Best staff ever. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Though they are still working out kinks from new ownership. They well made up for it. From Sales to service, top notch. Be back next year for my truck!!

Had to put my Jeep in the shop for having no heat. They kept it for 3 days and put a heating core in. Ended up costing me $1,470.90. They did keep me updated, I had to call them to find out what was going on. No indication on how much the bill would be until they called me to tell me my jeep would be done in 2 hours. Then I found out the price. The part was $200 and the rest was labor. I would never go back to them again.

The service team did an exceptional job finding and fixing a hard to diagnose problem. They were honest and upfront about estimated pricing, and kept good communication open regarding status. Will be returning here with service issues in the future and when the time comes, will be sure to see what they have to offer in the way of new vehicles.

Defiantly love tri-star! Everyone is so welcoming and respectful, it s one place I feel safe to just hand my keys over to my car and know everything is going to be perfect!! I also want to give a HUGE appreciation shoutout to candy at the service desk for being so amazing and helpful!!

The Service Team is great, they work together like a well oiled machine. Candy and Stephanie keep everything rolling, do whatever it takes to get the job done and makes the customer happy. On a scale of 1 to 10, I rate them a 15!!!!

JR Golden is the best! I called him up because I had a small little ding on my drivers side door. He told me to come up on a Monday and they would take a look at it. JR made all the arrangements for it to get looked at. Dropped my Jeep off, came back later in the day to pick it up, and the ding was gone! JR made all the arrangements for me and took care of it getting fixed. I ll be a repeat customer with JR. His customer service is GREAT! Couldn t ask for a better sales person. Thanks JR!

I ve never had a problem with the service department. I dropped my truck off Sunday, Candy that works the service gives me a call Monday morning confirms what I wanted done and the guys do a good job doing the requested service. Usually a few hours later Candy will call to let me know my vehicle is ready for pick up! Thanks Candy

Great experience!! I love my new trailhawk!! I went in to take my new renegade to get its first oil change and left with the car I've been dreaming about for years...I have spent 2 years repairing my credit and knew I would be able to get it at some point but I have it now!! I still can't believe they were able to get me a deal!! It was fast and easy, no haggling, and honestly I thought it wouldn't go through but since I had to sit there and wait anyway I told him he can try...I didnt even believe him when he told me I could have it if I wanted it!! I thought I was being punked at first and cameras would come out but no it was all real!! I cried with excitement and happiness which that to I always thought didn't make sense...bit I understand the feeling now!! Thank you so much Harry!! You are the one I will always go to when it's time to upgrade in a few years!! Ask for Harry if you need a new car!! He was amazing!!

Was lied to through out the four months I was waiting for them to get my truck repaired then after finding out they need another part I had to track it down myself as they were not willing to. And the bad part is when I called all the other dealers they all asked why I was doing it and not them as they should be the ones doing that. Just want to say thanks to Auto Nation in Phoenix Arizona for working harder to get me the part I needed then Tri star motors did especially when I am over a thousand mile away from them. Because of this I will never buy or have my vehicle repaired at tri star motors.

I had a MIL (malfunction indicator light) on my dashboard. I called Candy in the service department who has been my go-to person since I bought my Jeep in 2015. The appointment was quickly scheduled and the result was a spark plug needed replaced. My fear of a major problem was quickly eliminated through the professional and technical experience of Tristar service department. Thank you, Candy for your continued attention to my service needs!

Needed some air in one tires on my FORD and the Uniontown FORD said they didn t have enough personnel to do this. Went up the hill and they put air in the one tire. Super nice!! Took them about 45 second. Thank you!!! Stopping in to look at a lease now. Great service

I mentioned several times the start stop function didn t work. I was told if I didn t want to use it do not worry about it. Most recently I was told the battery needed replaced $430 later the start stop function still does not workThey conveniently waited until after the warranty expired

It was horrible something that took 30 mins the past 3 years took and 1hr and a 1/2 then they didn't have any inspection stickers I had an appointment they knew what I was coming for so he had to drive my car to the to the other place to get it using my gas and could of been in an accident in my car horrible experience hope this get fixed
