Definitely more than 5 star review just got a Mini Cooper clubman from here price was amazing car is in almost perfect condition low miles super friendly environment talk to joe when you stop by definitely recommend

Absolutely the best place to go to get a car! We got a 2009 Mini Clubman through here, amazing car! We went back to Joe s looking to get another car, planned on something automatic and roomy for me. He kept trying until he got us approved for another car (we didn t get the car though because of the loan place for personal reasons). Never met a car dealer who actually tries and doesn t give up after the first time being declined. He literally goes above and beyond for his customers. I 100% recommend going through him if you need a new ride!

We bought a 2009 Toyota sienna not a year ago and we have to have both rocker panels replaced new exhaust system.brake pads were shot .ac didn't work and interior was dirty .won't be coming back again sorry.

These guys are thieves. Spent $10K on a car. It had issues immediately. The mechanic they sent it to was dishonest and said nothing about all of the things that were wrong with it.I tried to return it to Rt 21 and they REFUSED TO TAKE IT BACK. (At this time, I seriously doubt they have enough capital to do ANY returns/refunds!)Long story short: the car doesn't run. I had it towed to real mechanics for estimates. The cost of repairs is close to $5,000.Do not buy a car from these pathetic, small time criminals. Put them out of business.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM ROUTE 21 AUTO!!! We purchased a vehicle from this lot in November 2019. 3 weeks later we realized the timing belt and tension pulley were bad. We contacted Joe to offer to replace them, as he knew they were bad when it was purchased and never informed us. Route 21 Auto Sales is not making it right, and we have already filed with the BBB. My husband was doing side work for the owners at the time. Once we started having issues with the vehicle, they stopped calling him to work. Really shady people, from the owner down to their salesman.

Can't believe anything they say. Bought a car with the understanding that they would repair a couple things. After the sale , they had one excuse after another. Didn't fix anything. Thanks Joe

Bought a car at a very good price,still waiting for it after five hours after being told it would be with us today(they said it would be here soon as the vehicle is departing from Johannesburg...it's been 5 hours from a 2 hour drive!)Until I get my car this is a scam,and I don't recommend you use them,I will edit my opinion should I be wrong,but that doesn't seem to be the case.

They will rip you off. I bought a truck there and the check engine light came on before I coukd get it home. Getting ready to take it to the garage to see what else is wrong with it. Found it the Oil pan was fixed with jb weld and is leaking now. Water in the rear end. And exhaust is falling off and power steering when out. And that was just within the first month. Update ... Spent 1000 on repairs and still not fixed completely. Taking they to court.

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. This dealership does NOT disclose serious issues with vehicles. Thats why they own them they purchased cheap because of issues then they will sell with no conscience. DO NOT purchase from this dealership. They will Lie repeatedly!! And as in the end they will hid behind the AS IS clause or lie to their warrantee company to try to make them fix a preexisting issue. All who have been defrauded need to contact the Better Business Bureau, The Attorney General and the Office of General Council. Read the Pennsylvanias Used car Dealer Regulations AS IS only goes so far. This places needs to be stopped do the do diligence and be patient the monster will soon destroy its self.

After we bought a car, we almost spent $700 for fixing the engine oil pan, brake line and rear brake pad in just one month. Then just after 2 months, engine was totally gone which costs around $2500. When we consider the original price of this used car was $4000, repair costs almost reached to the car price in just 3 months after purchase. We have nothing to say for such a car dealer, that's why think more than twice!!

DO NOT GO HERE! I would give this place a negative if I could. Old man sitting in his seat telling me there is no rust on a vehicle making me drive 3.5 hours. He was confident it was a solid vehicle and I told him not to waste my time. No one physically looked at the car to see if the was rust in the end. I could stick my head up through the floorboards and be looking at the seat if I wanted to.

In the past, I have purchased several vehicles from here....using their "Buy here, Pay here" option. If there was any type of issue with the vehicle,(only 1 vehicle had an issue) they fixed it courteously and promptly. I personally would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

Nice vehicles but none had prices on them. Had to go on website to check out prices. Came 5 minutes before they closed and just wanted to ask how much a car was. Someone saw us but shut the gate anyway and disappeared. Didn't even ask if we were interested in something.

I took over payments on a 2005 Dodge neon, runs great for being a older car & anything we need fixed or looked at they do it. Please go to route 21 auto if you need a car that's reliable.

Bought a Ford F150. Ten days later, transmission went. They did put another transmission in (used) didn't last 3 months. Called Joe he said warranty was only 30 days. So, we are stuck paying for repairs!!

I have bought all my vehicles from 21 auto and they are always considerate of what I ask for. If for some reason I have an issue they take care of it with no problem. Highly recommended

Car motor blew up in 6months sold it to us with bad water pump n bad head n he lied n said nothing was wrong with the car found out after i got rushed in to buying a car for 4,000$...smh Joe is a liar be careful buying cars n trucks off him
