The business has become a staple in the community. Customer service is top notch! Mike is truly the most humble dude. He has gone above and beyond for me and I can t say enough good things. Whether you need service or a bike built in PA or parts hit them up!

originally left 1 star because I was bummed about paying $400 for a opened and what looked like used chassis stabalizer that was missing the washers for the dust covers. Also tried to email and call them. I did not receive a reply on the email but they did try to call me a couple days after leaving them a voicemail asking why there policy is that shrink wrapped items cannot be returned for a refund if opened, when I was sent a item that is shrink wrapped to cardboard and was opened and scattered around the box. I did miss there phone call and they did not leave a voicemail but they did reply to my review and I can understand that they item I ordered does have a couple items with some weight so I could see it maybe breaking through the shrink wrapping, but it doesn t explain the missing hardware if that was the case and it doesn t seem fair to have a policy that restricts the refund of returned items that are shrink wrapped and opened with the reason they gave me being a possibility. I changed me review to 5 stars because they did call me back within a couple days and the package came on time and the item they sent me works great I did have to buy some washers but all in all it works great.

Mike and the incredible team at Get Lowered are AMAZING. They built my bike with extreme attention to detail, impeccable customer service, and the price was spot on. I can't think of a single thing to complain about during the build! Their knowledge of parts and performance is on the money. If you are looking to purchase bike parts, or want to build your beast, do not hesitate to contact them.

Bought an S&S big bore perf package that was made up of sub-kits - S&S had put an incorrect sub-kit in there so it wasn't Get Lowered's fault. Sent the details and pictures over, with a query on whether they wanted the big 60lb box back or just the sub-kit (easier on everyone). Eric popped me over a shipping label in 3 hrs for just the sub-kit... Get this, the return got there the day before Thanksgiving and the return crew sent me a message at 7pm that day letting me know the replacement had shipped.

I have not reviewed ed my parts yet (just ordered today) however when putting together a riser and cable kit instead of spending extra on a pre put together kit and hoping it works the gentleman on the phone sat and looking up my exact bike and Part numbers to make sure I had everything in my cart I would need for my specific bike. Very willing to help and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using get lowered again very happy with the customer service and would definitely recommend.

Get Lowered Cycles has been working on my bike for the past few years and have had nothing but great experiences when dealing with them. They built my bike from the ground up. Completely new wiring, motor, primary etc you name it. Their attention to detail is by far the best when it comes to this shop. Hard to find a shop like this now a days. I don't trust anyone working on my bike but them. If anyone needs work done to their motorcycle, I highly suggest you come check them out!

I wanted a set of shorty levers for my RGS. Eric spent no less than 30 mins on the phone going through different options. He emailed me a few different options. He made a list and sent it to me. I added it to my cart and it was sitting on my doorstep after maybe 2 days! I could not be happier. Next thing on the list is different cams! These guys are great. No more stealership for me!

Very subpar business, like other shady business s they will allow you to make orders on items they do not have, they take to long to return your emails. Honesty of a company should be the main reason to support local and independent businesses, but they have to be honest as a first rule. Be warned

Bought an hpi exhaust through get lowered that unfortunately took way longer than expected from hpi , had dates set to go to the track with my new build and was able to switch the exhaust to a bassani that they had in stock with no difficulty, customer service is beyond expectations. I will definitely be buying all of my upcoming parts from these guys. Solid customer support is something that is exceedingly rare these days and when I find a good company with great service, they keep my business.

Best place for Motorcycle parts and Accessories. Got a Cherry Red Simpson hard to find helmet. Shipment only took a couple of days and drk faces shield was here in 1 day!! Customer experience like NO other.I live in Albuquerque NM. Fast delivery customer service top of the line. Can t wait for my next order with these guys!! Get lowered Cycle

I contacted Get Lowered Cycles via email about a product and if it was in stock. They returned my email within the hour. I placed the order right then. The order was processed and shipped that day. I actually received the order the very next day.Great job! Recommended and I will certainly order for them again.

Mike and his crew were nothing less than awesome. I bought some new bars for my bike and I had gotten in contact with him explaining I want to get them installed and what I needed done. He was able to quote me on the spot, give me a time to drop off and finished the work quickly and efficiently. I would HIGHLY recommend them to do ANY work needed. They have the ability to do any work Harley offers at realistic prices. Great work, great result and a friendly staff. I will definitely be back and spread the word. Outstanding job all around.

Get Lowered is an awesome shop ran by an awesome dude. I was in a pinch on a Saturday, I needed a part to have the bike rideable for following day and the owner himself was kind enough to meet me at the shop cause they had what I need. They stock the best of performance parts In the industry. I ll be back for sure!

Fastest shipping and processing compared to other similar companies! I ordered handlebars Sunday night and they arrived Thursday. During this whole covid thing this is easily the fasted order for parts i've had come in. The price for the set of bars was also the lowest out of a few sites so that was awesome too. This place was great.I recently moved up from a Honda 50 Scooter to a 150 and needed a Full Face Helmet. I had done some online research and thought I knew what I wanted. Mike was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable and helped me determine the best model and size for my needs.This is a small shop that is big on customer service and satisfaction.I will shop there again and will recommend to my friends.

There are no words that can describe how great this company is. I live in North Carolina and had a big problem with another online motorcycle company. I emailed Get Lowered Cycles and they shipped out the product I needed lightning fast! I would definitely purchase from them again and am going to tell everyone I know who rides about them. They REALLY care about the working man/woman. GREAT JOB Get Lowered Cycles!

Purchased the PV 2021 when they had posted it on M8 Instagram page and it was available, a week or so has gone by i reached out and asked what was going on with order they said they needed an emission form( they never sent) i sent back they form they requested. Waited another week and when i reached out again they said they initial batch sold so i have to wait till the next batch. Even tho i had already paid for the unit when it was available, no one reached out, about a form but i mean if i had already paid for it it should of been on hold so i just requested a refund.

Some of you know the saga... but allow me to impart a few words of wisdom : Always have a vehicle inspected before buying privately... that said, the story has a happy ending.I cannot speak highly enough of Mike and his family at Get Lowered Cycles. They turned what was the epitome of a mechanics special (or in less syllables Death Trap ) into a beautiful, comfortable ride. They managed to :Swap Bars, Cables, ALL the Wiring (every existing wire was spliced 3-4X), replace the controls and rewire the air suspension to the proper switch, add custom mount signals to the front, add LED stop/turn signal on the rear, swap the exhaust, custom mount a front fender (and paint to match) and swap the front axle for the proper sized axle (yes, read that again, the wrong length axle was on this bike and packed out with washers and bearings). And last but not least, it was able to get that magical $20 inspection sticker...Way to go Get Lowered. I ll be using you and buying from you in the future.

Great place to buy... answer all your questions pretty damn quick and know what they are talking about! 12 inch LA Choppers Thresher Bars arrived 2 days after I ordered them and they look sweet.

I went to this website to see about motorcycle gear. The prices were reasonable and in some cases cheaper than many motorcycle gear sites. I plan to purchase gear from them in the near future. I hope to update this review when I do.
