*PLEASE DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE SCRATCHED MY CAR REFUSE TO FIX*A prior service manager, Andrew, scratched my car. They have had 2 new service managers since. Not only did Andrew promise to repair the damage but also Scott the service manager after him. The mechanic & parts employee knew about it. There was a mark on my rear inside door jamb by the kick plate & Andrew used a "pad" to try to clean it hence the scratches. Andrew even ordered touch up paint at the dealers expense. I can't believe they are treating a customer this way.Update 11/3/2023:The owner stated in response to this review that my concerns were sent to the proper person & would be handled. He sent it to the same person Matthew GM. The owner is trying to make it appear he took care of the damage but he did NOT. Not only did Matthew Turchetta email me (below) after the owner responded to the review but, also Tom Kowaleski (below). Keep in mind they are aware Heather/Adam weren't working there when this occurred.Owner response to my review 11/3/23 & 11/6/23:"Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your recent visit. Your concerns are of utmost importance to us. We apologize for any inconvenience your visit may have caused you and want you to know we have forwarded your review to the appropriate party to handle your concerns. You can expect to hear a response from our team shortly. Matthew Turchetta GM response today 11/3/23:"I will not be reimbursing you any money."Tom Kowaleski Op Manager response today 11/3/23: I have reviewed your request about Tri Star Paying for painting a door jamb on your Rogue. After looking into this further and talking to Brad and Heather they have no record of any complaint of this prior to your email. Tri Star has nothing abrasive in service and parts to make any marks as you refer to in the door jamb. I question the fact this happened when Andrew was the manager there and nothing noted about a scratch ect was on any repair orders I reviewed. Unfortunately I can not authorize any repair from Cochran auto body at this time. Update 11/2/23:I emailed the $513.59 estimate to repair the scratches Andrew caused to my vehicle to Kevin Sergent owner, Matthew Turchetta GM & Heather new service manager on 10/2, 10/19, 10/23, & again today.Matthew Turchetta GM response 11/2/23:"I appreciate you reaching out to us. Unfortunately, we do not take brillo pads and scratch cars. I also see that you service your vehicles at multiple locations so you might want to check with them to see if they have any response to this."Update from service 8/24:I have been a service department customer at Tristar Nissan Uniontown since 2019. I have always left glowing reviews, raved about the service department to friends/family, & even other dealerships! I've never had a single issue at Tristar Nissan Uniontown. Sadly there is a new service manager & service director there now & the service pales in comparison to service rec d there over the past few years. My interaction with Adam, new service director, was very frustrating/confrontational. It was the first time I ever felt that way standing in front of that service desk. When I called to schedule my service appointment for today, I spoke with him, & made him aware that a prior service manager had tried to clean something off my rear door jamb causing scratches. That manager Is no longer there & was replaced by Scott, who has now been replaced by Heather. Adam was extremely dismissive & somewhat condescending today. He kept repeating that it had been 8 months since Andrew scratched my car. I felt as though I had to defend myself to him, explaining repeatedly that the turnover was part of the delay. Even when the scratch happened I wasn't angry as I knew that it would be taken care of. Now I am very concerned that it's going to be a battle with Adam just based on my interaction with him today. Things happen & it's all about doing the right thing. An estimate will be provided to him as soon as I get it, & hopefully, it's resolved professionally, without further confrontation/stress.

Kailyn was excellent in understanding what I was looking for. First we started with Jeep's then moved to the Nissan lot when I seen this Nissan Pathfinder. The only thing that could have been better was if I would have done a bit more research on the SL vs the platinum. My old Buick enclave premium leather AWD has everything that the platinum does. I would have spent a bit more money but would have gotten something that I would have really liked aside from the SL that's just eh really not that good!

We had a salesman named Stephen that told me that if I answered the questions correctly on the survey that I could have a free detail on my new car and because I am an honest person and answered the 1question wrong according to him I can NOT have the detail now , he really shouldn t try to bribe his way into a better position at work !! Thank you , unsatisfied customer

Your service manager Heather worked above and beyond her job as service manager in getting the car warranty company Easy Care to step up and do the right thing in repairing my 2018 Nissan Murano. She saw to it that the all the necessary repairs were accomplished correctly and convinced the car warranty company to provide coverage. I am very satisfied with Tri Star Motors service department even though I may reconsider ever buying a car extended warranty in the future.

We had to travel to anther state to find the color combination that we wanted. Tri Star had it on the lot and we were able to work out our agreement just through texting with Ross and Adam. They were both very friendly and Ross was able to answer my many questions accurately and professionally even making recommendations on local sites to see while in the area. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new OR used vehicle!Prior to going to this dealership, I visited another Nissan dealer, specifically STAR Nissan in Greensburg, PA. WOW! What a horrible experience there. The sales team there have one mission, put you in the vehicle THEY want to sell you that day and that's it!When I went to TRI STAR Uniontown, I was a bit apprehensive after my BAD experience at the other dealer. I am happy to say, they were MORE THAN great, they were AWESOME!They listened to what I wanted and helped me come up with a vehicle that I could afford!JACK FRANCIS and JR GOLDEN are awesome to work with!The awesomeness doesn't stop there.....CHRIS REICHEL in the service department is amazing as well!Look no further for any other dealer, this place is 5 STAR!!!!

Stephen Wachinski, our salesman, was awesome! Didn't have to wait for long, as Stephen approached us the moment my wife and I walked in the door, and he stayed in touch via texts/calls throughout the entire process! Wasn't pushy at all, was very helpful and we enjoyed working with him. Would definitely give Stephen and TriStar another chance to get our business in the near future!
