Saw a pump was out of service. Prices are at the higher end, but expected given the location and demand. The pump doesn't reach the gas door comfortably if the gas door is on the other side of the car. Recommend parking your car with the gas door on the same side as the pump. There was a car parked in the wrong direction unattended at one of the pump... That was annoying. It was there when I pulled up, waited, changed lanes, got gas and when I left.

A CUP OF ICE COST MORE THAN A SLURPY. A CUP OF ICE. plus the staff are the rudest ppl I have ever met. Fire the old guy he should not work in service. Take some pride in your location. This place should represent you, Pennsylvania. You should be ashamed of the way you treat your ppl.

Why are the people that use these facilities on the turnpikes always so darn stupid can't park can't queue for fuel line don't know how to yield or merge when leaving the facility

I have always liked the service and choices available at the Turnpike service centers, but I particularly appreciate the customer service offered by their manager and staff when I needed a duplicate receipt almost a month later. Thanks for going the extra mile cheerfully and efficiently!

Sorry about the false stars... the worst breakfast lunch or dinner can be found here. Avoid this place by all means unless you like to eat out of grease traps and get food poisoning. Not even safe for an animal.

Blonde lady at register let's her partner do all the transactions because she is only standing around texting on her phone while the counter holds her up. She is totally useless

Half the gas pumps were out of order. The food court was out of pizza. The store was out of EZ Passes. Pretty much every reason we stopped led to frustration.

Truckers need two copies of the fuel receipt. The cashier refused to print the second one. Nov 30 at 11:20 pm

I got charge for gas that didn't went through. Now I have to call manager to go through the process of refund and guess what???that's going to be a long story...
