Wayne s Automotive far exceeded our expectations. New to the area, I wanted to find a good service/repair shop for our 3 cars. So glad we chose Wayne s.I ve never had an auto repair shop inspect my car as thoroughly, and then send me pictures and video's of the technicians inspection on the condition of 41 maintenance items on my car. Charges were discussed upfront and no surprises. Thank you Hillary and Tom, we will be back.

What an excellent first experience! I discovered this place through its outstanding Google reviews, and I can attest to what others have said. Fair prices, exceptional service, and a pleasant shop environment. Dealing with the owner, Tom, was a breeze he was courteous and got me in promptly for an inspection and some minor maintenance. I have absolutely no complaints, and I'll definitely be a repeat customer! Thanks a lot.

First time bringing my car to Wayne s, and I couldn t have been happier. I love the way they use the text system and show what s needed. I had an inspection and oil change. Price is fair. Communication was great! Tom was very informative with any problem we had. Will definitely be going back. Found out new family mechanic!

I Am Truely Grateful For These Folks...let me start by saying they are Very Kind, to Me that says So So Much. Very Professional Mechanics Who Don't miss A Thing. They Know what they're Doing and they Are Prompt About It. As far as Honesty, Yes- They Have That Large. Prices Are Fair As Well...As For Hillary, She's A Doll, And Very Informative...not just another pretty face as they say ...They Answer All Of My Questions, And, I Have Plenty.It Gives Me Great Pleasure To Rate Wayne's At A Perfect 10 Stars...Way To Go Guys Rev(Mare)

Car slammed a curb and knocked my alignment out from the winter storm and they took me in right away!! Had my car back in about 2 hours time. Super convenient and professional. Thanks for the help. I will definitely use you again and refer this place.

Over 6 months ago my 2013 6 speed manual BMW328i had 'misfiring cylinders?' ,often barely running .Had taken car to my regular mechanic 5 times ! Engine lite kept coming back and running poorly again after a week. One visit to Waynes, they found and repaired misfiring coil and cleaned all other plugs,wires,contacts, etc. Cars been running well since! Reasonable fee. What a relief! Thx Tom! My new shop now. Highly recommend!

Told me I had structural rust and need $1,200 in repairs . My mechanic went over the car and said the only rust was on the exhaust . Also wanted $475 to repair back brakes . Never felt so ripped off . Stay away rip offs !

My wife needed an inspection and oil change on her vehicle. Needed a marker light to pass inspection. We used them several times in the past also. Honest mechanics. Isn't that what everyone wants in an auto mechanic.

This place was amazing! I came to them last minute and not only did they get me in for an oil change right away it was for a very reasonable price! I loved how they sent me a report at the end my oil change and saw what I should take care of with my car. I definitely will be a return customer! I brought my car in for inspection/engine issue/coolant leak repair. Service was excellent, pricing was way better than a dealership, and got my car back quickly. Their text messaging system was great as well to explain the billing and repairs needed. Very easy and modern experience. I greatly appreciated how responsive Wayne's was with text messages and was impressed with the link to the technician notes with included measurements, pictures of the vehicle, and recommendations. Being able to review all these detailed notes/pictures online was very convenient and quick. They even let you pay online to make picking up the vehicle even easier! Was referred to Wayne s by a neighbor. We were looking for some place with a good reputation. Was not disappointed. Brought both our vehicles to the shop for inspections and oil change. Great communication, very accommodating, provided transportation, fast and excellent service, reasonable prices. Shop is very clean. Employees are friendly. Tom runs a top notch business!

My first time taking my car to Wayne's. My usual mechanic was on vacation and a neighbor had used them before. They were very nice. Explained everything that needed to be done. Prices were what was to be expected. I would definitely recommend them to everyone who is looking for an honest and reliable shop.

This was my first time going to Wayne s after my mechanic closed up shop after 13 years. It s was just for inspection, but i received a full report on all aspects of my car including photos of somethings that passed inspection but barely. Tom was very friendly and informative. I will definitely be going back.

I took my car to Wayne s for the first time yesterday and was super happy with the service. They helped get my heat working and did not charge me an arm and a leg. I also was provided with a full report in my car and how everything looks. They even found cash in my car and left it in the cup holder for me. If you are looking for a reliable car repair place definitely use Wayne s.

Stopped in without an appointment. They were able to put on my wife s new tires and fix the issue with the check engine light. All in a few short hours. They were great and pricing was very reasonable. Thanks again guys!

update - back to 3 stars...sorry guys you lost usupdate - moving up to 5 stars! just visited Wayne's again and wow they are back on track! Worked hard on our truck and saved us a bunch of money. Tom is great at communication and really like the texts!2 out of 3 ain't bad as the song goes...so did my experience at Wayne's. The first two experiences were awesome and even referred a friend there. The last time will be my last visit. An inspection gone wrong...an item not required for inspection was replaced without asking or acknowledging to me when I picked up the car. Yes a $50 adder for a part I have replaced in the past for $8.

I went here for a used car inspection. John is the most genuine and honest guy there is. He brought me with him under the car to show me some minor issues but reassured me that this was a like-new used car and I shouldn t worry too much. The inspection took less time than he estimated and he charged me a little less than he told me on the phone!This is a business that is truly customer centered. Thanks, John!

My family has been using Wayne s since Wayne himself ran the shop. It s a family owned business with very honest mechanics. They will call you with issues before completing work, discuss costs and explain in detail the work you need. They have great recommendations based on upcoming work you may need for the season like battery life leading into the winter, tires etc. We never go anywhere else and love Tom and John!
