I used a debit card for my purchase....they refused to give me my cash back..... wanted to put it back on a card that is not reloadable like that...they gave me a hard time and yelled at me because they had to give me my cash....no more shopping there..... SMH

Went in to pick up some parts and asked to use the restroom and the manager Kevin let me go and use theirs.I was disgusted to see this. Black mold everywhere!

Always polite and professional! They take the time to listen to make sure I m getting the right part for my problem. As for the bad review for the bathroom, it s a part store not a gas station, they don t have to let the person even use the restroom to begin with, so how is that review even relevant to the store? These employees work their tails off to provide the best service possible. Will only ever use this store to get parts for my car.

They ordered my Coolant crossover tube orings for my SVT Cobra. When they came in I went to get em and they were the wrong size. They immediately took me over to the oring assortment boxes and both boxes no luck. They had another set that were a lil thicker but bought em and didn't work. It happens but they were super friendly and nice. Will do business again. Wasn't their fault.

I had a breakdown with semi truck, went to a O Reilly, they didn t have a part that I needed, then Rickey made a few calls, found the part in the store on the other side of the town, offered me a ride, and now I m rolling thanks to Rickey, God bless you!!!The World would be a better place if there are more people like Rickey!

Service is great although none of them had a mask on when I went to purchase something. No plexi barriers at the counter either. I guess I won t be going in there again for awhile.

Very friendly knowledgeable staff with a very wide selection of filters, parts, tools and products along with loaner tools/rental tools. This is the O'Reilly Auto Parts that I use in my local area. This location is very big with a huge selection of all the mentioned items.Keep up the great job guys!!

. Part I bought was defective but sales representative denied it, they had to be asked to test product in front of customer only then did the testing machine say the product was BAD. Make sure you have them do Any test in front of you. Companies that care respond to reviews, funny how owner can be so out of the loop.

They try!!!! But , i went there for a sparkplug for a toro pushmower all to be given the wrong one 6 times! Not hard......get actual people that know their stuff
