Just made an appt for 2 new tires & an alignment here with NO misgivings, so far love my new local car place! They were so nice to help me blow up my tire as a walk in, but when they charged me less than expected for an inspection when they could have cheated me & charged full price, well, that tells me a lot about how they do business. Highly recommend for service, knowledge & location!

They don't honor their guarantee. Try to discredit any one who who says otherwise about their tires. I got 17k miles from a 65k guarantee tire. It's totally useless as an organization. I'd give a zero if I could. LB.

Called ahead and told them what I was looking for. While they didn't have them in stock, they were able to get them the next day. Set up an appointment to get them installed. Instalation took about 45 minutes and the cost was equal too or better than every place else I checked. I would highly recommend.

I scheduled an appointment on a Friday night, got a courtesy call I could bring it in earlier for needed repairs. The Mechanic, Mike W, did an incredible job informing me of what my truck needed, and what it didn't need. Had my truck back in minimal time and could feel the immediate difference with the repairs that were made. Mike W did a fantastic job, look forward to working with Tires Plus and especially Mike W in the future.

Over priced on air filter. The most an air filter should be is $25. They charged. $70.99!! Over charged for the cost of the battery by a $100! My son had 2,000 miles left to go for the last oil change he did and because he needed maybe a half a qt. of oil these idiots (Joe the mechanic- young redhead) did a complete oil change totaling $49.98. Which they agreed to refund me. They let us leave without informing us that it didn't pass Emmisions. So they didn't have a new inspection and Emissions sticker. I drove my son's car all the way back for them to explain that it failed emissions because it needed a new battery? Maybe but also because the gas cap failed. They replaced it. But they told me AFTER I had to drive back that the car typically needs to be driven at least 50 miles for it to be cleared to do the free retake emissions test. Before they can put stickers on.

I brought my 2019 Honda in because there was a nail in the tire. The car had 19,000 miles. I was told that it was an easier repair. I was called two hours later and told I needed four new tires. Several months earlier, this same person told me the same thing even though the treads looked great. He said it was "inside the tire"??? I didn't get new tires then. So, when he saw that he recommended them earlier, he scared me into telling me that I could have a blow out on the road and that the car would not pass inspection. I was traveling the next day and I was so worried that I gave in and bought four new tires. I asked him how could it be that I would need four new tires on a car with 19,000 miles. He said dealers put cheap tires on new cars. The tires I had on the Honda were Bridgestone tires and replaced with Firestone tires. The next day, while traveling, the tire light went on. This was with the new tires. Fortunately, I found a Honda dealer. The tires were over-inflated by 10 lbs. on all four tires. The mechanic told me there was no way I would need four new tires due to wear and tear. Tires Plus cannot be trusted!

I d like to give a shout out and some social media praise to the whole team at Tires Plus on Street Road. Today was my fourth encounter with them in the last year or so and it was just a really pleasant transaction. The whole crew is friendly, helpful and the prices are really unbeatable. Tires, brakes, inspection, oil change, batteries etc. They handle it all and make sure every service is performed correctly according to the manufacturer. Highly recommend them and their products, service and friendly staff. Definitely beats the hassle and high prices of the local dealerships. Thanks!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

My husband and I are in the middle of moving and one wheel on our hand truck went flat. We couldn't fill it at a regular air pump because the stem kept pushing in. I took it to Tires Plus in Warminster. They fit me in right away and were able to fix it for me. It was a cumbersome job, so it took more than one technician. They we're very nice too. SO GRATEFUL!

I brought my car to Tires Plus after a Subaru dealership informed me I needed bushings for my rear stabilizer bar. I was in doubt and brought it to Tires Plus and informed them that I needed the job done. They called me several hours later to inform me that there was nothing wrong with the current bushings and their honesty saved me a lot of money. I have been a customer for years and I laud them for their honesty and good service.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I loved my experience at the location, the store manager Michael Kelly has given me the best customer service in terms of the car maintenance and in terms of customer interaction. He was very nice, kind, and knowledgeable and really love the way he explained and suggested solution to fix my beak problem. Also the oil change was smooth and as expected, reasonable in terms of price. I suggested this shop if you need to take a good care of your car and you seek an outstanding customer service. Thanks Michael!!After another outstanding service today 11/1/2021, I wanted to go back and make another review but google won't let me, the only thing I can do is to edit my previous review. Here I'm editing my review to say that, once again, I have been given an outstanding customer service by Michael!!! Thanks for the marvelous service you give me today in terms of timing, quality of work performed, and reasonable prices for the services as compared to other competitors. I highly recommend Tries Plus, and if you go to this store, ask for Michael, you will never regret it and I'm sure you will go back like I do whenever your car needs servicing.

I picked up a nail or screw and had a slow leak. Took it here to get it plugged. They said it would be and hour or 2. That was fine, I walked home, about 25 minutes. Soon after I got home I got a call from them that they couldn't plug it as it was too close to the edge, and I'd have to buy a new tire. It didn't look that close to me. The manager said something about their company policy. Went to get my car, took it somewhere else. They said sure we can plug this, as it was well over an inch from the edge. Plug has held just fine. My opinion? They just wanted to sell me a new tire. I'll never go back here for anything!

I got my tires here before with no problems. Then the other day I got a flat and asked them to check it out and also asked about prices for all the tires. I also called Mavis and got a lower price but decided to go with this place because I was told that I was also getting two free oil changes and a roadside warranty that covered a new tire if I pop one or whatever. I got there at 3 and by 7 they where done putting on four tires. I left and I heard a noise grinding from my one tire. I stopped to check it out and saw smoke coming out of my wheel so I brought it back and they told me that the brake pad was just moved when they checked them and that I needed new drums but I didn't have smoke coming out of my tires before I went there. Anyways it was either pay for them to fix it or walk so I had to pay 200 more dollars for that. Then I checked my receipt and they charged me more for the tires then was agreed on and they didn't put the roadside warranty thing on it either. I should've just went to Mavis and paid less and probably with no problems and less time. Oh and I didn't leave till like 930pm. I went back to ask why my warranty was not on the receipt and was given a bunch of BS. They have lost my business and it makes me sad since my previous visits made me come back. An alignment was also supposed to be in the deal but I don't think it was done because my car is out of whack and pulls to one side. I

Had an alignment done. I picked up my car & went to Walmart & my auto start fob wasn't working, so I called where I had my box replaced & he asked if I took out the antenna on the windshield & the cap was missing too. I had no idea how things were hooked up & I said, no, but my auto start worked before I dropped my car off for an alignment. He said, well somebody yanked it out & it cost me $144 to have a new antenna put back in. Stopped back there & they said it wasn't anyone there, he has worked there for 9 years & wouldn't do that. Alignments have nothing to do with under the hood, but it could have been pulled out thru inside the car & my car is always security locked. They lost a customer & will never tell anyone to go there!!

I can't stand this place but my husband likes their work! I had to get my air conditioning charged, they told me my total would be $123 and some change bc it JUST NEEDED to be charged, nothing had to be "fixed"! They charged my card $258!!!! They DIDN'T GIVE us a receipt but from WHAT THEY SAID the charge was less than $125 yet they charged my card more than double that! Since my husband insist we take our cars there out of convenience, HE CAN PAY THIS OFF bc if it was up to me, I wouldn't pay them a dime! A friend of mine got her brakes done there, SHE HAD NO BRAKES AT ALL when she left! Horrible service, HORRID!

Scheduled appointment to have tire repair and because there was only one mechanic available who was doing another job could not promise me the service I needed. I explained that where I work and the distance from my home I would not be able to come back. The manager was willing to take care of this matter the next day but, while our engagement the mechanic came to the window and said he d do it. I was so grateful and thankful! There are still people who are willing to do a service for their customers in spite of what other tasks they have pending.

I caught a pretty bad flat and didn't have any spares in what seemed like a horrible start to my day. I was able to get my car towed and tires fixed at this location effortlessly. A day that started really bad turned surprisingly stress free once I dealt with the costumer service there. Jay at the front desk was an esteemed professional and made this experience amazing.

They owed me an inspection, I paid for it but it couldnt be done that day and I didnt have a ride so I couldn't leave my car, so the plan was I'd make an app wen I had time. Wen I came back the guy made all kinda of excuses, even messed up a few times and changed the story about what the computer said and why they couldnt give me what I already paid for. He knew by the end he owed me an inspection and told me Id have to pay for it anyway. I even noticed the other employee next to him was suprised he was doing it. Dont go here, they will rip you off and lie to your face so who knows what they're doing to your car or what there not doing.

I had previously left a negative review based on what turned out to be a case of miscommunication. Certain information was mistakenly omitted until after my service was completed, which understandably left a bad taste in my mouth. However, after filling out their survey and expressing my dissatisfaction, the manager Michael promptly reached out and went genuinely above and beyond to rectify the situation. I had wished my initial experience had gone smoother, but mistakes happen and TiresPlus made an earnest effort to meet my needs and has earned my confidence in returning for repeat business!

Great great place some of the best customer service out there.Always ready to help someone out. Stopped once to have a tire fixed. Before I knew it they had it out and fixed for me.Just dropped a set off was running late for work they let me just dropped off and picked up later on that day.Will be going back

The crew at this shop went above and beyond when I came in there a couple months back and was able to get new tires for my SUV. The shop was clean and I felt that they took all precautions to keep customers safe while waiting. Courteous, professional, and reliable are what I use when recommending this shop to friends.

Could use some training on how to handle more than maybe 2 warranty companies. My tire was ready for 3 weeks before the back-and-forth between myself, them, and the warranty company had subsided. Also, who doesn't have an email to have the payment information sent to? Other than the stress of having to avoid tolls to get to KOP, extending my trips by about 20 minutes, to avoid blowing the spare for THREE WEEKS, the owner was really nice. Didn't even brag about being the owner! Just thought he was another employee! Props to Andrew for keeping his cool and being THE most helpful person in the when I started screaming at him from how frustrated I was. He kept on it and kept me in the loop with my several-a-day calls! Thank you so much!

Been coming here for 10 years now. It's a busy place in terms of how many cars they fix everyday so prepare for that if you plan to wait for your car. We drop off and get later. Dealing with Paul is a pleasure. I always cross my fingers he answers the phone. He explains everything calmly and in detail and doesn't make you feel car illiterate.

Had an apportionment at noon for an oil change. Took them an hour and a half to even get in my car and move it to the garage. Then he calls me to the desk to say it s done. I m about to pay and he says they re starting your oil change now. Also needed a replacement running light and they didn t have it. Most garages I ve been to can change blinkers and brake lights and running lights no problem.

I highly recommend this Tires Plus location for your vehicle service needs. I went there to have all four of my tires. Both Sales Advisor and Service Technician were patient, courteous, and very knowledgable. I won't hesitate to recommend this location to my family and friends.

Was ar Warminster store Bob helped me he was very knowledgeable and professional I had a wheel bearing repair and other services. As I sat and waited for my car I watched him interact with customers very professionally. He also asked if I need any help with anything else.
