Cannot speak more highly of my experience at O Neil. Diego is the man! This was my first experience buying a used vehicle from a dealership and I did not find O Neil to fit any of the negative stereotypes of a dealership. Diego was awesome to work with. He was friendly, accommodating, and not pushy at all. He let my wife and I lead the entire way through the process which made for a great buying experience. The manager we worked with (forgetting his name) was also very reasonable and friendly when it came to talking numbers, and the financial manager we worked with at signing was excellent as well. Would highly recommend O Neil to anyone.

We had an excellent experience at O Neil today. Our day started out awful at 2 other Nissan dealerships. Talking with Colin on the phone before hand I had a good feeling that we finally found the right place. We weren t disappointed. Colin was extremely helpful and nice as was Drew and Tom. They changed our whole experience of going to a car dealership and will for sure be back again. We should have came here first! Thanks guys for the great car buying experience!

I had such a great and easy experience. Lou was great from start to finish. My lease was up and I was dreading the whole car shopping process. I went to multiple dealerships and felt that Nissan was the best option. Lou genuinely wanted to get me into the exact car that I wanted but they didn't have any on their lot. He didnt want me to settle so found exactly what I wanted. Everything was all ready when I got there to sign. I was in and out, no spending all day there like previous car transactions. John, the sales manager and Tom, the finance manager were both great! Go here for your next car, you won't regret it!!

O.Neil is a great dealer - sales and service. I have the plan where all oil changes are included and I just drive in, wait and am out of there in a flash. No appointment needed. Love it. They are so great- I do call ahead to make sure they aren't swamped depending on the time of day I am going, but their inventory is great as well. Worth the ride from where I live.

Car shuttle is 100% invaluable. All the staff & driver are super sweet & kind.Inspection went smoothly and service looked at and fixed my other complaints. They are always honest and fair. They really do care.O Neil Nissan is the best! I was hesitant to get another Nissan after a horrible experience at Colonial Nissan in Feasterville.O Neil is hands down a top notch company.Highly recommend.

I recently leased a Sentra with O Neill Nissan and received exceptional help and support from Collin Cashau. He helped me trade in my previous lease (Honda) and get a new one so perfectly in my budget, all in one trip. He was courteous and knowledgeable throughout the process, and I was grateful for how no-stress he made the process at each step. And, I love the car itself! Great experience all around.

Dealing with Mike Sowden is such a pleasure that I always feel confident that I will be happy with my decision. This is the second time I have leased a car with him as my dealer. Also, the manager at O'Neil Nissan was a pleasure to deal with. Overall, it made picking a car a wonderful experience.

O'Neil was SO easy to work with. After having numerous issues with the Jenkintown dealership not responding to communications, O'Neil was a breath of fresh air. Eric in Sales was so helpful and responsive. He made purchasing my vehicle easy and painless. I felt like my time was valued, and I wasn't pressured into anything. The Service Department was also prompt in getting me an appointment, and quickly got my vehicle in and out for its inspection. The waiting area was comfortable and had plenty of space. Thank you all so much for helping! Don't waste your time at other dealerships - just go here where they will take care of you.

This is my 6th car lease, and I can honestly say that the attention to detail and professionalism from the Nissan sales team was outstanding!!! Compared to the other 5 dealerships that we dealt with in the past.our salesman was Walt Hladchuk , Walt was courtesy, respectful and above all PATIENT!!! Walt reached out to me several times after the sale was complete to make sure I was satisfied...Update, almost one year and I am still fascinated with Nissan sales team and service department's work ethic !!!!!

After the worst experience of my life at Honda of Abington we got the blessing to work with Ed!! You are lucky if you have an opportunity to work with this gentleman. The most thoughtful and respectful guy you will meet! He treated of as if we were his kids and ensured we understood the process start to finish! No credit or low score we can't approve you sounds familiar ? After given these rebuttals every time and time wasted feeling discouraged that was me. All I can say is look no further. I was skeptical at first but given a referral from my dad who purchased 4 vehicles in the past from this guy, Rob Giamo is a true blessing. He was so honest, friendly and direct and was able to work with me given my situation. After only spending 3 hours I walked out with a brand new vehicle. All you need is that one dealership and right person to give you that second chance. Rob has truely made a difference and I suggest anyone to come check him out.

If you re thinking of buying a vehicle from this dealership or the neighboring dealership that is completely separate and owned by 2 different entities, DON T! Nissan will sell you a GM vehicle, legally they are allowed to sell a GM vehicle without performing ANY open or expired recalls but when your vehicle breaks down, because it will, they ll refer you to their sister dealership who will fix the issue but can t bill GM because the recall expired so the expense is the owners. Yes, I spent hours on the phone with both owners, lazy and arrogant, as well as GM, and now that we paid over $3000 for a vehicles owned less that 10 mos and have back in our possession, we ll be collaborating with GM to bring awareness to the deceit and disregard both of these dealerships have for their customers. Absolutely pissed and disappointed. Ironically, Nissan service tech is that even if we would purchased the extended warranty that this particular issue would not have been covered since GM issues a recall in 2018 and the PRIOR owner didn t have the work done. His hands were tied. Worst customer service ever!

I went in to have my vehicle inspected and it needed a lot of work, brakes, muffler, battery, and filter. Kitty advised me of what was needed and of the price before the work was performed to get my approval. I appreciated the time she took to explain the price and details and to make good recommendations. I always receive top notch service from O'Neil Nissan's associates such as Kitty.

After 2 years of vehicle shopping and getting consistently burned by old sales tactics, exorbitant hidden fees, and shady sales persons this has been the best experience I've had at a dealership. John was very knowledgeable and transparent with the vehicle I was looking at and pricing. Patiently answered all questions and didn't try aggressive upselling and maintained respect for my budget. If I could rate higher than 5/5 absolutely would!

Had to wait 2 1/2 hours for an Oil Change. Made an appointment for it but it was cancelled because oil changes are walk-ins . I will not be doing walk-ins, I will be making an appointment in the future and drop my car off the night before like I originally planned on doing.

I have never in 35 years experienced a business transaction like the one at O Neil Nissan. They were no nonsense, courteous, profesional, friendly and very transparent from the first hello. My salesperson Walter Winter was exceptionally patient, kind and knowledgeable!His participation was instrumental in why I came back and did the deal with O Neil.

Typical sleazy dealership. Lowballed me on my trade-in and then took my car for a test drive around the neighborhood at high speed, flooring it everywhere, without my consent (salesman said that their appraiser would only drive it around the parking lot). My dashcam recorded it all. That is disrespectful at minimum.

When I purchased the (pre-owned) vehicle it wasn't until 2 days later that I noticed there was damage on the undercarriage and without question I was able to have it repaired. Although, the repair was later than expected because I am in school which made it hard for me to make the appointment, but they were amazing and offered to give me a vehicle to use if it took longer than anticipated.

Your customer service is impeccable! I wish I would have found out about O'Neil's Nissan a long time ago! But it's never too late for a shower of rain.
