My experience at wagontown extra space storage was phenomenal. I had reserved a unit and had to change my date a few times. Holly was absolutely wonderful and accommodating to help me get my unit the time I needed. Jim was very helpful with my check in and made the process so quick and easy. Each interaction in person or on the phone they were so helpful and pleasant to work with. I recommend wagontown extra space storage for an easier moving experience!

We were so surprised to learn that this location was now a part of the Extra Storage Space family but have to say we are thrilled it is. Called and spoke with Holly about updating our contract, she asked if i could stop by to update it and it would only take 5 minutes ?I questioned her and she promised 5 Minutes or less.Holly was awesome and I was in and out within the 5 minutes.Was a pleasure to deal with.

Holly,is a great asset to this location. She will take care of this property regarding all of our storage needs and also has an updated camera system which is a huge plus but not even needed. I stopped in to ask a question about the gate code and Holly was super helpful! I got my new code and We talked about my account and then I was on my way! This is the second time I ve had a unit at the Wagontown PA location and the staff is just amazing

When I found out Extra Space bought out my storage place, I immediately started looking for another place to move to. After being an Extra Space customer years ago, and having the fee increased twice in less than a year, I swore I'd never use them again. I'm now in a place with a much less expensive monthly fee.

If you have extra stuff no space and want to keep it all this is the place for you. Safety, security and kindness has been what I've seen and experienced. Don't throw your belongings away store them.
