My car was side swiped, the entire rear right side quarter panel plus the doors were all messed up and damaged. I usually go to the dealership collision shop but my insurance company recommended Caliber Collision in Warminster. I was extremally satisfied with the work they did. Not only did they get me in earlier then scheduled they also finished the job a day early. Very professional service. I would use them again.

Highly recommend Caliber Collision of Warminster for any auto body repairs. Just got my son s car back. Allan was up front, professional, communicated well, providing periodic updates. Car was ready when promised, looks like new.

I called geico and scheduled an appointment for the next day. I took a day off from work to make sure I will be there on time.First, the manager said they don't have my appointment in the system. I showed them confirmation email, and all sudden they were able to find my appointment.Later, they said they canceled my appointment. I told them that's not true because nobody never called me about canceling my appointment. (I called geico, and they confirmed that my appointment was NOT canceled)I went back inside and told them what geico said."The manager" printed my paperwork (from an appointment that never existed at the beginning), and he told me they won't take me because they are busy.I asked him nicely, why was he lying about an appointment, and why he never called me that they won't take me in even if I have an appointment.His final words were, "we won't take you, please leave and go somewhere else."Very rude manager! I would never go back or recommend this shop to anyone. Stay away.(I went to caliber collision in Hatboro, and they were able to take me in the same day WITHOUT an appointment)

Nobody chooses to be involved in an accident. But if you are, take your car to Caliber Collision in Warminster! I find these negative reviews hard to believe compared to the absolutely flawless experience I've had with this company.My 2016 Honda Civic Touring had a minor collision involving somebody backing into the front-right side causing damage to the front door, fender, and other parts around the wheel (see my before/after pictures).Obviously the other party's insurance took care of 100% of the cost since my vehicle was parked when this happened. State Farm Insurance connected me to this CollisionMax (my choice based on a few alternatives listed) and I am confident I made the right choice! I had an appointment to bring my car in on 6/20/17. I was told by an employee there he predicts my car will be ready by the middle of the next week (8 days) and my car was ready exactly 7 days later on 6/27/17, all during that time I received text message updates informing me on the progress of the repair! I was exceptionally happy with the work done and you cannot even tell anything happened to my car!All of the staff at this location are very friendly, helpful, professional and I highly recommend choosing this location for collision repair on your vehicle!

Allan was great, my car was done in about a week. Everything replaced and painted looked brand new and they even fixed my door handle for free without me asking. Allan called me multiple times to update me about my cars status. This is my new go to spot for anything collision related. If you rent a car from Enterprise across the street you can leave it right at caliber and they will pick it up for you.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Caliber has done a good job getting me back on the road. I had to bring my vehicle back a second time, but the job was fixed. After some additional diagnosis of the rear. They wear more than accommodating and patience in getting me the help I needed and listening to my concerns. They also gave me some helpful tips on keeping me safe and technical stuff on vehicle repairs. Thanks again

Terrible experience. Had an appointment for 8 am to have estimate done. Receptionist tells me to sit. Another guy walks in after with a different insurance also for an estimate. Receptionist hands our paper work to the manager. He is very irate. Tells her he is busy and needs to do payroll and we can sit and wait for a few hours until he is done. Then he looks at the paper work and says oh wait this other guy is from geico so i need to take him right away but the other guy (me) can just sit and wait? Excuse me? i have an appointment. Your poor planning and lack of staff is not my concern. Highly unprofessional

This is the best body shop in PA, no question. Mike Rudolph has been incredible, always reliable, always communicates, professional. After leaving multiple messages at a collision place I have used before (and receiving no call back), I turned to Caliber Collision in Warminster. From the first phone call, in-person contact with both the receptionist and mechanic and through the whole process, I couldn t be happier. The customer service was awesome with calls twice a week (as promised) with updates on parts and service. My car looks brand new and I would highly recommend this collision center if you are in need of body work! I recently had work done at Caliber and was completely satisfied in the work that was done. I was informed of the work that was needed to be done and as well of the progress as it was being completed. The damage was minor but matching the paint was a concern for me because of the vehicle being brand new but they did a fantastic job in matching and clear coating the damaged area.. The job was completed and my vehicle returned within four days of being dropped off... Their lifetime paint guarantee is a great piece of mind.Service: Body & Trim

Great experience - was called and updated of progress throughout the process. They took care of all insurance communication and made the process easy. Plus- the different car I took to pick up the repaired car broke down in their lot and they went above and beyond to help with a jump start and tools to help with a battery replacement and didn t even have to ask.

Dropped my car off for front end repair and they were able to fix it on the spot! I am very pleased and highly recommend this business. Someone backed into my front passenger side and dented part of my fender and bumper cover. My car looks lovey to those who aren't looking for imperfections. They were able to repair them instead of replace, which they did a fabulous job on!They only repainted until the end of the wheel well exterior, though, and not the small part that connects the splash guard inside the well. This is only important to me because now the paint is hanging off the edge and it will obviously chip if I need to access my splash guard or change the wheel, or touch that spot; it's rough to the touch. Also brothers me because that spot is white from the scratched up damage from when I was hit, while the areas around it are black and red... so I'm trying to get over seeing that.Lastly, they washed my car very obviously BEFORE they worked on it. It was returned to me with dirt finger prints all over it; some were even on my driver door but that's not remotely close to the damage so... why? There was enough of them that, for the giggles, I lifted a few fingerprints (threw them out but it was still pretty cool).Mike was pretty darn good with the repairs; just wished he painted more in depth. Front desk lady needs more sleep so she's less cranky. 5 s if it wasn't for the dirt fingerprints randomly on my car and most likely having to finish their paint job.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I recently had my vehicle repaired at the Warminster Caliber Collision. I had a concern about an issue and Dan diligently looked into it until it was resolved. Dan also kept me up to date with the progress and completion date. On the few occasions I called in with questions I spoke to Melissa. She was always polite and helpful. I highly recommend this location.

They still owe me parts for my truck, and are just poorly managed over all. They never call back when they promise to and have very lacking customer support. The workmanship was good but I believe they overcharged my insurance for unnecessary repairs. Will never use or recommend.

Jesus where to begin with this train wreck...Well, less than 2 days after picking up the car I began noticing little issues with the repair work. On nearly every single panel they painted there were imperfections in the paint. Then on top of that I noticed that the passenger side headlamp which was replaced (is Black from Ford) was silver. So i had one silver, and one black headlight! Pretty hard to miss that... unless you're not looking.Another week goes by and I notice the paint imperfections look like they are through the clear coat. I also noticed that when I turned on my floor vents, it showered the car with shattered glass. Nice clean up guys.. I also noticed that the drivers side mirror was off of a different model than my car was, considering it had a heated lamp symbol on the glass, and the passenger side one did not. Then on top of that the front passenger fog light trim panel was easily movable with just your fingers. I brought the car back again and they wet sanded it. Bring it back out and there was a pretty big area that the guy didn't polish (which makes it look like the clear coat is gone). Finally once it was completed, I asked for my deductible back. Why? because there is absolutely no reason I should have had to bring the same car back twice to fix your mistakes. Needless to say, I never heard about getting my refund.I'll break it down for you folks. Every single issue I had with this car can be chocked up to absolutely ZERO quality control. Whoever did the "Final check" on this vehicle prior to it being completed must have been using a damn blindfold. When I asked the receptionist (Trisha who is quite possibly the only reason that place hasn't burned to the ground yet. She was beyond amazing to deal with) she stated that the managers do the quality walk-around. I was treated as a damn claim number instead of a customer that can impact their future business. Did they offer to fix the issues? Sure, but why did it have to take three visits to do the job right? There is absolutely no excuse for that. If this company wants to maintain its image in the community, they need to start doing the job right the first time. Your management needs to do some soul searching while I send this entire review to your corporate office. Your quality control is atrocious, and your 3.1/5 star rating proves it.

That is the location where i had my 2013 Nissan Rogue for front end damage. The communication is terrible i was contacted to let about 3 or 4 times within a month even longer than that actually, to let me know how my vehicle was doing. I had to call to see how my car was doing. Apparently it was due to that aftermarket part were order for my vehicle. my insurance company only allowed original parts. So then it was the vendors fault. and then I was told there was an ac issue so it would take a little while longer. So they had my car for over a month was upset i could not come til Friday to pick up my car which was three days away from when they called me to let me know my car was ready. ON-TOP OF EVERYTHING! i was told they would take care of my bill from enterprise because i had a rental and due to my car being fixed my insurance company covered only up to a month so i get a bill from enterprise $538.66 all together. i gave them FIVE BUSINESS DAYS to resolve this. When i called on MARCH 31,2017 the STORE MANAGER told me he was just informed about this.

I would like to thank Andrew and Melissa for helping me get my SUV fixed. I brought my a SUV to Caliber because, after my first estimate, with State Farm s help too, the Caliber crew were extremely professional, timely, explained everything well and did a fantastic job with removing a dent on my passenger side. It looks flawless! Andrew followed up during the entire time and Melissa was very helpful with processing my paperwork too. It was a simple process from beginning to end!!!
