Repeat customer. 2006 Mercury Grand Marquis dashboard works intermittently for months. Took a couple of weeks to book an appointment. Got there at appointed time and they took our car into their workshop. They said it could take about 2.5 hrs. Walked a couple blocks down the street to a diner for breakfast. Took a little longer than expected. They not only repaired our dash, they reset our remote start at no additional charge. A SPECIAL NOTE TO VETERANS/ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY: They offer a Veteran's Discount! Be sure to ask for it. Special shout-out to Jake. Very nice young man, who took the time to get the answers to my questions. All in all it was a 5 Star experience. PS I travel about an hour to get to H & R.

Joe and Steven are great and very thorough. My back up camera works great in the rear view mirror. Joe also pointed out that my car was leaking coolant. Thank you for saving me from a breakdown. Would definitely recommend them!

3/27 Today I had a great experience with H&R for over a year I ve been back and forth with issues at Kia dealer with my remote starter. With in 1hr H&R fixed it. A year of spending $$$$$ at the dealership they could never figure what was wrong.H&R fixed it they were professional and service with a smile . And the charge was quite reasonable . I left a happy camper Ty H&R

I needed a new antenna & bought it from H&R Auto Radio Service for my car & needed the screw to be shortened for a super fit. Amazing team of players. Well worth traveling 30 minutes & well worth the wait!! Thank you!

H & R Auto Radio Service is absolutely the best! I have used them AND recommended them for years. The quality of their service is top notch. Their honesty and courtesy continues to impress me. I know nothing about car radios, and they could take advantage of that...but they don't. They explain and fix, all at reasonable prices.

They installed a new backup camera into my car that had been purchased elsewhere. It was easy to set up the appointmen over the phone. Everyone was very courteous and went over any issues and all parts of the process. The end result is an awesome set up for my camera. Overall, really nice, knowledgeable people. Pricing was fair. No complaints about any of the service. Really can't emphasize enough how thorough a job they did. I definitely recommend them!

Awesome shop!!! Had Best Buy on US-1 install a radio in my old Corolla and it shut itself off all the time So I went here for a Viper SmartStart system for Christmas and the install was great! They were also much cheaper than Best Buy at $499 with install as opposed to about $600. I can start, unlock, lock, set off alarm on my Rav4 from my iPhone or Apple Watch! It's very reliable- occasionally fails to retrieve my car's status but I've never had a command not go through to the car, even on horrendous school WiFi. I also really like the flashing blue security light they added next to my mirror because it'll hopefully keep people from wanting to break into my car. Stephanie did an awesome job helping me drop off and pick up and Brian was a great installer. Everyone was super friendly, hope to be back very soon for steering wheel controls!!

I highly recommend this shop. They installed a remote start for my car. They took the time to train how it works and it operates very well for those cold winter mornings. I just had an Apple CarPlay and hands-free system installed. The shop did an excellent job of installing, training and servicing it to play nice with my older model truck. Installers Brian and John were top notch. The lady who answers the phones is kind. Everyone I ran into there is passionate about the product and customer satisfaction. Their prices are very competitive too.

I had a long-time problem with my Touch Screen radio and backup camera. The Chrysler dealer couldn't fix the problem and wanted to replace everything at an outrageous price. I kept looking but couldn't find a place that could fix the problem. Finally, I found out about H&R. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it at a cost of only 20% of what the dealer wanted to charge. They also fixed my cars auto start (no charge) which I had forgotten that it didn't work. They also replaced the backup camera, so they do more than just radios. This is an awesome place which I highly recommend.

I don t know if I reviewed these guys before or not but, they are the BEST!! I needed an install an my local store said it couldn t be done. Well let Me tell you something. These guys not only did it expertly but they stayed overtime to finish it. I LOVE this place!! Even though I traveled an hour to get to them, they re the only place I will go or recommend. THANKS Steve an crew!!

When calling and scheduling the person I spoke to reviewed the parts I would need to ensure that I had everything that would be needed, the appointment availability was great. On installation day I did recieve a phone call asking me if I wanted to add an additional part for increased functionality. The call itself did not come off as any sort of upsell, it was simply letting me know about it and that if I wanted it they could do it while they were finishing up.Overall I have nothing to complain about with my experience here and will gladly revisit for future needs as well as recommend.

I stopped in today last minute, a week before Christmas so I imagine a very busy time for this business, for a service that generally takes 20 minutes. However right before arrival I had a device malfunction that I needed them to address as well.John (tall John I guess, at least I think his name was John?) went absolutely above and beyond, spent a ton of extra time on my car and never acted once like it was an inconvenience, although I imagine it had to be for the whole garage.I don t know how to properly thank everyone for sorting everything out but I would highly recommend H&R for any service based solely on their excellent customer service.

Had a gift certificate for Valentine's last year for a remote start. Fantastic service great crew. A few days ago it stopped working. Dropped by their shop and they fixed the issue with the same service I originally had.Kudos guys, your great.

I have an old car. It ll be my last gasoline powered car. But I m still not ready for an EV yet. Not enough fast charging stations so I could do road trip without planning around charging opportunities. So I had H&R upgrade my 2004 Avalon to current standards: backup camera, Bluetooth radio, front and back dashcams, and hands free telephone. Everything worked well. Later, the weather got cold and I discovered that the driver s side heater/defroster was not working. Suspecting that something under the dash was not reconnected after the upgrade, I took the car back to H&R. They took the car into their shop, no questions asked, and quickly fixed the problem. I then knew why another customer I had talked to in the Summer while waiting for my upgrade came from New Jersey to get his car audio system installed. These guys stand behind their work. You will only find out how good they are if something goes wrong.

I have a mercedees gl450..they can not put in no radio..I'm soooo angry if they couldn't do it I rather for them to say they cant. I spent $1400 for nothing. I even bought my radio. now my radio goes on and off. this is a disgrace place

Had my windows tinted her on my new car. I have windows tinted on other cars at different businesses, this was the best job that has been done!All aspects of the job were great, from scheduling the job to starting and completing the job when they said they would. Very professional from start to finish.

They did my auto start and window tinting on my police charger in 2014. The work was all good. I recently changed my alternator and for some reason my auto start stopped working. I stopped by to get it checked and they fixed it free of charge after two years since the installation. I see some bad reviews on here but I can honestly say my experience has been nothing but positive.

Took my car right away and fixed radio without an appointment. Which was very nice of them. A bit pricey to fix a factory radio, but, I was running out of patience. Had to wait about an hour or so. Good place.

Lousy. What a nightmare!!I NEVER bash a business because I work in customer service. But this is absolutely necessary. This was the WORST business/consumer relation I ever experienced. Here's why:I took my car in because I was getting a constant ticking from my center channel speaker in my rear deck. (Which was being driven my a monoblock amp.) They returned it to me no longer connected to that particular amp, for some crazy reason they bridged it to the amp that is driving my door speakers!! If that's not bad enough, I had NO volume at all! I assumed that they turned the gains down so I checked and to my surprise, they were cranked up?!! And STILL no volume!! Even the supervisor agreed that it made no sense at all. (Not to mention I was also getting clipping from my subwoofer.) So, they fixed that...Only to return it with ANOTHER issue! Now I was getting a constant ticking and distortion from my front right tweeter. It was a low hiss with a 'tic, tic, tic' every second. So they SAID they fixed it...Welp, guess what? They didn't. Now it was in BOTH tweeters! The technician told me that "there's always going to be slight feedback". That is so far from the truth it's ridiculous. There should be no white noise or distortion at all!Not only is their work shoddy, but their communication is horrible! EVERY time I brought my car there it was there for longer than a week and I got no status update. I had to call them to ask if it was done. BOTH times they said "oh yeah, it's done. Someone should have called you." That's unacceptable.Needless to say, I would not recommend this place. Do yourself a favor and avoid h&r if you're planning on having any work done besides a remote start or maybe a new head unit install. These guys don't know what they're doing when it comes to more involved applications. This was the most aggravating experience I've ever had with a business.

Horrible experience since I walked into the door. I HIGHLY advise you do not use H&R for any Installations or repairs of any kind. When I first walked in to drop my car off it took 10 mins for someone to even walk up to the desk. After the rude lady came up she took my number and said we'll get back to you. I did not recive a call all day. I called right before they closed to get an update of what was going on. The test they did took 5 mins and it was something they could not fix anyway. If not calling the customer and being very rude wasent enough, they did over $2,000 in damage to my car. Steve the manager and the whole staff there are extremely dishonest and I do not believe anyone in the shop knows what they are doing. They poped my tire and tore my fender apart on my car. They had no explanation of how this happened and refused to do anything about it. I can't believe how you run a business with such rude staff and unknowable "technicians" the warminster cops, my lawyer, my insurance and everyone who I told this too can not believe this story. So do your self a favor. Go to Best Buy, world wide audio, pepboys anywhere else to get your vehical serviced. They will not only be cheaper, but you will at least be dealing with HONEST, knowledgeable, caring people who know how to run a business.

Car alarm in 2007 Jeep had a mind of it's own. Two Jeep places didn't bother to ask if the alarm was factory or add on, but said they would charge $125-150 to tell me whether they could disconnect just the alarm. I called H & R, spoke to the very pleasant front desk and Steve himself got on the phone and said bring it in for a no charge look see. Steve disconnecting the alarm, charged less than $50 and solved my problem.

Very basic but very trustworthy and reliable. They will do a good job and be honest with you if they can t. I went in to get an aftermarket radio on a car that shouldn t have an aftermarket radio ( 2007 MDX) and they were honest with me about it so I didn t get it

These guy put in my Phoenix Automotive custom Mustang system. Let me tell you it came out beautifully. I'm very happy with the service but a little pricey
