Great service. Very punctual and helpful.We were coming from out of town visiting Family for Christmas. We had an encounter with a deer that totalled our car. They came out to help us on Christmas Eve. Thanks again!

This place is horrible! They towed my sons truck around 3 miles had it less than a day. But felt the need to charge me almost 400 dollars. That is the definition of a P.O.S. taking advantage of people!!

Joby s to the rescue!!! They came to save me after waiting for 8 hours. Past 2 Present towing left me hanging for 8 hours with lots of promises don t call them!! Call Joby s!! Fast and friendly service. Love them.

I've used these guys for towing 3 times. Once was for 30 miles to get my wife's car to the nearest Volkswagen dealer. Price was reasonable for the 30 mile trip. (One way).The latest was for a 2 mile tow. They charged $100.I think someone got taken advantage of? It was me.

Locked my keys in my car. They told me they could have somebody to my house in half an hour, the gentleman got here in 15 minutes, took him 2 minutes to pop the lock. $50, exactly as estimated over the phone. Maybe I'll just spend the $5 on a new key next time, but they took care of me promptly and effectively.

HORRIBLE! Don't use this company! For 15 mins. of work including loading the vehicle, towing it literally 1 mile to their shop, & it sitting in their parking lot for 12 hrs. they demanded $375 CASH! Then they hold your vehicle hostage at an additional $50 per day.

On Saturday night I hit a deer on I-43 and was stranded with 4 kids, my wife, and my badass bulldog Mr. Bully. Of course I am not from there and have no clue where the hell I was. When Don rolled up from Joby's Gulf I knew the guy was on point as soon as he stopped my 8 year old from walking into the traffic lane to look at the car! That's right, he stopped my oldest child from walking into the interstate!! He hooked our damaged vehicle and let me and Mr. Bully ride with him. With our family following behind in a highway car, Don took us to the nearest hotel in Uniontown. Don explained as much of the accident process as possible and even let my family and I empty our vehicle. Don even arranged for us to finish emptying the car this morning with Jeff at the shop, who also was very helpful explaining the whole process. Gotta be honest: Don, you're the freaking man! Thank you! Joby's Gulf, you run a shop with great customer service that I really appreciate! Not only did Mr. Bully appreciate the belly rub from Don but I also appreciate him offering to buy my kids something the eat since they were so upset from the accident. If I could give y'all 10 stars, I would!

I can't believe these guys are still in business! I took my car in for a simple check on my brakes. When they put the new brakes on, they forgot to repack the wheel bearings. 2 days later, the entire wheel fell off my car. I was stranded and incurred expenses of apx. $1,000. Joby admitted that he did not remember repacking my wheel bearings, but took no responsibility for the damage, problems that his negligence cost me. I thought for sure that this business would fold since that type of poor workmanship which was costly and potentially tragically injurious to me does not usually thrive in any way. Beware!

Poor service, wouldn't pick my truck up with utility bed on it said it was too big had to wait 2 hours for another company to come get it... 2007 chevy 2500 single cab with aluminum bed..SMH

I would absolutely never use this towing company again he got smart with me over the phone it was triple AAA tow.. our truck has a 6-in lift and he told us he could not tow modified vehicles when we know he has towed them before then he said it was only a three-mile tow it wasn't worth his time basically he didn't want to do his job that he was getting paid for by AAA he refused to tow the truck we had to wait another hour for AAA to send another company to tow our truck in the freezing cold Joby is nothing but rude I hope he goes out of business I will be complaining with AAA so hopefully they don't even deal with him anymore !!

Absolutely horrible and have heard nothing but horror stories from this place. Dont bother calling them because they wont take a call from someone stranded on the road only from the ins company so they can charge double and triple.

Tire went flat, jack broke, was 45 minutes from home!! I was given an eta of over an hour but they made it in less then an hour!
