THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE WASHINGTON LOCATION!!! My review is 2 parts, First the GOOD, the Lady, Heather Johnson, who works there is Awesome! She is polite, knowledgeable and is quick! She knows what needs done and gets you in and out and I've never had any issues with any of her work for me or my family.Second, the BAD, when you call and need to ask a question, most of the time the Lady makes you feel like you are bothering her! I don't know her name or I would state it! I could tell she wanted me off the phone and half the time she wasn't even listening to me because she was talking to someone else who must of been there with her. How Rude!So, This is a Good place to go IF you can get Heather Johnson to help you only I feel. Everyone else there seems like they don't even want to be there. Again, ask for Heather and you will be treated with a smile, and get your papers done correctly the first time.! THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE WASHINGTON LOCATION!!

I would not go here again the person it does the out of state title transfers lied to me said she needs to see the vin on the vehicle . Tags and Title is a much better place cheaper too .

Called to get info on renewing my driver's license. The lady I spoke to seemed so eager to get off of the phone that I could barely explain anything to her. I misplaced my current license so I wasn't sure on how to go about things. And Penn dot told me to contact the notary and they can give me a photo card and that the one I already paid for that still hasn't come in the mail, I will be refunded for. This is my first rodeo with this, sorry. I know they probably deal with this a lot but when I'm trying to understand and get info can't you seem a bit more pleasant.

Horrible customer service!!! Treated me like I was totally stupid!! Kept looking at me and making her eye really big at me!! Turns out she was totally wrong! Monongahela office said they will straight tgem out!

I have used these folks before for many services and they are fantastic but I had a problem that came up that I needed some counseling on relative to transferring ownership of a car and I called and got Austin. I want to give him kudos for what he has done for me. He has made the transition easy, and very understandable he should be commended for his work.

As I am reading the comments about the rude women, I thought I should share my experience. I went with my son to get power of attorney papers signed before my son left to go back to the military. The woman was so kind and didn t charge my son. She even thanked him for his service. She didn t have to do any of that. With that said, I appreciate that woman! It is an experience I will never forget!

A bunch of clueless morons work here. They will screw up what you need done and then deny they made a mistake. It took from May until the middle of October to receive one title from them

I had a wonderful experience here ! My title was sent to Harrisburg....I came in on a Saturday and they let me know that Harrisburg had the title and I had to come back during the week. Kris went ahead and took care of my paper work before I even got there! She was so sweet and so helpful ! Thank you for helping to make transferring my WV plate to PA a pleasant experience, Kris ! All of the ladies working were so sweet !

Just called to see what forms of payment they take, and the woman was not only very cold and short with me, she hung up without even saying goodbye or anything. I'm going to a different place for my notary needs. Very sad, but this is how the world thinks customer service should be handled these days.

The women that work here are rude,ignorant,and unproffesional even the like 90 year old woman is rude. Save yourself some aggravation and just stop somewhere else. These people don't care about you or whatever you have going on you just a $ to them. And they are a little more expensive than places I have used in the past. Im willing to pay for covienience normally,but the way I was treated yesterday not at Joe Fidas.

Unprofessionalism at this place without question. ALL employees have a nasty attitude and act as if they are better than you. Seems like they need work place counseling if asking a regular question upsets them to roll eyes or even frowned face looked. Maybe they had to many sad meals from McDonalds? Many other places too choose from I'd recommend Howells notary.

I have to say that Joe Fida's went above and beyond to help me out. RG Motorsports in West Virginia messed up my paperwork and it was almost 2 months till I got a plate on my bike. But I want to thank you for the professionalism and everything you did for me yesterday to get me legal!!!

I've had numerous positive experiences at this location, but this 5-Star review is to acknowledge a registration change. I'm from Uniontown, moved to Boston, MA for work, then resettled in Pittsburgh after a few years. Processing stalled out first during the 8 weeks it took MA to process my lienholder's (Capital one) request for title, and again when COVID locked-down PA. The staff at Joe Fida's communicated with me regularly, providing me with fax confirmation that CapitalOne had received my request, informing me they had not yet received the title six-weeks into the request, then calling to notify me once the title arrived and when to expect they would open as PA was shifted into the yellow zone. Much appreciation!

This is by far the WORST place I have ever been to!! The supposedly OWNER treated me and my husband like we were Trash!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. This woman is the NASTIEST...If they did a remake of The Wizard of Oz...She'd Be the PERFECT WITCH!! Do Not go to this place. It'll save you a Waste of Time!!!

The ABSOLUTE TRUTH that I've noticed about the, maybe 10 times I've needed to use them is this, When it comes to the staffs Attitude towards customers, if you have your necessary documents that THEY HAVE TO HAVE to get you what you need, they are friendly on about a 5 out of 10, but if you go in there, (Like the majority of people ive ever seen in there) and don't have ALL YOUR paperwork in order, and people say, "well can't you just...?", Then they get short with people REALLY FAST. But to be honest with you, they are NOT THERE to be your friend, they are there to do a job, and when you go in there unprepared, it's a TOTAL WASTE of their time!!! And I PERSONALLY HATE when people waste my time, so I can understand their side,(thinking about the cumulative I.Q. of the majority of Fayette county residents)!!! So, just go in with EVERYTHING you need, and you WILL get what you go in for. PERIOD,!!!

The women hate their job and it shows! Miserable and very short with customers. 0 patience. Get very defensive when they lack knowledge. Avoid if possible!! Much better options around.

Woman put the wrong date on my doc which made it unacceptable. They were closed when I went back and had to go elsewhere and pay again.

I had been having issues transferring my plate to a car that I bought in W.V. The staff member that helped me was very easy to work with and knew how to solve my issue extremely fast. Thank you!

Stopped here to retrieve my plate and registration. This place has the angriest group of employees that I have ever had the pleasure ever dealing with. What a shame. The bad attitudes must be inherited from the owner.
