Here you go ! My experience from walking in without appointment and having the terrific customer service and assistance from Luke is definitely 5 stars! I got there with my son just to look around with (0 intentions to purchase), but he allowed me the space to ask questions and find out what I was interested and helped me to nail down to what my needs were and more important no sales pressure. Never pushed me to do anything, and I sat an appointment to come with my wife to discuss details of the deal.If you are looking to shop, look, ask questions without having the (normal sales pitch or car salesperson) visit this place and ask for Luke. All the staff was extremely professional, and Manny, the manager, was also professional and made me get the car I always wanted, with the monthly payment I wanted !!!! I am completely satisfied, and I recommend Luke and the Chevy Patriot Staff 100%

I cannot say enough positive things about Patriot Chevrolet of Warminster. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the friendly service advisors. Deb the greeter is the best and always willing to help. Paul, the Service Director, is such a great person and strives to help in anyway possible. I've had an issue with my Equinox, that was diagnosed and fixed immediately. Ginelle, the warranty administrator was able to get the repairs covered as well as a rental vehicle while mine was being fixed. Michele, the service manager, went above and beyond to ensure that my car was taken care of efficiently and effectively. Tim, the assistant service manager, was also incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.The owner, Jason Owens, General Manager, John Long, and the sales managers were all incredibly welcoming and willing to assist with any questions or concerns I had. It is clear that the staff at Patriot Chevrolet truly care about their customers and are dedicated to providing top-notch service.I highly recommend Patriot Chevrolet of Warminster for all of your automotive needs. I can not say enough about the wonderful service we received at Patriot Chevrolet of Warminster. 5 stars isn t enough.My husband has had his heart set on a Colorado for a while now. We went to another local Chevy dealership and felt very brushed off, saying they didn t have any and there was no need for discussion past that. We decided to go take the drive to Patriot and I am so glad we did.Chris Rodriguez met my husband and I at the door and not going to lie, I was apprehensive about his enthusiasm. It didn t take long for Chris and the Patriot teamto truly make us feel like family. Immediately we were offered Starbucks coffee, Tzo tea, hot chocolate or water by Eric, a manager, who was incredibly accommodating and kind.We sat down with Chris and talked about our wants and needs in my husbands next vehicle. Although they too did not have any Colorados, we decided to look at Silverados. After taking a test drive (and crunching the numbers) we realized a Silverado was just too much (truck and money) for what we currently needed. This also confirmed to my husband how much he wanted the Colorado. So Chris went on a search. We told Chris, package and color aren t super important. That was it. Now, my husband works overnights, so in turn, sleeps odd hours. Not even 48 hours later, does Chris text me at 8:30 asking to talk, he has a surprise.TELL ME HOW THIS MAN REPLICATED THE EXACT CAR WE BUILT ONLINE 6 MONTHS AGO! With no information, just spending time to get to know us as people, Chris out of thin air made my husbands dream truck come to life. We did not tell him anything.My husband hasn t stopped smiling since he saw it the first time. My heart is so warm and happy for him.None of this would have been possible without Chris and the entire team at Patriot. From sales, management, detailing, and financing, Patriot Chevy went above and beyond.

However, my overall experience was marred by a concerning issue regarding the presentation and handling of warranty options during the finance process.While the car itself met my expectations and was competitively priced, I encountered difficulties when navigating the warranty offerings. Although I selected what I believed to be comprehensive coverage, I later discovered that additional charges were included in my financing agreement for warranties that were not clearly delineated during the discussion.Upon realizing the discrepancy, I sought to rectify the situation by attempting to cancel these warranties, only to be informed that post-sale cancellations were not possible. While I acknowledge the nature of business transactions, the manner in which these warranties were presented and integrated into the financing process raised concerns regarding transparency and clarity.Despite my satisfaction with the vehicle itself, I am compelled to caution potential buyers to exercise diligence and scrutiny when considering warranty options at Patriot Chevy. My intention is not to disparage the dealership, but rather to alert others to the importance of thorough comprehension and transparency in such transactions. Consequently, I have left a one-star rating to raise awareness of these issues and encourage greater accountability.

This was my first service appointment at Patriot Chevrolet. I made my appointment on the their website and took advantage of one of the excellent service specials. The whole experience from the service drive to the checkout counter was exceptional. Each member of the staff was professional, courteous and friendly. I received helpful reminders of my appointment prior to my visit and updates on the progress of my services while waiting in the lounge via text. Updates included a video inspection from the technician and text updates from my service advisor Michael Delgaudio who did an excellent job going over the results of my service. The dealership is absolutely pristine with a very spacious and comfortable lounge. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Very friendly atmosphere. Was greeted when I arrived. Signed my papers and was shown my way to the waiting area. Was told it would be 1-1/2 to 2 hours. Had some Hot Chocolate and read the newspaper. Car came out on time. It would be nice if the car gets washed like your neighbor does

I was able to drop off my truck the night before for inspection. My printed documents (ins/reg) were outdated and they let me email them so as to not delay the process. They kept me in the loop the entire time. No surprises or secret "fees". They even sent a video to me showing my vehicle on the lift and what they did and why. Great, friendly service. A breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service.

My wife recently surprised me with an added hitch and bike rack for my birthday and I absolutely love it. My wife said the service was wonderful from beginning to end. Michele was great! She made the process smooth & communicated every detail. We highly recommend Patriot Chevrolet!!

Excellent service. Every time we come here we find a new service was implemented that makes the customer experience even better.This time we noticed when our cars were done we didn't have to go search for them in the back lot.Instead they were waiting for us in the big overhead door foyer. A nice change especially if the weather is bad.As senior citizens we are always grateful for any help we can get, especially budget wise so a shout out to Tim Ralston who took care of us and made us feel he was doing all he could to not only fix what was needed but went out of his way to keep our bill reasonable.Thanks for the great service....

Great first impression and follow through. Our salesman Greg was a pleasure to work with. He made sure to listen to what we were looking for and steer us in the right direction.My wife hates buying cars, and she said this was one of the best and easiest purchases that we have had.All the staff there are very personable and made us feel at home. I dread the car buying experience, but was forced to do it again when my car was totaled in an accident. Greg worked with me and worked hard to find a car I would love and the team worked just as hard to get me approved. Frank was great! He was helpful in diagnosing a leaking head cover gasket that had been missed on a previous visit. He communicated throughout the process and presented options and suggestions. Issue resolved. Really appreciate his knowledge and professionalism.

I had an excellent experience at Patriot thanks to Ronnie Funes. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly friendly and patient, providing me with a variety of options to consider. Unlike other experiences I ve had in dealerships, he took his time, making sure I felt comfortable and not rushed. Misdiagnosed our truck! Brought our truck in with a check engine light on. They changed the plugs and wires as we requested. ($800.00) The code was a misfire. Picked up the truck, pulled out of the parking lot and the check engine light came on. Emailed Michelle, the service manager and she said to bring the truck back in. We were inconvenienced, they should have diagnosed the issue the first time around. Dropped truck off the 2nd time, called us and stated that it needed a fuel injector and a cleaning of the upper intake valves. ($1200.00). Tim said "hopefully your engine light won't come back on". Guess what, picked the truck up and the check engine light came on after 30 miles. Brought the truck back a THIRD time. They did compression test, leak down test and numerous other tests supposedly...They couldn't provided any documentation on the tests numbers. Was told if I wanted diagnostic tests with a print out, I should have gone to Pep Boys, as Patriot hand writes test numbers. Was told it passed all the tests but they stated the engine needed to be replaced. I asked Michelle to return the 1,200.00 because we were misled with their MISDIAGNOISIS and she stated " we didn't replace anything the truck didn't need." I asked to get a call from the owner, she said she would call him to do her due diligence. Michelle called me that night and offered to return $1,200.00 for the the fuel injector that it didn't need because they MISDIAGNOSED the truck. Never received a call from the owner. Michelle does not represent his company the way it should be.

Honestly, this dealership set the bar pretty high in regards to service appointments. I didn't have a great experience elsewhere and wanted to find another place to make my go-to maintenance spot. Everything from scheduling to the actual repairs etc were A1. My service advisor's name was Mike, hes great, he kept an open line of communication throughout the job. There was never any room for confusion. Keep this guy! Theres a lovely lady that checks the vehicle in (didnt catch her name) but shes elegant and smells great. Overall, there was solid customer service from everyone though, and the waiting lobby is very open and clean. Totally recommend.

Had a great experience at Patriot Chevy of Warminster thanks to Matt Crane. Brought the work truck in for service and ending up coming back in 2 days later to lease a vehicle for myself. Matt was straightforward and honest from the start. No games or dancing around pricing. He got us the number we wanted. Couldn't be happier with the new Equinox and the overall experience. Steve and Joe also assisted in making the trade-in, paperwork and transfer process effortless. Will not only use them in the future to lease but they also have my business when our rental trucks need service.

I was searching for a new vehicle to replace my car. I stopped at Patriot and my eye was immediately drawn to a certified presented Cadillac SUV. I had reservations about buying it because of the economy, but Troy was incredible to work with. He listened to my concerns and didn t pressure me at all to make any decisions. I slept on it and woke up wanting it. From last Saturday until I bought it this morning he was there with all questions I had. When I shopped up, one of the sales people remembered me and said you re here for Troy. I went to sign the paperwork and go over additional warranties, and once that was all done, my 2020 Cadillac XT6 Premium Luxury was waiting for me, cleaned and a full tank of gas. Troy even went to my car I was trading in and moved everything over and put it in the same spot that I had it in my car. He even remembered the angel clip on my visor, which I kept from my dad s car after he passed away. All the staff was great, friendly, personable and ready to assist when needed. You got my business Troy & the Patriot staff!

UPDATE:After posting the initial review I was contacted immediately by the sales manager at Patriot. He listened to my concerns, apologized for my experience and promised a call back from the service manager, Michelle. Michelle contacted me the next business day in the morning and got my story and started making a plan to address my concerns. Long story short she and her team performed above and beyond to make sure things were taken care of... to the point where she had her team come to my house to pick up the truck and drive it back to Patriot to replace the missing Lugs and caps. I can say that this latest experience has changed my impression of Patriot for the best. Kudos to Michelle and to her team for the handling of the situation and changing my impression to a positive one!__________________________Original review:took my truck into Patriot to have it looked at for brakes, oil chg and steering concerns. This was my first time using this service location. I wasn't greeted "quickly," or made to feel welcome, but no big deal as I can understand having a bad day and just not wanting to deal with the "next" person who has a problem. After standing and waiting for what seemed to be 10 minutes while there was no one seated at either service technicians desk, I finally called over to be checked in. I walk over to the desk and sit down and answer the questions and give my keys. When we were done with the q&a i asked for an estimate in terms of when I can expect a call.I return home and get a call back at the service department closing time with a basic (we took a look) we'll call you back tomorrow. Which I appreciated.The next morning (Friday) i received a call from the service manager explaining that the wheel locks needed to be cut off because the key no longer fit and was just spinning. She said they would just replace them with normal lug nuts and I approved the work.The weekend goes by and Monday I get a call from the service department at closing time telling me the issues they'd foundI told them I'd need a night to consider it overnight (pretty expensive list). I called back the next morning and explained I'll pass on the work but thanked them for the oil change and the wheel lock removal. Later that afternoon (Tuesday), I dropped in and picked up my truck... the next morning i walked around the truck and my eye caught something on the wheel so i looked closer and realized there was a lug missing. I then checked all the tires and realized i was missing a lug on three wheels. So i called the service team back (no answer), and left a message. I explained the missing lugs and asked when i could come get them.As of today, Saturday, i have not received a call back. I didn't even mention that they didnt return my lug nut covers either.Needless to say this wasn't the best experience. If I were a secret shopper this visit wouldn't have passed for a number of reasons. I beleive everyone deserves a second chance but as a first impression, this experience left me very dissatisfied.I'll update if things get resolved...
