I needed a snow plow for my side by side and they had exactly what I was looking for. They where great on the phone when I called them and great at the dealership they now have a new customer for life. Good service and great prices. I would just like add that recently my polaris ranger was showing check engine light and temperature light I called blue ridge polaris and they picked up my side by side on Wednesday and I had it back by FriWow talk about great service and fast turnaround time. I love this place.I highly recommend this dealership.Rafael Green

I went to two Jack's first with a concierge appointment, and introduced myself to sales staff that I had appt. They were all sitting around talking, so I told them I'd be by the ATV I was going to buy. I left, and went to Blue Ridge after waiting 45min for any assistance at two Jack's. No one ever acknowledged me. I went to Polaris, and Angel ended up closing the sale an hour or so later. I got delivery to my house the next day. I wanted a polaris, but wanted to give Can Am a fair chance at selling me over. Good thing they helped make my decision for me. These people at Blue Ridge are a family, and conduct their business as such. Such a pleasure to deal with! I visited at least 3 times prior over the years without a purchase, and consistently left me wanting to buy from them. They treated me so good I will be taking my ATV there for service, even though a friend offered to do all the servicing with me in my garage. We all need to keep good family owned businesses like this open. A+

Very good staff and service at Blue Ridge Polaris. The best Polaris Dealer in the area. I got a new 2022 Polaris Trail from Blue Ridge and everything has been smooth from the very first contact.

After searching and dealing with other polaris dealers for my new polaris xp4 1000 I found blue ridge polaris. I call this place home. Both Angel and Ed are Rockstars. They made me feel comfortable and like I was part of the family. The knowledge, expertise and professionalism is outstanding. If your shopping for an atv, utv, service or whatever, blue ridge polaris is the place. Look no further, you will not be disappointed!!!

Angel and Ed were very helpful every step of the way when purchasing my new 2021 Polaris Sportsman Touring 570. I was a first time Polaris buyer, Ed goes over the whole machine when picking up very thoroughly to make sure you are comfortable with the machine when taking home. I ordered the machine April 30, it came in June 30. Angel kept me updated throughout that time updated me on the order. If you re looking for a Polaris machine or parts, Blue Ridge is the place to go!

I own five quads. I will not buy my quads or have them serviced any where else. Ed is the best Mechanic anywhere and both Angel and Ed are the most honest people anywhere. I take all of my friends there as well.Service after the sale is incredible.

My boyfriend and I are in the market for quads and we each got a quote from Blue Ridge Polaris by email...(same exact price) We went there on Saturday morning to look at and test the quad. The price was good but went home to sleep on it. We called Monday (2 days later) to pull the trigger and make the purchase, and they tell us the price is now $320 more...(it was a mistake) Went from a good deal and good experience to bad. How many people did you give mistake prices to?

Wonderful customer service, employees are very knowledgeable and will answer any questions you may have. Prices are great too! very relaxed no pressure showroom. By the way I live in Dunmore PA.

I purchased a Polaris quad from Blue Ridge after having issues with North American Warhorse. (As a side note, do yourself a favor and don't waste your time at NA Warhorse if you're looking for a Polaris product.) The entire staff was knowledgeable about the product, friendly, and had the best customer service I've ever seen at a motorsports store. I purchased my quad on the spot, and they literally followed me home to deliver it. I was riding my quad less than 2 hours after looking at in on the showroom floor. I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much!!!

Hi I like what I got and it's the new 2016 Rzr 570 White Lightning I just wish they came with more stuff like a glove box wheel caps for the center of the wheels and storage
