Delivery driver h ad truck part sideways blocking 2 parking spots, 1 was for Handicapped. The manager didn't care. Also, they told me earlier in the week they get a Cabin Air Cleaner Filter by Friday, but they had not gotten it or ordered it. I will never go to them again!

At the time I wasn t sure if I needed an oil change or not. Tory was on point, he gave me great advice on what to purchase for my vehicle. Excellent customer service!Thank you!

It was a horrible experience. I arrived early in the morning around 8:20 am to ask for a part. The very rude employee showed him the photo to see if they sold what I need and he answered me in a very rude and rude way, that's what it is. auto part and also I am not a mechanic. This gentleman seems to lack professionalism and empathy. It is because of people this mediocre that businesses do not prosper. He was an older gentleman with white hair who was very bitter. Worst place to do business period!Do not deal with this guy, he s rude, unprofessional and uses profanity with customers!I am reporting him to corporate! Do not go here, don t give them business until he is fired.

Nice people working there. Needed a new battery one day and the guy came out in extremely cold weather and put it in for me..I thanked him and gave him a tip. Next time I need anything auto related that's where I'm going!!

I have been coming up to there shop all the time to pick up stuff for the truckTauri was phenomenal and helping me with one of the problems I had extremely communicative excellent customer service couldn t recommend a better place to come

My husband needed a starter for our car. He went to Advance Auto Parts the Parts Pro Danilo gave him help with getting the right starter for our car. He even showed us how to buy the part on line with their easy app. Thank you again Danilo for all your help. Next time we need things for our cars we will be coming to Advance Auto Parts in Warminster.

Called in about a limited lifetime warranty advertised on a product. The kid told me he thinks it's 45 days. But wasn't sure, I asked if he could get someone who is sure or if I'd be better off calling during the week when a manager was around to clarify policy (I called on a Sunday). He said the manager was there with him but I could come in to talk to them.Why? What's the difference if you tell me the answer over the phone? You're going to make me waste my time coming to the store to tell me you're not sure also? Put me on hold until you get an answer I don't care but there's no reason to come there if you're going to tell me no.It felt like I was getting the vibe I was wasting their time on the phone. As if no one's day matters besides theirs where they can't even be bothered to know their own warranty policies which was the sole reason why the call went on longer than it should. Therefore I must take time out of my day drive down to the location for them to answer a question that would take 30 seconds if they just had a clue about their own policies in the first place.Anyway I looked up their policy online and it's 90 days unless otherwised specified. In my case it's lifetime.The limited refers to not covering costs of installation or other damages that may be caused by the part failing. And is only for regular non-commercial use with same owner.I ended up calling another location where they were able to quickly handle my warranty claim.

I was looking for lug nuts for my car understandable this would not be the most common part someone would be looking for but I must have had the rudest and unhelpful employee I have ever dealt with. walking in immediately once I saw his face I knew this man was not enjoying his day or his job but if you don't like your job find a new one. I found one pack of lug nuts I asked him quite nicely if they had any more he looked up at me slowly and said what's on the Shelf I said one pack then that's all we have was his response. I asked if he could look in the back he said no. I'd already driven to three places looking for these lug nuts and did not feel like going anywhere else I paid for my lug nuts and left I guess they think they must be the only parts place not realizing there's a Pep Boys and AutoZone right around the corner which I will be going to. if you like rude workers you might want to go to this place if you like people that will help you go to Pep Boys for AutoZone

Needed a small part, counter guy was quite helpful and even . Nice!It wasn t in stock but he said come back later, it ll be here.I went back later, it was there!Good spot. Easy in easy out.

Just had a fantastic experience with advance while purchasing a new batter for my wife's car! All the staff was super friendly and helpful! Love that they install batteries for free! Absolutely will be back for all of my auto needs!

Quick in and out trip for parts. Surprisingly knowledgeable staff. Most auto parts stores don't educate their people or even look for people who know what they're talking about anymore but they seem to have done good here.

Traveled from another area to pick up this part as only Warminster store had it in stock. When I got home and was ready to install part, opened the box and part was dirty and definitely previously installed. Since it is an electrical part I couldn't take a chance. Over the phone the store ordered a replacement part for me and it was available next day. Good customer service.

These guys are thoughtful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Play Source the part I thought I need but then discovered that I had given them the wrong and model year. They were able to switch it out quickly with one they had on the Shelf they removed ancillary parts so that I could immediately return the core and left me with a working model 4 less than I expected with minimal effort on my part very pleased with the service and the attitude of the workers here. In a town where there's an auto parts store on every corner these guys set themselves apart.

A BIG A-Plus for Daniel at this location. Changed my wiper blades with pleasant and knowledgeable customer service. Came here when a competitor said there was no one there to change blades. This will be my go-to place!!

Friendly staff, always have parts that I am looking for and it's conveniently located right where i need it. I have no issues or complaints, especially since there is plenty of parking here and it always seems to be busy as all hell after 4PM. Highly recommend this place

Without question the best auto parts store. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Guy goes out of his way to install parts like wipers and batteries. The manager is positive and has the store running very well. Other parts stores don't compare on the "nice" scale. Thank you Guy.

Brand new store in Warminster. Decided to stop by and get some wiper blades because I was having issues getting them online (I drive a newer Jetta and the blades are super specific). I was greeted as soon as I was in and offered help. I was having issues finding the correct one still so I spoke with Angelo who was beyond helpful. He even came out and installed them without asking just to make sure it was the correct kind. Super good staff with a nice clean, stocked store.

Manager refused to sell me an exhaust clamp using cash unless I gave my phone number and name, said the computer required it. No attempt to explain or assist a cash paying person, even said if I could sell it to you there would be no receipt

Just wanted to give accolades to Guy at Advance Auto of Warminster!!! His customer service skills are second to none in the local auto parts store segment. Guy was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came to getting the correct parts we needed and anything else we need to get the DIY job done right. Thanks again for all your help and I look forward to using this store again for future purchases.

Mo one in store . Older gentleman walking around looking fir help. They were both in back on phones. But t once they came uo front very helpful

Need a bulb for my Mustang so I thought I'd try this new store in Warminster. Bought the bulbs thought it was kind of high in price. So I checked Walmart and Amazon $3.00 less at those stores. You need to be more competitive in prices. I won't be back any time soon.

I went in to do a charging system check and ended up needing a battery. The staff was very nice and helpful. They had loaned me some tools to change my battery.

Went in to get a headlight i needed. Guy at the counter got me what i needed. I was in and out in a few min.More expensive than walmart, at least for motor oil.There's rarely any other customers there. New location.

Very, very bad customer service. My boyfriend ordered a part online and went to pick it up. He was there right at closing time, and they wouldn't give him the part. It was paid for and everything. He even tried talking to the manager who also said no, and they locked him out and said he couldn't get it.

Very bad customer service and parts I've bought here are usually wrong and the dude that I always catch in there thinks he's better than everyone else and always got a attitude. Never going back.
