This place has awesome prompt customer service!! We just bought a fantastic 2008 Ford Taurus!! We are very happy with our purchase!! Would recommend buying a car from this place!! Very polite and friendly!! I recommend you ask for Samantha she helped us buy our car!! But i am sure the others are great also!!

Very friendly service. Staff and Management are awesome! Helped me get a great reliable car in a 2006 Ford Fusion last week. Even came back today and got my brother into a 2008 Chevy Cobalt! These guys and Gals are awesome. Thank you for all the hospitality!

On tour with a band, we had some car trouble and were almost stranded. We happened to stop near One Stop and walked in and explained the situation. They took us to their garage and tightened our wheel lug nuts (the problem was loose wheels... after a state inspection!!!!) for free.Much props. Saved the day.

These guys are the best at what they do! I have never seen a dealership go above and beyond so much to help a customer in need. The GM Chad helped my sister out with getting her credit turned around and she has already bought a newer Jeep Wrangler because of them. A big thanks to Dave in finance as well as Kate who makes it enjoyable when I stop by! I recommend them to anyone needing help with getting a car and credit.

Went on a Saturday morning and the salesman was super helpful, nice and was real which i liked a lot. We talked over a few different vehicles and i had the option on whatever on i wanted which shocks me cause i dont have any credit. I decided on a mazda cx-7 that my whole family really likes. Samantha is a really nice girl who treats u right. I recommend this place and will be going back myself.

It was my first time buying a car and I was very nervous but the friendly and understand staff at One Stop Auto really made it a painless experience for me. Great customer service and extremely helpful to all of the questions I had. I love my Chevy Cruze! Thanks everyone at One Stop Auto!

Very friendly staff, took my relative in to buy a car because she had some credit problems. Staff was very willing to work with our situation and not judge us because of some past issues. Would def recommend this place if you are looking for a nice car and want to rebuild your credit.

Great place to purchase a vehicle. I went everywhere looking to finance my first car and sat for hours and at one stop auto it only two an hour and half and I was in a new car. They are all friendly. I'm glad I stopped in and got a new car there.

I don't recommend this place at all. My girlfriend bought a car from them and lost the extended warranty paper and when she asked me to call Samantha started yelling that it's in the papers she gave us and that she can't tell us anything about the warranty and she was talking very slow acting like I'm dumb or some thing we got the car 3 months ago and the transmission is already slipping

Would never recommend this dealer. Sold me a lemon, then pushed me into a replacement car with a higher payment.Kept the car for a year then traded it in. When I needed to get a refund for the extra warranty we purchased and was lied to about how it was done, the amount that was being refund and when we would receive it. They told me the 3rd party company issued the refund but the check I received was wrote out by them.Will never go back. If I could have given them 1/4 a star I would have.

My fiance bought a 2001 honda civic ex on may 3rd. On May 6th it started to over heat. We asked for a refund or a different car they refused, saying they couldn't do either because the car was already in n the system. We had a 3 month warrenty so we had it towed in to be fixed by them. They had it in there garbage for 8 days. We got it back and ran fine for 4 days this time and then it overheated agian. We called to have it fixed agian they laughed and said that's what happens when you buy a used car. They claimed they fixed everything including the hood that wouldn't latch which they didnt do anything. We had our own personal mechanic install a new radiator, backflow tank, new caps, new windshield wipers. The car still contuined to overheat we had to order a fuel pump so the car sat in front of my house unable to be driven until July 2nd at 1 am. I risked moving it due to a family emergency after only driving 3 miles the engine and transmission blew up simultaneously and our car stopped in the middle of the road. We had to call 911 and have it towed to the junkyard. We no longer have it and still have a warranty. They still want us to pay the remaining $8,000 even though we dont have the car. We got an attorney since they sold us a lemon. Upon researching and also finding out I have family that personally knows the owner fred Ziegler I have been told 90% of his cars are lemons and hes a con artist. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I got my car from there. I went there, told them.what I wanted, and they made it happen. I couldn't have been happier. They are willing to work with you and listen to you the consumer. I haven't had any problems with my vehicle and bought it from them almost 2 years ago.

I know a friend that bought a car off of these guys , the vehicle was never cleaned, not touched. They couldn't even run it thru a car wash . The interior of the car was filthy, I never in my life would have purchased that vehicle and I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from here!!!!

I don't have anything bad at all to say about one stop auto.i enjoyed the visit the hole time i was there.very nice people to deal with .didn't take long to get approved for the van .i would recommend anyone to shop there .Samantha is a very wonderful person ..thank you Sam .i hope to keep doing business in the future .

My self an my mom Karen stoped in to one stop auto an they was very nice an polite people answered every question we had helped us get in to a nice car just all around nice people we bought the 2005 Toyota Camry very nice an clean smooth ride just all around very nice an easy people to deal with I will be sure to send people there way an put out a very good word an Samantha is the young lady who greeted us at the door :) very pleased with the service an everything

Bought a yellow hyundai genesis coupe off them knew nothing about the car until I signed the papers then found out it was wrecked r title owned the car for two months two different front headlights tires were bad front and rear no alignment struts and springs were bad brakes were bad no bushings in control arms sunroof didn't work cracks in roof no inner fenders go over bumps in road car would loose power and go into limp mode something was awrong with traction control 6 exhaust leaks from manifold back took the car to another shop $2100 to get the vehicle fixed only thing one stop auto would fix was the brakes and control arm bushings I sent the car back when I found out it was illegal to drive on the road in pennsylvania save your money and the hassle they sale high priced junk and go somewhere else to buy a vehicle I would never recommend buying another vehicle from them I could find a nicer vehicle at a junk yard cause that's what they sale junk I know a lot of people that had problems with this car lot they do not value there warranty on any of the vehicles they sale on there lot and if I could give them 0 stars I would this car lot needs to get into trouble for saling vehicles that have all kinds of problems not fixing them and putting them on the lot for sale and saying there reliable vehicles when there not this place is a joke

Cars are great service was great people was friendly I would definitely purchase another car from one stop auto group I bought a nice Buick LaCrosse and I love it. Samantha helped me out greatly thanks guys
