I ve been to Mr. Tire twice and have had very pleasant experiences both times. My latest visit was because of a flat tire and they squeezed me in the same day last minute to get it fixed. Incredible customer service and a comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend

Our tire blew out not far from this location while we re on a road trip. they were able to get us back on the road quickly late on a Saturday afternoon. They were professional and caring. They saved our trip!

I brought my car to a few other places first with a slow leak but no one could find the problem. At this Mr. Tire they were able to figure out and repair the leak and even charged less than the initial quote. Bravo.

Had to make an emergency stop this morning on our way to Florida due to noticing that the vehicle rented to us by Hertz rental car had completely bald tires on the front .NO tread left at all! Extremely unsafe for a 700 + mile trip with a family of 5. Andy was extremely accommodating and helpful! They took the vehicle back right away and got started replacing the tires and also double checked to make sure the brakes were ok. Andy also dealt with all the hoops when it came to dealing with Hertz rental company. Very much appreciated and would highly recommend!

They were absolutely amazing, replaced all of my brakes recently and the entire experience was great from the customer service to the work 10/10. I have NEVER had a good experience at an auto shop before so we will always go back here now and tell everyone to as well!

Superior service by Tony (Tech) and Andy (Mgr). I had new tires put on my Tesla Model Y. Tony and Andy knew the unique requirements for servicing the car. Great experience and I highly recommend Tesla owners to consider using this business for their tire needs.

For years, after oil changes, mechanics at other places told me they were unable to reset the Oil Life Remaining indicator on my 2009 Chevy Malibu, so I always had an oil change needed warning. The mechanic at Mr. Tire reset it to 100 percent life remaining without my asking! This info could save an engine! Thanks so much!

I left feeling ripped off. I got prices on two tires. They quoted (in person) around $142 each. Then they charged to put the tires on, added some insurance that I didn t ask for and whatever monitor goes inside the tire. When it was all said and done, it was just shy of $500 for two tires. I ll never go back.

Super friendly/nice and knowledgeable staff at this Mr. Tire ! We were heading into PA to visit family and got a flat tire. We called Mr. Tire and the staff told us to come in! And they were closing very soon. They stayed late and fixed our tire and got us back on the road. Thank you !

It's not the cheapest place to buy tires compared to what I'm used to in WV and they don't do alignments or any other work. It's very busy so maybe they are competitive for their area. I would definitely shop around before you commit to them.

Really is a rip off !!! Spent almost 1,600 dollars just to get my inspection sticker. I had to get new tires new rotors and brakes on a 2016 Nissan Rogue. Even had them put aTire sensor in my tire .. I get my car and the mechanic put the sensor on the wrong side...manager just laughing at me about it.Do not trust a mechanic that is stupid not to no what is right or wrong. Did not need anything for them to say I need this and that just for a inspection sticker...

Staff went out of their way to help us out on a Friday at 2pm! 5 hours from home and had a brake caliper sieze up. FORD dealer up street said they could not look at it for 2 weeks and the parts Dept did not even have the caliper or hose in stock!..... Mr tire had all bays full and still fit us in within 10 minutes because we were in a jam to get home! Great service and then replaced the caliper and got us on our way within the hour. Awesome people and I would highly recommend them. Old world service at reasonable price- did not take advantage even knowing we were stuck without their help.

There were two people working today, a mechanic and a desk lady, but we had done our order for tires online through the Goodyear credit card, she said they never received it, and I was not on the schedule. Not only that, but they also charged me $152 on top of the money already paid since there prices were different, and she told me I should've called to double check. We were there for about an hour and a half since the mechanic went on lunch break, but he was fast and very nice, he got the tires on quick, props to him! There were a lot of people coming in while we were there, saying that they had done stuff online and that they never received the email to schedule or some other thing, as well as someone called on the phone, showed up for her appointment, and they informed her that she doesn't have an appointment and the inspector wasn't there. Really was a bit of a mess over all, A+ for the technician, D- for everything else. Would avoid this location if possible.

They just told good year we were charged 150 extra for things we were un aware of. One of those were a alignment. The receipt also says we declined the alignment. Called good year who we went though and said they confirmed before hand that it was confirmed by them. But they made it out to be need for us to get the tires. Wouldn't recommend to go there if you want tires or good customer service.

Received four new tires again recently. Affordable and staff was very helpful. A gentleman offered me paperwork to get a new license plate also since mine was peeling incredibly bad. I recently received the new one in the mail. Thanks again, guys!

AMAZING SERVICE!!! Woke up with a flat tire and thought I needed to replace it. Turns out it was something simpler. Andy, the store manager, was very helpful and polite. He could have easily sold me a tire I didn't need but he didn't. What could have been almost $200 was only $22. Will def be coming here whenever I need work done!

Prices are 50 percent higher than anywhere else you will go. Twice now they've tried to charge me 100 extra dollars at the counter and i checked them . Go somewhere else

Made a (hassle free) online appointment for a wheel alignment...I got there early and Andy the Service Manager had me signed in and on the rack ahead of time...and then out sooner than I expected. Thank you Andy and to those Service Techs who did the work...Got a good thng going on there.

I m so grateful I took my car to Mr. Tire..!The Manager Andrew Marx was very polite, kind, courteous, and knowledgeable.. answering all my questions !I m very pleased with the quality of service through the customer service and the technicians that maintained and fixed my vehicle.Even with the major repairs they had my vehicle done that same day with in hours.Highly Highly Recommend Them.And personally I will be returning for all future repairs and car needs..!

I had a rear brake pad crack and come apart on the rear of my taxi and needed it fixed in a hurry. My usual place was in quarantine do to covid, so I had to find another. I called several places in town and and no one could get me in for at least 2 week. Understandable due to shortages in staff just about everywhere in town.Almost decided to attempt it myself. But my wife saved me from the humiliation and suggested calling Mr.Tire.Sure glad I did! After explaining to them that my car is my business and I needed to get it fixed ASAP, they were able to squeeze me in the very next morning.By the next afternoon I was up and running again and didn't need to cancel any appointments.They went above and beyond to help, and did an excellent job too. Had my regular mechanic check it out once they got going again and he confirmed the great work that they did.A big "THANK YOU!" to MR.Tire from Fat Kat Transportation!We highly recommend!

I owe a huge shoutout and thank you to the guys at Mr. Tire in Uniontown Pennsylvania! During our drive I lost a stand bolt that attaches the brake caliper bracket to the car. We were closer to our hotel than home so we did a quick search for shops in the area that were open on Saturdays and found Mr. Tire. We were able to make an appointment at 8:30 in the morning. They were so helpful and treated me with respect. I know about cars and usually get talked to like I wouldn t have a clue as a female, but they took me to the car on the rack and showed me what happened and were able to find a bolt in a bin full of spare parts. I m eternally grateful for their kindness and making sure our day wasn t ruined! If I lived in the area I would definitely be a customer for life!

We were on a trip to NC and our tire started leaking. We found the nearest service place, Mr Tire in Oliver. They found the problem and repaired the tire and we were back on the road in 30 minutes! The owner was friendly and helpful and the servicemen were knowledgeable and efficient. They made the best of what could have been a bad situation.

I had a flat tire when camping in Ohiopyle and got new tire in the store. The service was quick and professional. The store manager even gave me a discount on the tire price. They also gave me a warning on the battery life, which later turned out to be a real problem for me and I had to jump start the car.

Mr. Tire is as good as it gets! They are very honest, have quality mechanics, quality parts, and charge accurate prices. Service is quick and thorough. Mr. Kolosky always greets me very kindly and ensures that I understand all aspects of the services I am receiving. You can't go wrong, trusting them to service your vehicle.
