Paul S. is the greatest! My vehicle wouldn't start after I parked to run into a store. I wasn't in the Advance Auto Parts' parking lot, but I could see it in front of me. That's how I knew where I should call instead of a competitor that was probably closer or try to rely on anyone else. Not only did Paul come out to me, but he also made an extra trip so we could get the correct battery (since the parts selectors didn't match the correct battery size to my vehicle) and installed it for me. Not sure if this had ever happened before, but I really appreciated Paul "going the extra mile". I would definitely recommend Advance Auto Parts and I would ask for Paul again. Thanks Paul!

They are good. But not as good as AutoZone. And if you like to have some fun with your car, some bling maybe not the I've to go. Walmart has more

Refused to help me test my charging system. Said that the air was too "moist ".went to autozone across street and did it no problem. Thank you autozone because they helped me fix my car in a difficult time.

I had to run to this store location 45 minutes from home cause the one in my town didn t have the part I needed in stock. I ordered the part online the night before during business hours and got the confirm email saying it s ready for pickup. I drove myself out there today at 9am to pick it up and the cashier argues with me saying I must be in the wrong store cause they don t have anything for me. I tell him to look it up, he realizes I did make an order just nobody picked it yet. Then doesn t ask if I need anything else. I say I need a wheel stud and the dude immediately says he doesn t have any in stock without even looking at his inventory. Says to check the next town over which is also out of my way. Ended up having to run to auto zone instead who had the wheel stud in stock and I had zero issues with the cashier. Maybe I need to start going to auto zone more. Advance auto seems to be slacking with who they hire and how they talk to customers.

Great customer service in a nice store. I came here for small electrical part and they had it in stock. I bought a few small items and they were easy to find and at a great price. I am new to the area and this was my first time at this location. Staff were super friendly and helpful. This will be my new place for parts and accessories

Store was very clean (especially for an auto parts store). Even the bathroom was nice and tidy and smelled really nice. The employees were all very kind and Paul was particularly helpful and incredibly knowledgeable regarding our vehicle (a Subaru Forester). He gave some great advice to my husband on an issue we've been having and when asked about some other parts we are planning to replace soon he knew the pricing and quality of the available options off the top of his head! We will definitely be back!

I think they are the best around. They always have what we need or get it quick. They are the most helpful friendly staff youcouldhave. The store is really clean and well stocked. The employees know cars well to answer your questions. They have a diagnostic computer so you can get your code. They will even put your battery in or wiper blade on. They are my favorite.

Went down to pick up a few things and oh my goodness, were the two guys who were Manning the store were extremely helpful. I have never been to an auto store before where the whole theme was the customer. I can say these two guys, on the 3PM shift were so helpful and cared about the customer!!!!!!

It's pretty much a standard auto parts store. Never had a problem here, well stocked. Usually not to busy, easy to find right off the main rd. Haven't ordered much here so I can't speak on that. That said if this is a convenient location for you stop on in.

For the most part the parts are great. Service is sometimes a little lacking. I've usually find 1 or 2 people in each store that knows what they are looking for when you all for a part. The others I have to walk them through there system or actually give them the part number to help speed things up and get back to repairing the vehicle you went in for parts for.

Used the UPS Access place, dropped off a return package to another place I do business with and then proceeded to purchase wax on, wax off products and wheel cleaners, always like auto parts placeses, never leave empty handed...

Bought a fuel pressure sensor on Jan 4th. Part was bad right out of the box. Swapped with an oem acdelco part. Worked perfectly. Advanced auto would not return. I spend thousands at advance auto stores. Not any more. Rock auto and amazon are cheaper and easier. Do yourself a favor and pick one of them.

Staff was rude and spoke to myself as if i was vehicle repair illiterate. I come to buy my own parts to do my own work. Don't tell me how to fix something if I already know what I'm doing. Just sell me my damn part and keep your suggestions to yourself.

Cashier came out and installed my windshield wipers I had just bought. Like it says on the signs in the window, they will install them for free. Someone is doing their job

Ordered brake rotors and pads online. Online stated "exact fit". Pads fit but not the rotors. Very frustrating when you're in the middle of service work and have incorrect parts. When returning rotors, no apologies nor consideration for the inconvenience of the experience.

Bought a part that turned out to be defective and they will not give a refund because it is an electrical part will only exchange. Only had the part 2 weeks. Don't need to exchange because mechanic already replaced. Boss was even half hour late when I went in to try to return my part.

Website said they will replace wipers and headlight bulbs. After I purchased a headlight bulb the person refused to replace my burnt out headlight bulb
