I came to Carney s for an Anti-Freeze leak. They were extremely professional, polite, and thorough. He let me know exactly what needed fixed and let me know how much it cost before he started the process. He fixed my leak, provided me with a digital 35 checkpoint inspection, an oil change, and looked at a previous oil leak I had. My car is running great now! Great service! I had a wonderful experience.

I had a wonderful experience with Carney's Auto Repair Services. I was in a bind and needed a quick service so that I could travel out of town for work. It was hard to find a garage to work on foreign vehicles. They went beyond to accommodate me. The garage was neat, the technicians are courteous, and they corrected my issues quickly. I recommend them to anyone.

This was the best automobile repair experience I have ever had. I have 50 years experience with automobile repairs. Dave was extremely knowledgeable and easy to do business with. He provided a detailed report with pictures suggesting things that I should have done to my car with the suggested time line. He located a complicated oil leak problem and fixed it expertly. I live in Philadelphia and plan to have my future automobile repairs done while I am visiting family in Uniontown. He was that good !Service: Engine repair

Dave explained different tire options for my wife s van and he explained the pros and cons of each option which I appreciate greatly. Dave worked around our busy schedule and the tires were installed in a fast turn around time. I highly recommend carneys auto!

Dave does everything in his power to accommodate the needs of his clients. He approaches his work " as a scientist would " ... amazing how thorough he is with his work. Always looking out for the best interests of the vehicle and the safety of those driving it.

Not going to say these guys wouldn't do good work. Never got that far. When I told them what vehicle it was they said they won't work on diesels their lift isn't big enough. I tried to explain I do not need transmission work done. Vehicle won't even need to go on a lift. Its already been confirmed its electrical not commanding the torque converter to lock outside of the transmission but the guy was very rude and cut me off and never let me explain that I already had it diagnosed. I won't recommend them..I'm editing this because the what you replied it such a lie. Anyone who knows me I absolutely do not cuss or use any type of word like that. Lying makes things worse

I absolutely recommend Carney s Auto Repair Services. Here is why--My wife was driving home to Virginia from Uniontown on Sunday night when the alternator in her Mini-Cooper inconveniently failed about 30 miles outside of town. We had the Mini towed to Mr. Carney s repair shop based on his focus on European vehicles and the outstanding reviews his customers wrote about him. I sent him an email and left a message on his voicemail that evening letting somone know that we were having the car towed to his shop. My wife was very concerned on whether the vehicle could be fixed on Monday so she could return home and see her patients on Tuesday. The shop opened at 9 a.m. and I called at 8:30 a.m. just in case someone was in the shop and they wouldn t be too surprised that a blue mini-cooper was in their parking lot. To my pleasant surprise Mr. Carney answered the phone and told me he was just finishing up an email to me that the part was available at a local warehouse and he should have the vehicle repaired by 2 p.m. His team had it done by 1:30 p.m. Mr. Carney and his team are absolute heroes in our books by his attentive service and the quick repair he rendered for us. He renewed my hope in humanity and he drinks for free next time I am in town visiting my mother-in-law. Bravo Zulu, Carney s Auto Repair Services.

Did thorough inspection of all areas and offered me viable options as to what needed completed immediately and what could be done at a later date. I chose to complete all repairs in one visit. it was completed in a timely fashion.

Met Dave for the first time a few weeks ago. Extremely nice and genuinely listened to my vehicle issue. Accepted the challenge of working on our Sprinter without hesitation.Communicates often and explains progress or status frequently. Figured the problem out by discussing with Mercedes tech support. Superb customer service! I recently got a German car which not everyone can work on. They were recommended to me so I took my car there for oil service, filter changes and inspection. I was a little nervous at first since it was the first time for me taking my car for a service. They absolutely took all my fears away by their professionalism and genuine friendliness. Best of all, they have a software system allowing to send pictures and the whole service check list to you by text. So you have proof of what needs to be done. This is my first experience with this business and I gotta say it was the best I've had with an auto-repair shop. Lost brakes almost completely in an 06 Cobalt. Issue was diagnosed very quickly and was determined both rear drum assemblies needed replaced. Dave and his crew went above and beyond to keep me updated on the progress and the inspection they did (along with highly detailed digital progress report including pictures of every single issue found throughout the vehicle) was probably the most in-depth ever completed on any vehicle I've owned. I will say that it was a bit expensive BUT it was absolutely worth every single dollar spent and definitely a case of "you get what you pay for". Carney's Auto Repair should be the first and only place anyone calls for their auto-repair needs.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

Dave Carney is cool. He and his techs fixed a few issues my old mechanic didn't notice and my old benz drives smoother now. I was surprised once I got the car back. He runs the business like it should be so it's expected to pay a mild premium for his services. The 35 point inspection he does when you bring your car in for first time is for your safety.

2002 4Runner head swap. I honestly don t have anything bad to say about Dave Carney. He s an honest and straightforward knowledgeable MECHANIC. A lot of shops I ve been to over the years were just part changers who were changing things that didn t need changed and not fixing the problem. Dave provided pictures of exactly what was going on and spent probably over an hour of his time answering my questions. And if he s unsure, he will tell you he s unsure. Have read complaints about it being pricey but the itemized breakdown I received was MORE THAN fair. It s just like anything else OEM parts and quality service is going to cost more than having Joe Johnson up the street fix it with Duralast parts. You might find someone as good but it s unlikely you ll find better. Thanks again Dave for saving my 4Runner from the grave!!
