead hide in the back office to make comments about this person and that person as you enter and leave. This goes the same with anything management wise and she lacks the experience to carry out her duties as a manager, undermining her other managers who have more experience in the parts business and Autozone s management then she does herself. She is not a team player, will constantly pull other employees outside to gossip about her team members and take a smoke break every hour in the process especially when customers are coming to the door leaving one employee (usually someone she doesn t like) inside the store to handle multiple customers with the phones going off the hook. Countless times. Poor management of her part. Don t let her touch your warranty file, as she has a history of not putting parts into your file which does nothing but screw you out of a warranty when you a replacement in the future. This store has been under better store management, and if it wasn t for the rest of the managers and staff below, the store would come crashing down. Avoid the store manager and you ll have a satisfied experience at the store. There is a reason why managers and other employees have quit....Store manager Sissy gives out parts without being paid for and adjusts inventory. Commercial business is up there on Autozone s game plan, and the store manager Sissy openly despises running commercial and has countlessly refused to answer commercial phone calls on the weekend, rather letting the phone goes off the hook instead of helping a reoccurring business account because she lacks the initiative to run commercial correctly, would rather go out for a smoke. The district manager needs to fire the store manager and promote from within instead of pulling someone inexperienced off of the street and immediately put into a store management position especially when you have people like Roxie, Zack, and Don pulling all of the weight, they deserve the extra miler award. If you are considering employment at this store, I advise you stand clear if you have expert car knowledge as you will be viewed as a threat and discriminated against especially if you are a veteran. She will deny your application immediately. 5 stars for the Autozone team actually doing their job, 0 stars for the poisonous store manager. I will make sure my family does not step one foot in the door so long as Sissy is working as the store manager.

Very busy. I got in line. The manager told us to go to a different register where a clerk was on the phone. The manager wasn't helping anyone. Twenty minutes later, the clerk was still on the phone ignoring us, the manager still wasn't helping anyone, the person who had been in front of us in the other line had already been helped, but that line already had more people in it. So, we left for Advance where we got immediate assistance.

Funny how online said in-stock but not when you go in to purchase them suddenly only one available is the highest of 3price points they get atleast the 2 cause the staff I'd friendly and knowledgeable. False advertising gets you the low stars :(

Some people are really helpful here but others are just horrible. Multiple times I have come in and the emploeyes are rude. I have even preordered parts before and have gotten the wrong parts. A lot of the employees are just lazy. One of them said that all the steering wheel covers where in the wrong spots but that they wherent going to take the time to fix it. I'm thinking well taking the time to fix it is part of your job.

Auto zone hours are 8-7pm . We have been in the parking lot since 6pm while employees walk around inside the store And ignore us while we are at the LOCKED door , there have been 5 customers here since we've been here you losing business ! At least have the common curtisy to let us know why you are closed by 6 and not at your scheduled time !

I bought two wheel bearings one was at the store the other needed to be moved i paid for both and had my mechanic go to pick it up they then charged him as well i don't have the receipt he had for the 3rd but I did for the other two they wont help me fix it i called corporate they have not returned my call i will not be using autozone again they have lost my business.

HUGE variety of instock items. I look around and can find almost anything you need. Hard to believe the items on hand. Love this store for my truck. Great selection of aftermarket as well as extras (lightbars, fog lights, stickers, towing equip, window cover, ect....)

I usually like to shop at Auto Zone but my last encounter with them was not a good one. I ordered a trailer hitch that had to be returned due to a manufacturing error and a replacement was ordered for me but when it arrived I wasn't notified and the part was sent back only 2 days after it arrived at the store without my consent. I was told it should be in the store on the 23rd yet I wasn't told of its arrival and when I drove there on the 25th assuming it would be there by then it had already been sent back to the manufacturer.
