Had a great experience here!! Bob Berry helped me out with finding a car that worked for me and making the experience smooth and as little of a headache as possible. Efficient, knowledgeable, personable, and honest. He kept me in the loop while we were waiting on it to arrive from the factory. Can't recommend him enough!! Absolutely love my new car.

Despite not being local to the PA area, our search for the perfect car led us to Mike Kelly Toyota, where we found exactly what we were looking for. Dealing with car purchases from out of state can be daunting, especially when you're unable to visit the dealership in person. Bob Berry was extremely helpful through the whole process for us. It was a type of transaction that neither of us had done before. Bob helped us and kept in communication with us every step of the way from bringing the car to a pre-purchase inspection at a third party mechanic to securing a transport to ship the car to us after we purchased it. Even when we ran into some issues with the transport company Bob was making calls to them to get this resolved and ultimately he was responsible for getting things moving on their side. It was a very pleasant experience and we are very happy with our purchase. I hope we have the opportunity to buy from Bob again in the future even though we have never actually met him.

Just bought a new Highlander today. Roy was wonderful and referred me to my salesman, Matt Guess. Matt was an efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, no-pressure salesman. He made the process easy and fair. Would highly recommend him. Thank you!

We can t say enough good things about our sales representative, Robert Berry. Robert, or Bob as better known as, was nothing short of helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable and genuine. We made an appointment with Bob and immediately had faith he would get us in the car we wanted. Bob went above and beyond searching all over the state to find a car for us. We were extremely happy with how we were treated by Bob and how hard he worked to make things happen for us. Bob, never once pushed us in a direction or towards a car we were not comfortable purchasing, rather he listened and worked with us to make things happen. Bob s manager, VEE, also helped us and worked with us to make things happen and solidify a deal. I would recommend Bob to anybody who is interested in looking at new vehicles at Mike Kelly he truly went above and beyond and we can t thank him enough. Thanks again for everything Bob!

Rob made the our 2023 4 Runner TRD OffRoad Premium purchase a breeze! We are very happy with our purchase, we just wish it had remote start and the app connection on phone.Overall, highly recommend Rob w/Kelly Toyota!

Set up an appointment at 10AM to look at a used Subaru they had for sale. After the test drive it took 3 hours with their sales staff to finally agree to a deal. It's almost like they do it on purpose to wear you down in the hopes you'll just agree to anything to leave. If you have a trade don't even think about giving them the time of day, they'll low ball you so bad its comical. They low balled the living crap out of my trade on 3 different occasions trying to value my vehicle at "fair" condition which was a joke. Don't even bother citing any of the guides for car values available to us as customers because they'll just say those guides are "always high" even though the vehicle I was looking at was higher than what KBB said it was in excellent/like new condition. After the second low ball offer the sales manager came out trying to justify their numbers by comparing my vehicle to ones from out of state and as far away as Texas with double the miles and completely different(lower priced) trim levels. This is when I should have walked away but shame on me since I liked the car I drove an hour to see. When I told them I'd be securing my own financing their whole demeanor changed. When I was in the finance office they tried to pull a fast one and right up my paperwork with a thousand dollars less than what we agreed on for my trade I'm sure hoping I wouldn't notice. After finishing with the finance manager, I was shown to the car which wasn't even cleaned even though they said they would and passingly told they only have one key after they made it a point to ask if I had the spare key for my trade. Should've walked away and tore up that deal then and there. Typical car sales tactic to hide something like that until everything is done. They made empty promises that they "would reach out to the prior owner and see if they had the spare." Had to call twice to find out anything on the spare key situation. The second time was told the previous owner didn't have it and to kick rocks. I doubt they even tried to contact the previous owner. Then received a call a day or two later that they needed more paperwork signed and they would mail it to me. What more needs done?! Signed and sent them back more paperwork, who knows if everything else was done properly. Avoid this place like the plague, save your time and look elsewhere. Not sure why every Toyota dealer I've had the displeasure of dealing with is just like this place or worse. Absolutely soul sucking experience. Typical car dealer shady and scummy tactics.

My experience with Mike Kelley Toyota was excellent! I live in Ohio so I booked a flight to Pittsburg airport ,which is about a hour away from Mike Kelly Toyota. They provided a driver to pick me up and Tammy was there on the spot. Conversation with Tammy was never a dull moment. Brenda my Saleslady was extremely helpful with communicating and making sure by phone/text and email that i clearly understood the major purchase i was going to make and that there wouldn't be any hidden surprises for me with me coming in from Ohio. Will crunched the numbers for me and provided financing and Russell guided me through the important car warrantees and title transfer. Overall I would say Mike Kelley Toyota rolled out the red carpet for me , but they didn't they rolled out the red LEXUS!

My husband bought a 2024 Toyota Tundra from there. Logan was awesome to work with. He was able to work with Will to get my husband the truck that he wanted. It was a 5 star experience and would definitely buy from Logan and Mike Kelly Toyota again in the future.

Worst dealership ever. Jim got me 7 hard inquires to put me in a 12.5% loan on a 50k vehicle. My credit score was a 770 and my prior loan on my 2021 truck was 6.2%. I can already refinance at almost half the rate he got me. This place is a scam. I just put my dog down and was super sad and I was emotional they got me the right payment but I didn t find out my rate for 3 hours and I was signing the paperwork. Either way bad deal all around could tell you more. Absolute scam

I am going to share the facts of my interaction at Mike Kelly. I was able to buy the car I asked for. On the date of purchase after paying for the car I was called and told to return to the dealership to pay more money because they did not charge me for the car. When I was at the DMV registering the car I was told there was a clerical error on the paperwork. I had to call Mike Kelly and ask them to fax new paperwork. They did so, although the dmv said it wasn t correct they were still willing to accept it and criticized the dealership, the dealership also criticized dmv. When I went to buy the car I provided a trade in but did not have the title. They told me they would charge me 125 dollars as a titling fee. They then called 3 months later asking if I could find title and send it to them. I said I could and asked if I did would they refund the 125 dollar charge. They said yes. I found the title and sent it to them. They confirmed receipt but never gave me back the 125 dollars. For these reasons I argue this business is disorganized, I d recommend other consumers look elsewhere to buy a car. Everyone was polite enough on the phone.

Bruce was awesome! He helped me get out my old car that wasn t reliable, and put me in a beautiful 23 Corolla Hatchback that is not only gorgeous but very reliable. He walked me through the whole process, and made sure I was safe, and my payment was right where I needed it to be. Ask for Bruce if you are looking for excellent customer service! 10/10 would recommend again!

If you are looking for a Toyota please go some other place then Mike Kelly's inUniontown. My experience with them is horrid. The car broke down and I had to have it towed 13 days after I got it. The sales represent Brenda Hasselman she did not honor are oral agreement on payment. Costing me another $100 a month. I know I should have double checked before I signed the papers But I trusted the sales woman Brenda Huseman to honor our oral agreement. If you still want to go to Mike Kelly's Toyota do not go to Brenda Huseman. She is a cheat a liar and a fraud. All she cared about was making the sale. Now I am trying to get the bank and whoever else I can contact for them for fraud. I have no other choice. Terri Fulton

Just got my wife a 2021 4Runner Jim Jones my salesmen was great and even the finance guy was great to deal with. I analyzed the sales contract and everything was straight. No hidden fees or pressure to buy extras. Will be back if we decided to get another new vehicle.

Bought my TRD pro off road 4Runner at Mike Kelley Toyota and had the BEST experience at a car dealership ever! I wanted a very specific 4Runner model that was super hard to find and was lucky enough to meet & work with Alex Cable Alex is one of the most professional and helpful car salesman this planet has to offer! Not only did he order the exact model & specs I was requesting, he hooked me up with some hard to find 4Runner extras! Alex also helped my sister work out a trade in & new vehicle purchase a few weeks after I bought my 4Runner because I was so impressed with his attention to detail and overall helpfulness Alex was awesome to work with and extremely transparent about all costs there were no surprises or unexpected fees I highly recommend Alex at Mike Kelley to anyone in the market for a vehicle, especially in these crazy times :)

The purchase experience at Mike Kelly was absolutely great. Everyone was friendly. We drove 2 hours, the car was ready for a test drive upon arrival. Sales associate, Brenda Huseman was easy to work with. The purchase was complete within a couple hours.

Recently purchased a 2022 Highlander XSE and had a completely painless experience. No arguing, pressure, nothing, it was great! Rob Berry was one of the best car salesmen I have ever dealt with. I remember leaving and thinking that guy was just a nice guy, not a typical high-pressure car salesman. Got a great deal on the Highlander and a decent deal on my trade (had 81k miles) I live in Morgantown WV and purposefully went to Uniontown to check this Highlander out and after dealing with Rob I can't recommend this place enough. I literally live 3 miles from another Toyota Dealership, and I drove to Uniontown. Even the sales manager was decent to deal with, which usually never happens. Interest rates are terrible right now and with excellent credit they were able to get me around 6%, I have friends that are over 7% with good credit at other dealers. Do yourself a favor, check out their website, find what you want, and ask for ROB BERRY!

Awsome experience. Just recently took delivery of my 2021 tacoma. Due to the current vehicle shortage I had to wait for it but it was definitely worth the wait. I highly recommend Bruce Kendrick he took care of me every step of the way. 10/10 would buy from him any day of the week.

While being driven from Ohio to DC my Prius displayed a "check" light and the driver--not me--went to Mike Kelly for help. They charged me $198.82 to "diagnose" the system and found a "cylinder misfire," which is common on this vehicle--anyone would find that code with a simple ODB diagnostic app. Kelly said they couldn't tell what the problem was without "tearing the engine down"--four words that should scare any Prius owner. They advised my driver not to continue driving and told me they wouldn't be able to "tear down the engine" for another three weeks!!! The driver rented a car back to DC. I took the train to pick up the car and dorve it back to DC with no problem. Kelly was a real rip-off.

This is the paper Mike Kelly Toyota handed me, after they said they went over the truck, second picture is what my sensors read soon as I got in the truck. My sensors are correct. Straight lied. This isn t the only problem I had with this place, it s just the only problem I have proof of. This place is very expensive and they could care less about their customers, just the money.

If I could give zero stars I would. Bruce called my husband about a truck he was interested in. We live two hours away. They knew he was on his way to buy it but they literally sold it to someone else 10 minutes before he got there and basically told him too bad. Even though Bruce told him he would call him if anyone else came to look at it since he was driving two hours to get there. My husband got a non-apology and was told they would call him if they got another one in. Why would we waste 4 more hours of our time traveling there and back again if they can t even hold a vehicle for 2 hours or have the decency to call and say someone else was looking at it.

What an amazing experience at this location! I worked with Craig who sat down and got us everything we needed and more. This was a great experience from start to finish. Bruce who helped with financing at the end of the sale was also AMAZING! The whole purchase process was not like any other car purchase I have had before. They were honest, direct and spent time with us to help ensure what we purchased was what we wanted. Kudos to Craig and Bruce!!

Picked up our new Tundra on March 6th and we Love it. Met Bruce in September and put in for one and it finally arrived. Bruce done one heck of a job keeping us informed on the truck. It was definitely worth the wait. Thanks Bruce!
