My driver was Cody and he had to drive me 55 miles ( give or take) home at 2am! My son works at a casino and had my car that had a bad strut. I got a ride to meet them at the car and I was 15 min late showing up. Cody was very polite and professional! We had a nice chat and when we got back to my home he didn't drop the car on the side of the road but made sure it was exactly where I wanted it. He went above and beyond his job and was excellent service and company. I felt very comfortable and safe riding home with him! I truly appreciate his help in my time of need!

Whoever was driving their truck down 70 was on my bumper pretty much and almost causing accidents. You would think that if you're running a business you wouldn't be driving that way in a truck that's plastered with the company name all over it. To know that I was going 80 mph already...

Hit a deer on the way home from Virginia. Got the tow through AAA. They were very professional the entire time. Would definitely recommend!

I'd give less than a star if I could! One of their drivers almost ran a friend of mine off the road and had no common courtesy to even stop and ask if they're okay or even apologize.. whenever my friend drove back to get a picture of a license plate the man was giving dirty looks. Trying to get ahold of them is impossible to report the driver..

Came for me from a AAA call for a flat tire got there fast . Took care with our vehicle and even made sure our spare tire was inflated properly. Very happy with everything . In less than an hour we were on our way

Towed me from Washington to Pittsburgh for a transmission issue. Very friendly and professional. I accidentally left something in the truck and they called me and I went to pick it up. Great guys

Awesome people! Our car needed towed. Called in late evening, through AAA. The dispatcher was super helpful and friendly! We were several hours away from home, and stuck for the night.. Between dispatch and the driver, they figured out the best place for us to get towed too, found us a motel in walking distance, and gave us a phone number to reserve a room! Driver was fast and friendly!

I had to get my car towed today off a busy highway. The driver Brandon was very polite and friendly. He made sure I was safe first thing. He got my car up on the truck in minutes. When I got home and my car was on the ground he made sure I didn't need anything else before he left. I would definitely use them again .

I recently had to be towed from a difficult mountain road. My truck had completely busted off a tire making it extremely hard to get onto the truck. Darwin, our tow driver, was fantastic. He was very careful not to cause damage to the car and came up with a creative way to get our difficult car loaded successfully. He was extremely professional and friendly, and he never got annoyed at how bad of situation we were in (or at least didn't let on). I would highly recommend this company for any towing needs!!

AAA referred us to this garage when our vehicle needed towed. We had work done and weeks later we had the same issue.Called the garage today and the owner refuses to warranty the work. His excuse was he would never let a tow truck driver do the work on the vehicle but we didn't know who worked on it.He refused to warranty the work and claimed the person no longer works there.

I had to get towed today and I couldn't be more thrilled with the service. The driver of the tow truck was very friendly and professional, and had my car up on the truck in a matter of moments. This is not the first time my family or I have dealt with them, and we have never had a bad experience. I wish I got the driver's name because he is always excellent!!

This place is absolutely amazing.. I came to them after being jerked around by two other garages. I spoke with Martin and he made things happen. They got my truck up and running making it the best it's ever been. They took real good care of me and if an issue came up he called me and explained every option. The owner Bobby is amazing as well. Treats you fair and takes care of you as a customer. They have all my business from now on. A must go to place if you want FAIR,HONEST WORK DONE TO YOUR VEHICLE

I called AAA, which sent Full Throttle Trucking 1 LLC to tow my car and could not be more pleased with its service. My tow truck driver, Mr. Reggie Thompson, made many attempts to restart my car, including jump-starting and push starting, to no avail. Mr. Thompson then towed my car to a AAA auto repair service as requested and drove me to the closest motel as requested.In my rush, I misplaced my precious Oakley sunglasses and sunglass case in the cab of the tow truck. After leaving a message, Full Throttle promptly dropped off my sunglasses and case with the AAA repair service, who locked the items in my trunk.I heartily recommend Full Throttle Trucking 1 LLC with no reservations!

My husband and I have been sitting on the side of the road since little after 5am. They still have yet to show. My husband contacted aaa and complained big time, so we cancelled the call and contacted Whitey's Towing thru aaa instead and their already here coming from Washington PA..... Pathetic Full Throttle.... We're literally broke down right down the road from you. Will never recommend your company to noone

I m a AAA Member and needed a jumpstart. Was set up with this company for roadside assistance. The arrival estimate was roughly an hour. After 90 mins had passed I called AAA for a more realistic ETA , the representative contacted the company and was told they would arrive within 25 mins. Two hours later he arrived to jump my car. Don t recommend this company unless you have time to kill

We have AAA which had Full throttle towing come out. Picked our truck up on Wednesday evening was to be towed to the shop. We called shop the following day on Thursday at 4:30 and was told our truck just got there at 4pm!! Where was our truck for 22 hours and why were we not informed. Poor customer service. I will refuse to use them and contacted AAA.

I pulled in at the end of the Day with my KW W900 with a blown radiator they located 1 that day an the very next day I was on the road 6 hrs later, excellent service very professional and very personal

I had a dead battery and needed to get my friend to the doctor. I called AAA and they said it would be an hour and a half. I called Full Throttle Trucking and explained the situation. They were there in 15 minutes. Thanks so much to you for getting us going.

Today I had to have my car towed to be serviced.....Damon the flatbed operator was amazing....He was extremely professional, paid attention to detail and was kind and considerate....A1 service and customer service experience...I highly recommend this business.
