(WALNUTPORT PA AUTOZONE) "Hey AutoZone, I just had the most incredible experience at your store this afternoon, all thanks to one exceptional employee named Scott. Let me tell you, he went above and beyond to help me and my family with our car troubles. So, my car battery died, and I went into AutoZone hoping to get it tested. That's when we met Scott, (after a female employee said she couldn't help me that I had to wait for him) he not only tested the battery but also informed me that it was bad. He didn't stop there, though. Scott took it upon himself to guide me through the process of getting a new battery and even installed it for me! But that's not all. He went the extra mile and tested my alternator, only to find out that it was also bad. I was amazed by his knowledge and dedication to ensuring my car was in top shape. (I did purchase both my battery and alternator from him)What impressed me the most was Scott's genuine care and willingness to help us any way possible. He took the time to explain everything to me, making sure I understood what was happening with my car. His expertise and attention to detail were truly commendable. It's not every day that you come across someone who genuinely cares about their customers and takes the extra steps to ensure their satisfaction.I believe Scott deserves all the recognition and praise for his outstanding customer service. His dedication and willingness to go above and beyond truly set him apart. AutoZone, you've got a gem of an employee in Scott. I live in Allentown and have been to a local AutoZone twice in the past two days and they kept saying I was fine that my battery just needed to charge because of the cold weather.... (which clearly was not the answer) I highly recommend him to anyone in need of assistance with their car. In fact, I think he would be an excellent candidate for a promotion, as his exceptional service exemplifies the values and commitment to customer care that AutoZone stands for.Thank you, Scott, for making my experience at AutoZone a memorable one. The gentleman was nice to me, but the girl also behind the counter was rude, all I asked why was the stp dry gas was so expensive and she said why is the bread is $3.00 a loaf. I was asking the gentleman not her. January 18, 2024 in the evening. If she was the manager that's not a job for her.

Not a fan at all. Not impressed with the unprofessional management they have there. She doesn't know how to speak to people at all, rude, disrespectful and will never go back here again. Get new management.

I've gone here on a number of occasions for parts for my business & personal vehicles. I picked up a fan belt which the counter person wasn't sure which was the correct one so he told me just take both and bring the wrong one back. Came back in and forgot my receipt at home. Thin guy with tattoos says oh we can't give a refund since you don't have the receipt. I said why don't you look on my account and reprint it. He said we can't do that. I asked why not since you ask me for my phone number. He got all red and hostile, then the girl there rudely said "We don't do that here" No problem. I'll get my receipt to return it and I'll never come here again. The tattooed guy says, "Oh well, that's your choice" I'll go to Advance Auto for parts and everyone knows things like oil, and any filters, batteries etc, are much much many dollars cheaper at Walmart.

Scott at the walnutport store was so helpful and friendly he went above and beyond to help us. My car was broke down and he took the time to find parts and tools needed. I watched how the others in the store treated there customers and Scott was by far the best. Thank you Scott, keep up the good work!!

I am not one to write negative reviews unless I truly believe that I need to warn others about my experience. I visited this Autozone a few days ago to purchase oil for my car, I do not know about cars and the only reason I came and did not book an oil change appointment with my usual garage is that I was extremely low on oil and they did not have any openings for a few weeks. Anyway, I walk in and head straight to the checkout counter to get some assistance and I am met with one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. Scott, who helped me was extremely condescending and rude when I asked him questions and at one point I even apologized for my stupid questions, which I should not feel the need to apologize for not knowing. He lectured me about how I shouldn t even be driving my car if it s low on oil and stated it s that serious and gave me a look that made me feel like I was in trouble, for driving my own car. In response to one of my questions, Scott rolled his eyes, laughed, and then turned to me and asked me if I were serious. Begrudgingly, I followed his advice for which oil to buy and how much and when I went to clarify before purchasing I misspoke and used gallons instead of quarts , he then proceeded to make a big scene about how his truck is the only vehicle in this whole place that takes gallons of oil. Well, after heading his advice I purchased 6 QUARTS of oil, of which I only used 2. I had the receipt and an unopened QUART of oil but I was too irritated to even go back in to return it. This was one of the worst experiences I ve had, and it s taken me three days to even write this review without getting extremely frustrated. I will not be back to this autozone location, which I know will not make any sort of difference in their revenue, but it will save me from ever having to see Scott again and that s enough for me.

I go here frequently to purchase items for my vehicles. I have had great experiences with the help the staff offers. Many of them are friendly, attentive, and helpful. I appreciate the customer service.

Store is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful! Had two bulbs out and when I bought them the girl offered to put them in for me! Took her less than five minutes to get em replaced. Was impressed that she even offered, didn't know they would do that for you. Would reccomend this store

The people at AutoZone in Walnutport Pennsylvania are awesome. My journey wouldn't start and they did everything to get me going on my way! Bart went way and beyond to get me on my way. It took sometime to get my vehicle moving. He cleaned my terminals so I get a better connection. He made sure I was good to go before he left me! Thank you so much Bart!

Ehh. Just your typical AutoZone that sells things you need for your vehicle, but the young kids behind the counter are too busy gossiping about their lives to really help you and have little to no knowledge about cars. Maybe the computer system they use to type the given info is to blame? I don't know. It's expected though, hence the 3 stars. The interior of the store was immaculate though, thanks to "Shleppy" for doing a quality mop job. Customer service skills need to be improved though.

Unbelievable service! I wish I could give 10 stars! I was literally broken-down in the parking lot. Despite the fact that I am capable of doing minor automotive repairs, I'm not very good at it. Went in to get a new alternator belt, and explained the issues that I was having with the belt. I was assured that I wouldn't have any more issues with it, AFTER they came out of the store, and installed the thing for me! In the dark, and in a light rain, none the less! Saved me untold inconvenience, aggravation, and the possibility of being stranded! I love to see when auto part stores are staffed by knowledgeable, competent, and helpful employees! THE BEST, and thank you so much, guys!

VERY NICE AND VERY HELPFUL!! I went in for a can of fix-a-flat because my tire was losing air. The manager came out to look at it to be sure it was safe to drive on, and it was really just completely flat...He actually put my spare on! I couldn't believe it! I would have ruined my car continuing to drive on it. I was able to drive to the repair shop! THANK YOU AUTOZONE! I think the manager's name is Nino. 5 Stars & Two thumbs up from a grateful customer!

this is one of the WORST auto zones EVER!!!! The general manager is EXTREMELY rude and very standoffish.. She does not like taking time to help with anything and always pawns you off on another team member. she also always gets mad and mumbles under her breath if you need to return anything even with a receipt. I know for a fact she's just to concerned about her own money and lying to make it look good so she gets a bonus.. the only really nice employee there is Jenn (store manager).

Bought 3 transmissions in one year. All 3 had major failures. Getting them to stand behind it was painful. Lots of promises. Lots of wasted time.Over a year later we settled. Bottom line is..Store manager and Commercial manager tell you what to expect and the regional guys change it on them. I do not believe they have bad intention but is sure is not the way to treat people.

I had a commercial account and decided to close it after today's experience. Customer service is the most important thing to me. I went across the street to a competitor and paid double the price in parts because their customer service was much better. I waited at the commercial counter for about 20 minutes, never acknowledged while multiple people that came in the store after me were helped first.

Typical parts store. Seemed to be well stocked. Not very busy. Prices are reasonable. Had no problem getting what I came for. Convenient location in the shopping mall. Have not ordered anything here so can't speak on that. With that said check It out for yourself.

This store supports the community with W's all day. These team members are consistently laying out the framework of the Autozone Experience to an exemplary level. Corporate should be proud. I say this as I've been to plenty of Autozone's, for far too many projects over the last 20 years. From Massachusetts to Florida, and Alabama too. I'll say this team, albeit may not see the highest volume of customers all the time, can certainly handle taking care of every customers needs with the valued attention to the cause Autozone promotes. They're selling a solution, to an Auto- related problem and the attitude in which the service is delivered makes it almost entirely stress free at times. All I'm saying is ..Banging knuckles wrenching is the worst part, the in store experience and the trip back to the project with that ONE PART you desperately needed... priceless.

I ordered a part that was not in stock and was told it would be there next day. I called about an hour after they said it would be there. The person answering the phone had me on hold for 25 minutes the first time. I hung up and called again telling the same person not to put me on hold again. The store is not that big. Needles to say, it took another 20 minutes just to find out the part was only going to be there the following day. If I was told how long it was going to take I would have crossed the road and pick up the part at Advance auto parts who had it in stock. Drive to Lehighton or Whitehall instead. If you can not find what you are looking for on the shelf, don't bother asking. The service at the Walnutport store is all but desirable. They will not last long.

Nino and his crew were instrumental in helping me get the correct parts and tools together and changing a part on my car. If it wasn t for them I would have been outta luck, thankfully Nino helped me and I got everything done.Thank you Nino and crew! I ll see you guys soon most likely!

Nino is the person I look for when I enter the store, He is very experienced at what he does whether it s selling you parts or going over to your car for a diagnostic check. It s persons like him that keep me going to Auto zone and not the competition.Jose, the yellow Volkswagen guy
