Just went to Monroe on Verona road, Rob is the person you need to see. His Customer service is unlike any other auto shop. I had several unforeseen problems with my vehicle and he was very informative and genuine throughout the entire experience. Seriously if you don't see Rob your missing out on an authentic auto shop experience. He's a mechanic that takes pride in his work which means he was very honest and I would trust him to fix any vehicle. I really appreciate the experience. I'll be back for sure. Thanks rob

Rob and John are always reliable and efficient with my car maintenance. Finding a good mechanic can be hard but this shop makes it easy to take care of my car even after 200000 miles. Highly recommend bringing your vehicle here if you value quality work

Robert was amazing! He made me feel reassured and like I was a real person. He did great on my car while also assuring that I paid for only what was necessary. Very calm and relaxed atmosphere 100% would recommend this place if you ever need anything done on your car. Amazingly priced and great service what else can you ask for!

Was recommended, and I recommend, to come to Monro Auto Service and Tire Center in Verona due to excellent customer service and professional staff. Rob helped me out and was honest, knowledgeable, and friendly. Reliable, fast service was done to my vehicle! Conveniently open Sundays (7 days a week!) For your quick stop ins!

Made an appointment to wait for state inspection. Arrive and am told it will be 2 1/2 hours because they have to take my car to an entire different location because their machine is down. You have my appointment information so why wasn't I called and told this instead of wasting my time. Decent customer service doesn't exist any more it seems.

Went in on a recommendation, and was not disappointed. There was a screw in one of my tires, and it was losing pressure quickly. They had the tire fixed and back on the vehicle in under fifteen minutes, good as new. Fast and professional. Can t recommend enough!

Went in to inquire about a tire swap to different rims , employee was exceptionally rude and it was obvious he didn't want to help in any way,have used the arb location for a number of years and vehicles,I will not go back.

I took my car to get inspection taken care of the staff there was very friendly and knowledgeable. John made sure everything was looked over and taken care of he got me in and out in a timely manner! I will be returning to this Monro for all my future car needs.

Such a good experience! Low tire pressure light came on when I was driving to work this morning and they were able to get me in on my way home from work. It was very quick and the staff, I believe his name was Robert, was very friendly! I will for sure be returning in the future!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Ran over a screw and needed a patch before heading out of state and the mechanic serviced my car immediately. Got me out of there within 10 minutes. Great shop with a quick and easy service experience. Not to mention the only car shop in the area that s open on Sundays!

Fantastic, simple, and quick service.In and out in less than ten minutes.Found my front tire had 5psi with a nail in it in Springdale. Called every shop along the way home and they were the only one to get me in. Fair pricing and courteous group.

I've gone here for oil changes for the convenience, their quickness, and for the scenic location (I love trees), but as of today I will return b/c of their good, honest and helpful business!Last week, the manager said he couldn't rotate my tires after the oil change, as the lug nuts had swollen (chrome plated over steel, he explained) and he wasn't able to remove them. He advised getting new solid chrome lug nuts at an auto parts store (thank you NAPA, Verona!), bring them back and he would put them on, rotating my tires in the process.I was back today, and he did it all! I was ready to pay something, as just knowing we'll be able to get the lug nuts off if we get a flat is huge, but he did it all w/o charge.I wish I had asked his name, but I will get it the time I get the oil changed. Because...I will be back!

Brought my 2017 Tucson to them for a brake inspection and was told that I needed pads and rotors all the way around the vehicle. After confirming that it needed what they said I approved the work. Upon driving the vehicle, the brakes started smoking so I took it back to them and I was told that it was some lubrication that had gotten on the pads that had to burn off, and to take it easy on braking for about 10-15 miles. I also noticed that my parking brake, which worked fine when I brought the car to them, no longer held the car on a grade. I was told that they had adjusted the parking brake as much as they could but after driving my vehicle home I learned that the parking brake still did not work properly. Took the car back to them the next day and was told that there was nothing more they could do as they adjusted the brake as much as possible and nothing they did to the car would have caused the parking brake to not perform as it should. Will never take my car back to them for anything.
