I was stranded at the truck stop with my car that just had the engine light on come on. I was on my way home from Erie pa back to Pittsburgh with my daughter. I called this repair shop and asked if I could come in for him to check it. He said sure no problem. He put my car on the little machine. Said it was misfiring. Put some dry gas in it just in case. Checked the oil and my other fluids. My car was hot from being driven so their was little he could do with it. He he was able to tell me it was 1 of a few things. I got home and sure enough it was the first thing he said it was. He didn't even charge me. He was so kind and even though I don't live around there I would recommend this place. Not many honest garages left. It this is definitely one of them. And every customer I saw come in and out to pick up their car same genuinely please.

My friend and I were on the way to Cleveland from New Jersey. We ended up with a screw in our tire along the way. Stopped first thing in the morning and these gentleman took care of us right away. I have taken my vehicles to Chuck Glenn for several years now. They are honest & trustworthy. Too many garages do repairs that are not necessary, to drive up the cost, not here, Chuck Glenn Repair will advise you on what is needed & will only do the work you require. Top notch service & the guys there are easy to work with. You will not be disappointed with their service.

I will always take my car here if I can help it. They are fast, friendly, and more than reasonable with their prices. Moreover, they are personable and want to develop a relationship that lasts, not just to get you out the door as quick as possible. Great people and great work!

Absolutely love taking my car to Chuck Glenn Repair Service (minus the obvious fact that I'm taking my car to the shop). I've only taken my car there two or three times & they know what car I have just from me telling them my name. Always quick & never had to take it back to them after they fix it like so many other shops. Lifelong customer from now on.

Always my first choice of where to take my car, and only go somewhere else if they are booked. Kevan is reliable, does an excellent job, and they are very fairly priced. They have never tried to nickle and dime me like several places have.

HONEST. I took my car there bc another business where I had my state inspection said my brakes were at the minimum and my rotors were bad and that I should look into replacing them. The Chuck Glenn mechanic showed me where mine were, explained how brakes and rotors work, and even showed me what bad brakes n rotors looked like. Turns out mine were fine, I'm good for awhile. Chuck Glenn is family owned and operated, going on 34 years, why?, bc they aren't gonna lie to your face. Its reassuring to know I can take my car there if I ever have any issues and be given and honest and straight forward answer. Honest, quick, and on schedule.I took my van in here with the AC leaking. He took a look, told me he couldn't fix it, gave me the number of a mechanic who could and didn't charge me a thing.I took my other car in for a state inspection and he was quick and friendly.

Great mechanics, and fast service. Kevan won't try to upsell unnecessary repairs, or high ball you on what needs done. Very honest. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else

Called and asked what he would charge to do rear wheel bearings and the response I got was "No. Wouldn't be interested." Joke of a business. Rude from the start.

Over priced! Needed front brakes, inspection, and emmission test. Chuck tried to charge me 550 dollars. Got second opinion and it coat 280 dollars.
