It took almost 4.5 hours to get a simple oil change WITH AN APPOINTMENT. If you don't stay and wait they just keep pushing your car down the list. When I asked why they had me make an appointment at all, they said it was to get you on the list and guarantee the work gets done that day.

Went for inspection, needed brakes, routers and a few other small parts for brakes. They wanted 900 to fix. Went and bought my own parts had my mechanic in nj install...400! So their prices are extremely inflated. But I took it back and it passed inspection. Great for tires and service, just a bit pricey.

Technician forgot to put back the tire cap after rotating my tires. They ended up losing the original part. I confronted Brad over this issue and informed me he would be ordering the part from Audi, but never did. Now I have to buy a replacement cap. The vehicle should be exactly the same condition when I brought it in for the service. Save yourself the time ,trouble and go somewhere else.

Got 4 new tires and an alignment for a very reasonable price this Saturday. Mike and Brad still took me in in spite of them being busy and got me done same day with no appointment

Took my daughters car in for a diagnostic. We ve taken it to 2 other places and both were unable to pinpoint the problem. Jedd was excellent and figured out what was going on. They were able to diagnose the vehicle and get it back to is the same day. Very pleased with the service I received.

Took 4 hours to get the oil changed and car inspected. I was late to taking my fianc� to her bachelorette party because of them. Also the single most expensive oil change I have ever had in my life. Never using them again

I had always taken my high mileage vehicle to my local service station and I thought I needed tires so I made an appointment at my local Warminster Pep Boys. It was easy to schedule an appointment, they were prompt and I also asked them to do my annual inspection. The service manager Jim came out to speak with me about what he thought my car needed and didn t need. He was honest and friendly and it didn t cost me what I thought. I ll definitely be back for future car services. Thank you.

Once again service was delayed due to i don't know what, but once the vehicle was in the garage, it was serviced quickly. I don't know why they make appointments if your car doesn't get into the garage until 90 minutes after you appointment time (and I was 10 minutes early, so 1 hour 40 minutes after appointment time).

They were available on short notice. They treated me with kindness, and professionalism. When I called around noon, they said that I could drop the car off. After the car was checked in, they said that it would be done right away, and I could wait. I am a very satisfied customer.

Comically bad experience. I walk into an older bearded man actively vaping with at the 'cashier' computer while being actively rude to two customers in front of me who clearly don't speak English very well (bearded man was less than patient). Another employee tries to help check me in at a second computer, but the keyboard isn't working. After five minutes of the employee looking at the back of the keyboard (clearly having no idea what he is doing) he decides to take me to the 'cashier' computer to help check me in because the bearded man has left to the back (probably to vape some more). The bearded man then comes back, berates the employee who was trying to help me at the cashier computer, and hits his vape. The employee trying to help me then goes to a third computer and tries to help me there. After a few minutes of waiting for him to figure out how to check me, I decided to look behind the desk to get a view of the computer screen to see what issue he is having and I kid you not, the screen was blank. I said 'cancel my appointment' and I will never be back to another PepBoys. Honestly, pretty funny experience. You can vape inside of this location I guess is a positive if you're into that.

I was hooked since 2013 when my brand new Hyundai's axel bolt came VERY loose. They tightened it no charge.Even after moving from Bucks back to Philadelphia, in 2017, I still go back for tires and inspections.They have always been fair, honest and trustworthy. I won't "cheat" on this Pep Boys and highly recommend them.

After last weeks snow I knew my tires weren t going to get me through the rest of the winter. Stopped in to this pep boys and was taken care of by mike and Brad. They took care of me same day and I got a very good deal. This was my first time at pep boys but I will definitely be back!

The staff was very efficient! Anthony completed my inspection in a very timely way and repaired a tire. Brad is a good people person for the front desk, I have dealt with this Pep Boys for 20 years!

Upselling!!!, took car in for inspection and was given a list of many repairs needed to pass. Prices were outrageous. Picked up car with failed inspection still charged and $106 in labor to put in new battery. Told $800 for new side mirror. Took to another mechanic 2 things were not necessary and charged $275 for new mirror. Overall $1200 less then his quote of necessary repairs for inspection and repairs then charged at a local shop. Used to take all cars to north wales pb location for 25 years was never up sold. After closed took to warminster location and the manager completely condescending and treats you like you have no idea that certain issues are not applicable to an inspection that he fails for and tries to charge for! Make sure you read receipts, got charged for inspection sticker after failed, said if I bring car back I would get sticker! How do you charge for possible in future? Highly recommend save yourself, time, aggravation and $$!Field leadership?! Called and said that the few things told were mandatory were discretionary grey areas to fail inspection! That it is determined by the mechanics whether to fail..Wtheck. Discretionary equates to charge you for failed inspection if you don t agree with their list of $1200 worth of unnecessary repairs/charges!!!

This shop is fair and willing to accommodate customers on price but their workmanship is terrible. They did not reinstall the dashboard insulation that needs to be removed to change the cabin air filter but it wasn't put back in place, I found the loose fasteners on the floor mat and I had to put them back in place.

I always go to pep boys because it's local-convenient and easy to book appointments fast. No one calls you to tell how your car is doing- it's a guessing game. And no one offers any extra things you actually might need.

Went in because nozzle is on wind shield wiper was not working. It was a weekend quickly looked at it said needed a nozzle and hose, guy called me back and quoted me 250, I knew it was high checked prices on line, hose 17 and nozzle 22. Wth. I took it elsewhere they charge 120 for everything.Scammers shame on you ripping people off.

Had a very positive experience this Pep Boys. Had scheduled installation of four tires plus alignment. They were professional and got the job done within a reasonable time frame. Would definitely come back.

A few months ago pepboys really bad mechanics did install on my car rear brake pads. I realized that one pad on the rear right side was not braking . So I did remove everything and replaced myself. I found that the pins that attach the caliper to the bracket were dirty and frozen. Both did not move. The mechanic just installed the pads without make sure everything was working properly. Good job pepboys crapp mechanics. You won't see me again even if I have to pay double to than place where I bought my car. I found that something was wrong because I had to do a emergency brake and the car rotates and I almost lost control. You can see on the pictures what I mean.

Went in for a typical oil change. I liked dealing with Daniel at the front counter because he was very polite. However, when I left and got on the highway, the hood flew up and smashed my windshield. (Mecahnics incorrectly closed the hood by "slamming it 3x times till flush") The hood catch was bent to the side...They told me to bring it in the next day so I did just that.However, upon returning to pepboys, I did not receive friendly service. What I got was push-to-shove. All claims denied, no responsibility taken. Shown below is the damage caused to my vehicle that they say they have nothing to do with because I have a "finicky" car, unknown to them because of the exposed front grill.If they had checked the "exposed" latch they would have known that the hood was CLEARLY not latched correctly. And all of this would have been avoided.Anyone who reads this, please double check the work they perform on your vehicles. Don't trust any mechanic to have done his job .Oh and they even forgot to put an oil change service sticker... What real competent people you have working here

I chose Pepboys through tire rack to install my tires. Pepboys had the best price. But what wasn t shown was the additional costs such as an alignment. That was optional I know but the service manager said I needed it. The whole appointment I was told would be 1.5 hours so I waited. In the end it took 4 hours and no alignment was even completed because their software was down and the manager wasn t aware.

The appointment process was easy. The check-in was quick and the vehicle was done a lot faster than expected. The level of service and quality matches or exceeded my dealership and at half the price. I would highly recommend Pep Boys for regular maintenance, brake and tire replacement.

Staff is nice and friendly, and they were able to take my car in same day for inspection and a few other problems that had to be diagnosed, which was great. As for the repair itself .my car is still making the same really loud sound.

Great experience at this pep boys. Needed a battery Sunday and they were able to get me in with little notice.
