Our family has been buying cars here for over 20 years. I recently purchased a 2021 Volvo xc90 with 4K miles and had an issue a few months later where the check engine went on and went into limp mode. Took it in and fixed it the next day without charge. They do stand behind the cars and try to make it right if there is an issue. So many people are frightened of the reconditioned title but as I have learned all R titles/flood cars are not created equal.

Bought a 2014 Subaru Outback with 100k miles from EAG in the fall of 2020 after lots of bad luck trying to find a used car. I've taken it on 2 cross country road trips since (from PA to Arizona and back and then again from NY to WA and back). Never had any problems. Car now has 124k miles and is still running just as smoothly. Just took it in for some basic service work, the guys had it in and out in just a few hours. This place is definitely the best place to get a vehicle. I love my Subaru!

Joe and his team are fantastic. We purchased a car from him 10 months ago. We took it in for a problem, he and his team identified the problem, fixed it and didn't charge us. They stand behind their cars. Highly recommend Executive Auto Gallery!

I purchased a 2012 accurately with the advanced package about several years ago. I drove 3 hours to get there and the car was running outside the Show room when I pulled in. I explained that I worked for a wholesaler in New York for about 7 years. He took his time with me and we talked for about 2 hours and made the deal. I showed up 2 days later with my wife picked up the car Still to this day one of the best deals I've ever made. We love the car and take it on vacation at least once every year

How to lose a commission in 30 seconds. Found a BMW 535 that we really wanted here. Got up this morning withdrew CASH from the bank and drove 2 hrs from our home north of Harrisburg to purchase it and.... nothing. When we arrived, we weren't even looked at. When I FINALLY got someone to acknowledge me, I was thrown keys and told, "here. " that was it. I walked back in after looking, hoping that, even though there was no other customers there, they'd be done with their personal conversation... nope. I placed the keys on his desk and started to walk away and HE JUST WENT BACK TO HIS CONVERSATION! I, very pettily said, "Guess this isn't a dealership," thinking maybe that would spur them on. Again, nope. What a waste of time. Well, back to deposit the cash in Wells Fargo until I find a dealership interested in selling cars. What a horrible experience and a fairly nice sized commission lost. Not worth the effort even if you live close!

My family and I have all purchased cars at Executive Auto over the past two years and we are so lucky to have found this Gallery, we have received a more than fair amount for our trade-ins and left with awesome cars, it was a very easy transition and if that is not enough we had fun doing it. Which if you purchased a car recently it is more like a death sentence getting out of a dealership. Our experience was not only a pleasure but a good deal, no issues with the cars and the paper work Well worth the trip !!!Staff is awesome

Ridiculously impressed with my experience with this dealer. I needed a car for work and with the prices in the market today I couldn t find anything that fit my needs or my budget. A friend recommended EAG because of their experience there. The buying experience wasn t stressful they were fair, their prices if you compare them to other places are more than fair. I recommend Rocky, I do not like pushy salespeople he was friendly and answered questions with no pressure. They also stood behind their car, I bought a car with 40k miles on it and when I needed help with something small, they were quick to take ownership and help. So many places nowadays don t stand behind their product this place is a rare gem. Another thing to be noted is when you visit the dealership, they have a big selection so if you are like me and not really sure what you want you will have a lot of choice. Visit them if your considering a new used car purchase you will definitely get a fair deal.

Awesome place to do business. Very upfront and honest about their products. And especially Pete "the Rock" Daland. Knows his product, up front on everything and makes buying easy. I have bought several vehicles from him now and have to say it has been the easiest automobile purchases I have made.

Beware if you value your hard earned dollar. I have purchased several rebuilt vehicles over the years from dealers with good success, but if you buy from here be prepared to spend a lot. $4,850 in repairs in 3 months & back to the shop again for more. Still can t drive it. In the shop more than on the road. I suggest you do not put your family in a vehicle from here. Somehow the low oil warning sensor does not work, or report either?? This is only the 2nd negative review I have given to a business in a cumulative of 47 years, but feel it is warranted. Please be wise with your hard earned money.

Walked into Executive Auto Gallery expecting to be harassed by the typical salesman of any dealership. I was pleasantly surprised at how that was not the case. It is a beautifully run family business that honestly takes care of their customers above all else. I felt comfortable there the entire time. As for the cars themselves, they are stunning and have a wide selection of vehicles. Each car passes an enhanced safety inspection that goes above and beyond a normal inspection. These cars will work like new and Executive will help you out if anything comes up. I just purchased my first vehicle from them this past weekend(2/1/20) and have to say that I do not see myself going anywhere else for a long time! Don t just take my word for it, check out the other reviews. You will find people who have bought 10+ cars from them! All in all, Executive Auto is great in having a large selection of beautiful cars, with a customer service that goes through the roof compared with anyone else.

3.5 star. I bought Subaru Outback (2014) more than a year back (14K) in a good deal and condition. I enjoyed driving and everyone like it. Within 2-3 weeks realized gear shifting is so hard. I called them and they replaced in 2 visits. They responded nicely. After 3 months my radio started giving me a problem. I called them but it was out of the warranty period(30 days). I contacted Subaru, which cost me $900. So far, the car runs great and like it. I almost drove 15000 miles after I bought it.Things to consider before you buy:1) They sell a salvage car. That's why it's cheaper. The title is rebuilt.2)Since it is rebuilt title many insurance companies won't provide insurance. And also insurance would be a little high than the usual other old cars from the same year. (It could be subjective)3)I would purchase the extra warranty provided by them or an outsider warranty seller.4) Most of the company dealers won't trade the car if you are going to trade in the future outside the Executive auto gallery.5) You can trade this car to the Executive auto gallery and get another one at a good deal.6) I recommend purchasing in a cash, without the loan to save your money.7) Luck also plays a role!!!Overall in my experience, I give them 3.5 stars out of 5. People who do business are nice and responsive. They try their best. But again it's a salvage car. I enjoy driving my Outback.a personal view!!!

Bought a 2011 C6 Corvette Convertible LS3 3LT with 17K miles on it at the end of 2018. It was a Hurricane car from Houston TX. They did a great job bringing her back life and back into tip top shape except for the heated seats they do not work (NO BIG DEAL) Who drives a Vette in winter anyway! She goes in storage from November to April. Had the car now for two years, driven 5.5 K miles a year and no complaints. Best money I ever spent on a car in my life and having a ball. After taking ownership I spent $1300 on new rubber and $1300 on new headlights but I went into the deal knowing this as I did MY homework and negotiated that into the price. Know what your buying, INSPECT IT and DO YOUR HOMEWORK, NEGOTIATE and you will walk away with a DEAL. They even fixed the small stuff (like A/C vents) that I said would do on my own and buffed the car to a brilliant shine. When I picked the car up in January of 2019 the Car looked showroom New and still does to this day! Worked with the Owner (Father) and it was a pleasure. Thank you for the Fun!

Avoid! part 1 (part 2 will be next)Yes there will be a lot of reviews from people that have had a great experience, my wife and I were referred onto the company by someone who did have a great experience, however she was one of the lucky ones!long and short, if the vehicle was flood damaged and never had an owner, they will restore the vehicle to the standard that they are legally required to, however if the vehicle was a trade in....... they do not care and will just sell it on. I will explain more below. As said before we were recommended to give Executive a try by a relative who had a good experience. We arrived and picked out a vehicle we liked. We took it for a test drive and noticed that the check engine light came on, the car felt a little sluggish also. We notified the sales person of that who assured us they would check the vehicle from head to toe and rectify any issues (that was the first lie). He asked that they keep the vehicle for a week to ensure they did a thorough check.A week passed and we purchased the vehicle, the check engine light had gone and we were satisfied that it had been checked, based on the company reputation and the confident vibe we got from the dealer, however we were back in the next working day.We brought our new vehicle home on a Saturday- on Sunday morning we noticed a blue/green puddle underneath the car. Therefore I took the vehicle back on the Monday (taking time off from work to do so). I was there for a few hours whilst they diagnosed the issue and informed me of a coolant leak. I said at the time that I was told the vehicle was "checked from head to toe". The mechanic didn't say too much (ill get to the lack of communication between the sales people and mechanics later). However the leak was resolved- I assumed at that point any other issues may also be checked as I was a) previously told by the salesperson prior to sale that it had all been checked and b) that I brought the vehicle in the following working day with an issue. However I was wrong again.About a month after the sale, the oil light came on which I felt shouldn't have happened as we had only had the vehicle for a month and had barely done any miles in the car (maybe about 400). This happened on a Sunday and Executive are not open then. I got the oil checked and changed by a local company who basically told me that it hadn't been check or changed for what they could see for a long time. This was more money out of pocket for my wife and I. We could have gone to executive the next day, however, as I previously state, I had to take time off due to my last visit which meant I didn't get paid, it is also a 25 mile drive there (not suitable with the check oil light). Therefore, unfortunately at this point it was more cost effective to get the oil changed locally (plus the trust in executive had started to wane at this point).Next- about 2 weeks after, so only about 600 miles since we purchased the vehicle, we got a nail in one of the tires (not executives fault of course), however we had to get the vehicle towed to fix it. Upon arrival at the tire store, we were told (as it is custom to do) that the other 3 tires will also need to be replaced. Of course skeptical of this typical sales technique by tire stores (something that the manager at executive later in my experience tries to pass it off as) I asked them to clarify why.The tire store then provided paperwork displaying that the tires are all dangerously close to the legal limit, and please bear in mind that at this point it had only been 600 miles since the salesperson at Executive told us that the vehicle will be checked from head to toe before being sold to us. I would like to believe that if they did check the tires at that time they would with their experienced eyes be able to see that the tires were pretty close at that point to needing to be replaced, given how bad a state they were in 600 miles later. However this was not the case. Ill inform you why later if you would like to keep reading (and I recommend you do before going here).

I wish I could give them zero stars. I bought an Audi A6 from them 12 months ago. The BIG troubles started within 3 months. I called to complain and they did not want to deal with it, basically it was "already 3 months," that the only thing they could do would possibly trade it in for the 2 cars they had on the lot worth 3,000 less than I paid for the Audi both with hail damage. This was unacceptable. So with it's "salvaged title" no other dealer wanted to touch it as a trade. Within a year we replaced the timing belt, (an $1,900 job) water pump, coolant reservoir, valve cover gaskets, oil pan, exhaust pipe, brake light switch, oil pressure switch, new brakes/rotors and tires (which is acceptable) and now the transmission (which they assured me with its report that it was replaced the year before) It is now pouring transmission fluid. It has been a money bleeding nightmare. Rock told us this car was "solid" when purchased and gave us the assurance everything has been fixed and replaced by them and its a great deal. This is of this sham of a business. They cut their tie to us as soon as we drove off the lot.

Everyone here is so welcoming and helpful and for a girl who hates dealing with car dealerships and the whole buying process , Mike the salesman has made the process so easy and painless that I was in and out the place driving a new car within an hour. They are upfront with the vehicles as far as titles and car history and there is absolutely no pressure to buy if you are not comfortable. They give you a 30 day warranty on the cars, and for me I noticed a few minor issues and called to bring it in, nearly 2 month after my purchase , they were more than happy to take it in and fix any issues I had! When I called in to ask Mike, the service repairman, to see when I can pick up the car, he told me he fixed all the issues I had, however it would take a day longer because he ordered a new filter for me in which he wanted to replace, something I didn't even ask for. Their customer service is superb - and it really shows in their effort to ensure the buyer is 100% happy with the purchase so they go above and beyond to tune up your car. If you hate going to used car dealerships like me because of the deceptions, the uncertainty and shady businesses, EAG has completely turned that around for me and ensures that I am in good hands. This place is awesome!

I bought a 2017 Subaru Legacy that had received flood damage from EAG and I couldn't be happier with both the car and the follow up service.Approximately 20K miles after I bought the car, I had an electrical problem pop up that prevented the car from starting. At this point I was well outside the 1K mile warranty that EAG gives, but I decided to call them and see if they would be willing to help. I spoke with Joe (the owner) and he informed me that if this issue was in any way related to the flood damage, and was missed while they were re-building the car, he would make things right. After I had the car towed in, Joe and his staff kept their word and did exactly that. It turned out to be a simple fix (a connector had gone bad) and they fixed it and did not charge me for the new connector or the labor.I not only recommend them, I plan on purchasing my next vehicle from them as well.

This positive review is overdue so my apologies to Bob, his son and all at Executive Auto Gallery. Everyone from the initial contact being made, in Bob, to finishing the paperwork made this a positive experience and we all know purchasing a car it is hard getting into a positive mindset with the stuff you have to go through. Well, this "stuff" at Executive Auto Gallery was nothing but good and comfortable in this guys experience. Bob spent time with me walking around the lot, listening to what I was after and why I was there and even was trying to think of other ways to help out with my car situation (I totaled my previous car hitting a deer in Oct.). Bob was open in explaining the way they handled the car business and that includes walking me through their garage to show me around the business. I am more than happy and satisfied with my decision to make this big of a purchase with Bob and Executive Auto Gallery and will be checking them out again the next time the need comes up. I happen to run a business as well and it can be a blessing as well as a curse because on the one side of it I can be hard and scrutinizing of business or where I choose to do business. I'm Glad I did it here.

Bought a 2012 Ford Mustang from Executive Auto Gallery last September for my 17 year old son. The car sat in our garage for about 6 months before my son got his license and drive it by himself. My boy put about 1,000 miles on it. A problem arose in the rear end and we had the car towed to Walnutport Auto Executive. They wanted us to be happy and fixed the problem free of charge plus 2 other small problems we found during that time. The car turned out to be a great deal. Very happy with the owner, shop manager and even the mechanic who took the time to show me all they did to prep the vehicile and what they were going to do to repair it. We wound up needing a rear berring in front of the differential. They replace all 6 berrings and 3 seals. They really care about their reputation and customers. This was a all round pleasant buying experience. I will be back for my next SUV.GM / Flanders, N.J.

This review is overdue, but I had an awesome experience with Executive Auto Gallery and I would encourage anyone to purchase from them. Everyone I worked with at EAG was friendly, respectful, and incredibly accommodating. For a first-time female car buyer, this meant a lot. And - two and a half years after my purchase - I m in LOVE with my Audi Q5. Five+ stars.

Salesperson: RockI bought from EAG about 3.5 years ago. It was a 2012 Mazda 3 GT i with 45k miles. Purchasing the vehicle was painless and simple. He even took 1k off the price when I sat down to buy the car without me asking for it.If they follow the same practice you need to find your own financing. I used PNC bank.Car is amazing. 99.5k miles still going strong. Not one light or failed component (minus the stuff that wasnt working when I bought it such as an interior light that I dont care about.)I do have a complaint. On my way home I recieved a chip from a rock in my window. Small little thing. I called in trying to figure out if anything was covered. It wasn't (it was my first car I bought didnt realize that wasnt covered) My complaint is that I called 4 to 5 times and not once was I called back to let me know that it wasnt covered. I had to look through my paper work for a couple days to find it.Excellent Car. Would buy from them again. Would recommend and have recommended them. Terrible follow up after sale.

It was great a lot of nice deals on some nice car's, you must know that almost all of them have flood damage. So they are R title vehicle's, with this said you need to thoroughly go over them.Spend time a take a good road test with them, ask if they'll put in a lift so you can examine the undercarriage. You should have someone you know to be a good mechanic to help you with that.I will say this their honest about it too no game's on what your looking at. I was a mechanic for 30 plus year's ASE Master Tech to be exact certified in vehicle inspection and emissions testing in Pa. Vehicle inspection Virginia. So if you're leery about a vehicle that has been in flood damage. Do your homework and learn what to look for and how to spot anything you think maybe an issue down the road. I plan to return and look at some more of their inventory because I was impressed with what I saw.I honestly believe I'll be buy a car there hope this helps, and for you out there who are looking for a good car for that beginner driver. I recommend you stop in, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised, in closing good luck on your visit if you decide to go.Respectfully Arni9 September 2017 Update: Well everyone who may care to know. Today I returned a week later as i said I would, and hopefully if I'm approved for the loan.I'll be the proud owner of this 2017 Ford Fusion SE Ecoboost, silver with beige leather interior and a lot of factory options the best part is it only has 29 miles on the odometer. My girlfriend and I took it for a nice ride driving it at numerous speeds and conditions, please note we stayed within the confines of the local and state speed limits:-)We were both impressed with the vehicle operation but then again it only has 21 miles on the odometer. So only time will tell but my girlfriend was the one who told me about EAG.One of her coworkers at the county both and her husband, have been purchasing vehicles from EAG for over ten years now, and haven't experienced any major issues. Now with that said I will be purchasing an available extended power train warranty for the vehicle. One that also covers things like the electric window motor and regulator.Note those are items that can get expensive.Well hopefully my loan goes through as I said before and I'll update this as time goes by.Respectfully ArniUpdate: The 2017 Ford Fusion I purchased nice vehicle enjoyable ride for long trips Eastern Pa. to West Virginia, which is usually about a 7-8 hour ride.Knock on wood no issues at all with this vehicle, EAG great deals on car's and trucks.I honestly feel blessed, I've met other's who have also purchased vehicles there, and like myself they were please with the price, and the vehicle they purchased from them.So on a scale of 1-10 or if your into star's they get 5 stars on that scale, and a 10 on the other. I feel you'll honestly be able to buy with confidence from them. Just do a thorough inspection of the vehicle, and spend the extra money for an extended warranty.Respectfully Arni

I have purchased 9 vehicles from EAG over the last 10+ years that have all served my family with great reliability and value. EAG has been in business for a very long time because they know what they're doing, and they do it right. Nothing has ever been misrepresented to me and I've always been treated fairly with my purchases and trades. Understand what your buying, do your research and enjoy the ride.I've sent friends to EAG and several have made purchases that they are also happy with. I have no hesitation sending people their way.... that's the best compliment I can give EAG.

I'm a transporter and had a bad experience of making a business with this "dealer", if it can be called business at all... After delivery of one of their vehicles they signed the Bill of Lading, accepted the vehicle and issued the check. Two days later when we cashed up the check they had bounced it, what was absolutely illegal. As a result they had dropped us down for $1,100, the amount they had to pay for our services, and moreover we had to pay our $60 bank fee for money transactions. The explanation was the damage on the vehicle we hadn't made. Neither pick up picture proofs, nor pick up video proofs from our side couldn't help. Looked like they just decided to drop the transporter down for money and get the vehicle repaired for our cost. These guys had broken the law and we're starting a legal action on this case. RECOMMEND everyone to be VERY CAREFUL while starting any kind of business with this so called "dealer" and ask for full cash prepayment when doing any kind of services for them, as it looks like they are caring about money rather than their reputation and simple human conscience.

I want to give these guys a good rating because I had a good experience initially with Mike and Bob but I can't and here is why:I went to purchase a vehicle that was seemingly in immaculate condition. However, prior to my purchase I was searching. Obviously as an informed and intelligent buyer I looked around and test drove several cars with several dealerships. The trouble is I was leaning towards a new (flood title) BMW, I went in to executive a total of 3 times and each time an associate called "Rock" was increasingly more abrasive. I thought to myself, no matter maybe he had a bad day but the attitude and snarky remarks continued. It came to the point where I decided hey I'll get the BMW and be done with it. I went to complete the transaction and had my fiance meet me at the dealership as we were going to trade as well.I was on my way from work but was running slightly late so I decided it would be best to call and properly notify the owner and associates.Upon calling in I was lucky enough to get Rock, this is how our convo went:Me: "I'm on my way now (50k check in hand) but running about 10 min behind schedule due to work."Him: Yeah I see that...well hurry up.ME: Uhmm yes, I'm hurrying. I',m sorry man I didn't mean to hold you guys up at all.Him: Well you are holding us up and you have been. (referring to the 2 visits prior where I test drove cars and did not buy).Me: Okay.... Well would you like for me to turn around? I'm on blue mountain drive so i'm very close.Him: We have families and we close soon so just come another day. (hangs up)Me: (turned around and called my family)(So you know my fiance is there with her parents, while this transpired... As this guy is being rude to me he was also making rude unnecessary remarks to my family. I'm told he was saying things like "I guess I'll just stay late again...." sighing unnecessarily and blatantly loud while making copies the paperwork just dragging his feet etc.. Talk about an uncomfortable experience for my family.)After speaking to my family, I called executive back again. Disrespecting me is one thing but disrespecting my family as they are there in your facility working hard to help expedite the buying process... that is just unacceptable moreover infuriating. This time I spoke with Mike, who listened to me as I vented. I told him that was no way to speak with someone who is a buyer, let alone someone on the way to give you a check. I told him my family should be treated with respect as we obviously are taking time from work family etc. to facilitate this purchase. He agreed calmed me down and told me get my butt over there.I was feeling better and excited to get my new car, when I arrived to executive Rock's attitude continued. I finally decided to give him piece of my mind telling him directly that was no to treat someone let alone someone buying. We went back and fourth as he defended his rudeness until he blew up at me instead of admitting he was wrong and apologizing. It literally ended with him cursing me out... as soon as he dropped those profane words with my 2 year old daughter and 7 year old son in the room I said to the owner Bob, you just lost a sale give me all my things and good day to you sir. Don't get meMy experience tells me I dodged a bullet, especially with many other reviews out there saying how terrible their service was (probably with Rock) and how their cars were not as described. Some even go as far as saying how their new cars imploded shortly after purchase.Hope this review helps someone out.Bob and Mike hope you guys are well and hope you make the proper adjustments to your business so you don't lose more sales over service. I did get my new car somewhere else that treated me right just an FYI... they even stayed super late without a fuss to make sure I was happy and to detail the car I got.
