Ray thank you for the awesome silverado truck. I've been looking for one like this at a good price and you delivered. I thank three of you gentlemen for being so polite and right to the point. Plus we didn't wait very long and you all did fast paperwork and made the whole purchasing process so easy. It was just by luck my fianc� wanted to stop at your place on the way back from looking at other trucks and the truck was there.Thank yous again,I recommend if you're looking for a vehicle go to Joshsav Motors.

Great experience purchasing a Nissan Altima. No pressure, very patient answering questions, and letting me drive just about every car on the lot including one we just wanted to test drive knowing we weren t buying it! They were very honest about what cars would be good for my long commute and what they wouldn t recommend. I would definitely give them a shot!!

I had a wonderful experience buying a car here. I had my eye on a few online from different dealerships, and Joshsav was the only place who consistently followed up with me via email, which is why I chose to visit them. They were very willing to work with me on price, and they did not give me the runaround. This was the fastest and easiest car buying experience for me thus far. I was in and out quickly, but I also felt confident about my decision and not pressured. I even left something of sentimental value in my trade-in, and they are mailing it to me. These are honest people with good deals on decent used cars.

I had a great experience at this dealership and Ray was really knowledgeable and thorough with everything that I needed to know about the vehicle I purchased, I also like the fact that even after my process was done purchasing the vehicle they still got in contact with me for any concerns. I would recommend this place if I do need anything else after I finish paying the cars I have I would come back to this place, thanks for everything and your concern. By the way this is my first time writing a review.

We have bought 3 cars from Joshsav Motors. We are treated like family every time we go to these guys. Very good at getting us what we need. My son just bought his first truck on his own, they helped get him a loan, and put him in a beautiful truck. These guys have truly been a blessing for us. I have two more boys soon to be driving, we will be back!

Awesome experience at Joshsav Motors! My husband purchased a really nice Mini Cooper and the gentlemen at Joshsav Motors did a wonderful job helping us with our budget! Can t say enough fabulous things about the transparency and friendly service from everyone at Joshav Motors! They were truly so kind and helpful! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an easy, fast, and quality car buying experience! So very grateful to all of the staff who helped out today, thank you!

Sold me a flood damaged car! Also lied about my trade in value and only figured it out when I checked the paperwork!! He spelt my name wrong in 6 different ways on the paperwork also!! Car blew up 3 months after the purchase! DO NOT GIVE THIS GUY YOUR BUSINESS

I was treated very fail by everyone. Very professional dealership.very relaxed test drive with Omi, and I was given time to look over the car inside and out with no pressure.I bought a 2001 Mustang Bullitt with 62k miles. Obviously it has MINOR things to address being 22 years old, but they were quick to point out the passenger door window needing adjustment. That earned a lot of respect from me. I didn t expect a perfect vehicle but I didn t expect them to make sure I knew what they knew.100% will consider them again if I m in the market for a used vehicle.

I am 59 years old have bought my share of cars and this by far was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. I bought an absolutely beautiful car and a fantastic price. The personal experience was just as fantastic. It is a rare thing these days to find an honest person to deal with and a breath of fresh air when you do. If I ever buy another car it will be from Joshsav!

Great place to buy a used car! I spent a few days on the road looking for a car to replace my daughter's college transportation. After quite a few dealerships I pulled into Joshsav Motors just to see what they had, and was met with the most friendly, open and knowledgeable staff. I was very happy with what I found and brought home a car that my daughter fell in love with. The prices are very good and warranties are available for also a good price. I have already, and will continue to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good used car! Thanks guys for a great experience and making my daughter's day

Around the end of September I financed a 2014 Acura MDX with 166k miles. The miles were high and I expected some wear on the car. The car is beautiful. I took it for a little test drive and got to check it out a little. It was a recommended brand by Jose vs others that he said would not be as reliable. No here or there. The car was originally priced at 14,500 I believe. They came down 13k if I'm not mistaken. Again no here or there. The issue I had from the gate was when signing for the car I was originally offered a specific warranty. Can't remember the name of it but it was good for a year and when reading the pamphlet. It had so many things covered in it. And I said yes I want it. In the middle of processing the paperwork. I was told that because someone else was given that same kind warranty, they decided to drop it causing the dealership to remove from my contract. But Jose said they had "something better". Another warranty good for 2 years. I'm no expert but when you tell me you got something better that's good for 2 years instead of the 1 I felt like there was a catch. When I asked what it was according to Jose there was no catch. But I'm no quitter so I tried comparing the 2 warranties. And what do you know? There was a difference. He swore to me the car would be ok with this warranty. But minor things won't be covered that the other warranty does cover. I believed him and went on with the purchase before finishing I asked if I find any issues could I use the mechanics that he uses to check the cars before he sells them, to help me with the car. He said sure. Monday I found out that the car has 5,000 dollars worth of things that need to be fixed. I took it to the acura dealership and they did a diagnostic on the vehicle. Apparently all the issues it has to my surprise my warranty covers none of it because its normal wear and tear. Also no warranty would cover those kinds of things according to Jose. Today Nov 30. I call Jose to explain to him that I'm having these issues and the check engine light also came on this tuesday after getting from the Acura service shop. Instead of getting to the part where I ask if his mechanics can help me. I got the old "I told you, you buy the car as is" speech. As frustrated as I was calmly trying to explain the hassle that I've been having and how I feel bamboozled with the warranty situation. But before I can get my part out he decided that he wasn't gonna hear me. And became defensive. I respectfully told him that I wasn't trying to have a pi&&ing contest over this I just need some help. From that moment he continued to talk over me and not let me say a single word. I told him we aren't going to get no where so I hung up. Jose I'm sure you're going to see this and you might even reply. You are as shady as the salesmen you claim to dislike. The story about keeping it real and being transparent was nothing but your salesman game. You got a car sold, good for you. It might not make or break you, but I wouldn't recommend my worse enemy to you. If any of you wants to buy a car I suggest just driving a few more mins down the road and check out the next dealership. Maybe if you have an issue they'll be more likely to give a damn and try and help you best they can.

Today I traveled to Joshsav dealership and even doe I did not make my purchase I absolutely love Jose and his expertise and professionalism it really was a blessing to meet with him and his team I walked out with a whole new concept and great advice THIS IS ONE GREAT PLACE I WOULD GIVE IT 10 STARZ IF I COULD Once gain THANK YOU JOSE FOR THE HOSPITALITY Oh and I m definitely coming back once ready IF WOULD COME CHECK THEM OUT OF I WAS YA

Just because I couldn't leave less than 1 star. Sold me a car with structural rust on undercarriage. My money's been taken already, I suggest you don't buy here!Update:If I even brought a car there? Now that just hurts to be taken advantage of, then forgotten#1 AdvertisingAint that the front parking lot?#2 First contact#3 Hounding me about the car#4 After purchase/corrective measures with photos#5 Attempted Inspection#6 Bos#7 LawyerBut I had to get a janky lawyer from that county who didn't get the job done. But again, I lost my money already. Be careful shopping is all the advice I can give Update: My government name??? Oh, you're upset. Lol. But anyway, prove it. Where is the police report? Did the car hit something, sitting outside of my house? For months? I do remember my then attorney tell me about some made-up carfax report of an accident. Did the accident cause the rust? Where are the photos of the accident? Who's insurance paid for the vehicle to be fixed? Sir, did you think this through? With that amount of rust, an accident would have killed me. Again, I told the salesman that this was NOT my only vehicle. So this accident, tho that link seems vague. Who reported the accident? How did the car get damaged on both sides, according to your "carfax report"? To have my mechanic inspect the vehicle wasn't offered, and AGAIN, you knew I didn't live in that area. Sooooooo, what else you got? I gave several pages of docs, and you offered a sketchy carfax report. You do know they aren't reliable? YEAH, YOU DO. It sounds like you have been familiar with this for a while, so i would expect you to have friends that help go around those little legal hurdles. The thing about cocky salesmen, they typically don't know when to quit. 75 reviews is a rather high number, but where are the 4 and 3 stars So really good or mine?Just read a Yelp review that sounded familiar. They are not very honest with their vehicles.(new or older) Just try to convince you on what they say! you stress to them specific things you want or need comes back. Things are wrong with that said component wi days and they come back with its as is after they tell you give it a little bit of maybe it s because of sitting! Up in our neck of the woods getting treated like that they re not gonna be in business very long there! N ill help to make sure to save others the hassle! Save ya self the money! Try Amies garage next door they will atleast hold their word and back their work!REPLY .Yes, I do have my own work done to my vehicles however, I was very clear with all three employees that I would not purchase a vehicle without heat and AC. Yes, I looked through the vehicle drove it took your employee back out stated my issue as to why it keeps turning on and off who then stated maybe it s from sitting. I aint complaining that the transmission is slipping that the hatch leaks water or that the key fob only works when it wants to NO!! ! It wasn t raining the day I purchased it it s been garage kept! however, I am stating that y all are were aware about the AC heat issue when purchased! After two weeks of not working I took it to YOUR third party to have it looked at (which took few week to get in) who tried to clean up YOUR mess. now mine n thats ok However, it s more than flapper and you don t want to make good on what ya employee said and you all knew And of corse u got ya $ so its a thank you! But just know I m local and if you think every time I pass there,(5-6x daily atleast ) I see somebody there I won t stop and tell them the truth on yall and not to mention the signs that I have underneath your license plate that says do not purchase junk from here they lie.(amongst other things) Yeah, I have three signs all over that 2 to 3 month old Durango and putting on the miles that I do consider it free advertisement!you re welcome!You can t justify ya actions here n I wont waist my time to go back n forth w you! I had a great experience buying a car at Joshsav Motors! They are straight forward and honest and they gave me a great deal to get me the car I wanted while staying within my budget. But beyond just getting the car, I have to say the best part of the whole thing was getting to know the owner and hearing his story while he filled out all the paperwork. That was the icing on the cake! The next time I need a car, I will definitely look here first.

After months of searching I finally did it. A newer and more reliable car for my family in a price range I could afford. I did my homework on what I could afford/price range which wasnt much honestly, what i needed and what I would like if able and started my search. Most dealers would shrug me off because of my credit, give me the run around for cars i couldn't afford or push me into a vehicle I really didn't want with ridiculous payments and ignore what i was looking for. But this place was amazing from start to finish. I was instantly greeted in a warm hello. In fact the first sales man even won a gold star in my eye for treating my daughter in the kindest way and giving her a toy which wasn't expected but it was really sweet. I told him what I needed and what I saw on their site. He then gave me his opinions based on what I was looking for and gave me his recommendations which to my suprised recommendationed something i thought was out of my price range. I was out for a test drive and came back and he sent me to his coworker who walked me through all the pricing and my payment opitions. Again no haggle, no pressure and no uncomfortable feelings. Surprisingly he seemed to find me deals that no one else could or what no one else was willing to put time into doing since I wasn't looking for brand new with all the bells and whistles. He got me with a great monthly payment and I could even afford an extended warranty which is important to me. Then I was sent to the last sales man who did all the paper work and explained everything to me. The process was so quick, literally a blink of an eye which was great for a mom of 3 my time is very limited. They also were so patient as at one point my newborn started having a tantrum. I can't thank these men enough. They made me feel comfortable, knowledgeable and happy with my decision. They helped me with peace of mind knowing I'm in a safe place financially, getting my family into a safe car and gettinf me a vehicle my family can grow in. If you have any issues with your credit, losing hope in the car industry or just need help please I strongly recommend these men. They were absolutely amazing I can't say it enough. Thank you thank you thank you.

Everyone was very helpful.Update:One week driving the 16,000+ vehicle purchased check engine light on, had to wait month for the appointment to find out now we have to pay and extra 10,000+ since coolant is leaking to the engine and the whole thing has to be replaced, owner was not in to speak to us, the salesman guy didn't have answers for us except "we sell the cars as is" but noticed they didn't say it had such problems prior nor in the website, this was a very unpleasant experience so far nothing can be done but we trusted this dealer since it had 4.5 stars and our car was one of the "FEATURED VEHICLES" and so we thought this would be the right choice, now my family doesn't a car due to this problem and this whole thing is honestly sad, they don't deserve our business. Also the "Warranty" covers only 25 percent of expected cost.

Best car shopping experience I have ever had. I know Honesty and Used car saleman normally are not found in the same sentence but I'm here to say this is exactly what you will experience here. From start to finish they were upfront and made the whole experience enjoyable. I will definitely refer my family and friends here. They found a life long customer with me. Also their inventory is stocked with an assortment of vehicles to choose from no matter what your budget is. The financing process was also easy and painless. I wasn't stuck there for hours while they tried to " work numbers". All around a great experience! Thank you both for your commitment to customer service.

Super great people here who are very accommodating! I came to them with a huge problem I was having with a vehicle I had just purchased from them, and they had me test drive another vehicle which turned out to be a great fit for me and in good working order. He only had me pay part of the difference and hooked me up with a reliable vehicle to get me to and from school and work. 10/10 will recommend to anyone in the area and everyone I know who is looking for a good used car! Much respect to the fine folks at Joshsav Motors!

Had the best experience purchasing a vehicle I ever had. Friendly staff go above and beyond. Prices are great, honest trustworthy guys. Infact I ask about a specific vehicle and they said do to things wrong with the car they refuse to sell it and probably will never. Good on these guys for doing the right thing. Don't believe the one star comment at all this place WILL definitely get my business again.

Great experience. I dread buying a car but Jose made it easy. A breath of fresh air. He was responsive to all my email questions, gave honest answers and wasn't pushy or shady. No surprises. I drove 4 hours for a car and ended up buying it. He's a good dude and you should feel good about buying a car from him. Plus he loves goats.

Bought a Nissan Sentra here a few weeks ago and the car is amazing! Runs perfectly and I haven t had a single issue with it the interior was nice and clean and everyone there was super friendly and patient while we worked out the finically details. They were knowledgeable and open about the card history and the repairs on it and it was a great price!

Loved purchasing with these guys! I found a perfect first vehicle for my daughter. She loves her new subaru. I liked that her first car didn't cost me a ton of money. I really appreciated how Jorge helped me with explaining their warranty of their vehicles. I can tell they really put a lot of care and attention to making sure that their vehicles were not only well cleaned, but serviced well. Glad my daughter is able to drive something not only affordable, but safe as well! Thank you so much!
