Kelly was an absolute blessing this past week! Wrecked my car, she was there quicker than I expected. She also figured out a ride for me and my two kids since my car had to be towed and I didn t have anyone to come get us. Her communication has been great all week between taking my calls and dealing with me and her talking to the insurance. She even called to let me know the insurance company had taken the car and to check on me and give me an update. She s the best I ve dealt with!

If I could give them negative stars I would the woman running the office is the absolute worst performance to deal with she's very rude and so is her husband I wouldn't recommend going to to for any services

All I did was ask how much for towing service and she hung up on me very disrespectful and unprofessional I called back and she sent me to voicemail thank you I ll never come to you guys for service again

HIGHLY recommend! Kelly is awesome. I called late at night, Kelly talked me through some stuff over the phone, even had me send her some pictures before they came out to see if they could help over the phone. They ended up coming out and had my jeep winched out in 2 minutes. Won t use any other towing service in the area!!

Worst ever experience I had with this company. I talked to their representative, who is a lady, and requested for a tow service. She told me she will call me back having talked to their towing-truck driver. That lady never bothered to call me back the whole day. Instead of being apologetic, she kept saying she couldn't talk to any of the drivers for the whole day and asked me to try with other towing services. I would NEVER recommend anyone to go for this option. I wish I could give them negative points.

There was a miserable woman working there 1/8/2022. I called in to obtain the tow charges for a vehicle and was very rudely told I refuse to walk down to the shop and get that information on a weekend, you can just call back on Monday. Well if you arent going to do your job and if you re closed why are you at work answering the phone. Just unprofessional and rude for no reason. It wouldn t have been a horrible interaction if the miserable female working 1/8/2022 between 9am-9:30am had a little kindness and hospitality. She needs to quit or get fired because someone with that nasty attitude doesn t need to be working with the public.Service: Car towing

Bad attencion, It is the most expensive there is in the area. Look for other options before calling them. Buscar otras opciones antes de llamarlos. Son carisimos los precios.
