Don t go here for a battery or let them touch your car. They put a battery in my car, blew a fuse, took zero responsibility for it and told me Nothing they did could have caused that to happen. They told me to take it to a shop somewhere, except it was Sunday, I live out of town and there were no shops open. Auto Zone down the street was very helpful and tried to help me figure out what happened. So take your business there. I called the manager at Advance auto parts the next day and all he said was sorry about that .

I was having trouble starting my Ram 1500 truck. I thought that it might be the battery so I stopped in Advance to have it checked. The battery registered 791 cca on 730 rated. The salesman then checked out the starter which was only outputting 10 volts on what should have been about 14 volts. Since I have an extended warranty on my truck, I called the dealership and scheduled an appointment for repair. Many thanks to Advance Auto Parts on Market Street (Warren Commons).

The gentleman at the counter was very helpful he was able to get us the discount we had online in the store. He went out of his way to help us out very nice atmosphere to walk in to.

Went in for a couple major parts which they didn't have in stock but ordered them for tomorrow pick up. Nicely stocked store helpful staff. Good prices. Very pleasant experence. Will order from them in future...

Great place to get all your car needs. I stopped for wax and window shield fluid. The staff is very knowledgeable. Great Customer service.

Nice to see that all the Advance Auto Stores have the same stuff on sale, didn't want to miss out on an item so I whipped in there to pick it up. Great staff, helpful and got what I needed!

Called about a part for my Grand Daughter's car after looking on their web page, got quoted for a way higher price and when I mentioned it to the guy he was rude and told me to check the part number and call him back and he would inform me of what I did wrong! Called Auto zone, much nicer and cheaper!

prices are okay friendly staff they help you find what you need and if they don't have it they call around other stores to find a place where they have it and usually can have it shipped into the store that you are at. In a QuickTime. I buy my new car parts here.

I still don't get why the prices online are lower than in store, and have stood back in line to order for pickup to get that lower price a few too many times... most of the time I cross the road for better pricing!

Great deals when ordering online, expect to wait while staff find the items you ordered. It's worth it if you use coupon codes online.
